What an absolutely beautiful stay. The space is absolutely impeccable, close to everything but far enough away from the busiest street. Laura met us to check us in and helped us with the elevator and stairs!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Signora squisita, ottimo soggiorno, ottima posizione strategica per spostarsi nei dintorni a piedi e vicinissimo a tantissime località da visitare in macchina! Ci ritornerei!

Elena could not have been better to us. Her listing, directions and the cleanliness of the apartment were right on point. Everything is there for you while in the walls of Lucca. Beautiful apartment in a tranquil seaside town. Easy walk to the train station. Lovely restaurants very nearby. Very helpful and friendly host.

Très bel appartement, bien situé à proximité de la gare (idéal pour visiter les Cinqie Terre) et dans un immeuble typique. Isolation phonique assez légère mais respect des horaires de nuit, télévision arrêtée à 23h par les voisins. Attention pour les voyageurs véhiculés, il est difficile de stationner dans le quartier.

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Federica war eine super Ansprechpartnerin, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tips für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Un luogo incantevole per chi adora stare immerso nel verde e nella natura ma allo stesso tempo a due passi da due città meravigliose come Lucca e Pisa. La casa è curata in tutti i dettagli e Gianni è Irina sono stati dei padroni di casa deliziosi. Anche i nostri bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo il soggiorno. Insomma, location super consigliata.

La maison est très belle avec une très belle vue, loin du bruit. La rénovation qu’ils ont faite est avec de très bon matériaux de qualité. Nous avons aimer la communication, le jardin très beau, et le must est le potager où nous pouvons cueillir les légumes dont nous avons besoin. Un très bel endroit encore plus joli que sur les photos. Ne pas hésiter à la louer. Merci à Marcello pour ce lieu si paisible où nous garderons d’excellents souvenirs.

The home was beautiful, very comfortable and cozy. Pietros mom welcomed us and couldn't have been more delightful. The upstairs was very comfortable and the living room area was so pleasant. Beautiful garden in the back which we enjoyed. Minutes to the beach and a few restaurants in the newer part of Monterosso, and very close to the train. We drove in and parked the car for our entire stay, and walked and took the train everywhere. It is a short and beautiful walk to the old city on Monterosso which has many more shops and restaurants. Get to the market early! it closed before 5

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Marco : l’endroit est magnifique, la maison jolie et bien arrangée, avec tout le matériel à disposition pour se sentir chez soi. Marco est un hôte très sympathique, qui nous a conseillé de magnifiques chemins de randonnée.

Host disponibilissimo, l’appartamento è situato vicino alle mura il che lo rendo facilmente raggiungibile anche durante i giorni di fiera del Lucca Comics. Consigliato fino a 6 persone per dimensione, molto bella la terrazza esterna per rilassarsi la sera o far la colazione la mattina.

Logement spacieux, propre, Antonio et sa copine sont tous les deux disponibles et agréables, merci !

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Awesome flat in the center of Pisa, close to restaurants, tower of Pisa, the central station. We even walked from the airport to the flat which was a 30 min journey :). The flat itself is clean, very nicely decorated and has all the amenities you would possibly need during a holiday. We will be coming back!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

In particolare ringrazio la direttrice, dott.ssa signora De Luca per la disponibilità e l' interessamento nel risolvere piccoli problemi. Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)
