Boccadasse Beach : locations de vacances en bord de mer

L'appartamento di Massimo è semplicemente STUPENDO! Intanto per la posizione: fronte mare, si scende la rampa di scale dal piano primo, si gira l'angolo e si è già sulla passeggiata pronti per scendere in spiaggia. E poi per la vista: il mare incorniciato in due finestre del salotto, che si può ammirare durante la colazione o il pranzo. Una meraviglia. L'appartamento è anche spazioso e funzionale, munito di ogni utilità. Due belle camere, un soggiorno con divano, un salottino con divano letto. Un piccolo benvenuto per la colazione, seggiolone, spondina per il letto e lettino da campeggio per i bimbi. Cucina attrezzatissima. Pulizia impeccabile. Ci siamo goduti un soggiorno di relax, sia noi adulti che i bambini che la nostra cagnona. Consigliatissimo per famiglie multispecie!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Mario sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese ist sehr gross und sehr gut eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es alles, um eine gute Mahlzeit zu kochen. Das Badezimmer ist nicht gross, aber alles funktioniert perfekt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der in einigen Kritiken erwähnte Strassenlärm hält sich in Grenzen und ist vor allem in den Pendlerzeiten etwas auffällig. Unübertroffen ist der Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf den Golf von Genua! Einfach phantastisch!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo splendido appartamento e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La vista che si gode dai due finestroni è mozzafiato: si vede il mare e tutta Camogli, un vero spettacolo. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, in particolare il bagno e la camera da letto, e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Inoltre, la seconda uscita dell’appartamento porta direttamente sul lungomare, una comodità impagabile. Esperienza breve ma davvero perfetta!

Excelente ubicación, pues se encuentra a unos minutos de la estación de tren y alrededor había varios restaurantes y tiendas. Michele es un excelente anfitrión, siempre al pendiente y apoyándonos con todo.

Bon accueil. Le logement est bien placé a proximité de la plage et Anna fait le maximum pour pallier aux difficultés pour se restaurer le soir en mettant à disposition quelques courses et la possibilité de commander des plats de leur restaurant. L ' endroit est un petit paradis avant l' arrivée des bateaux et après 18h.

L'appartamento ha il sapore e il fascino degli antichi carrugi di Sori. Ben ristrutturato e confortevole ha tutte le necessità per un periodo di vacanza. Dalla finestra della sale à manger so può godere di una splendida vista sul golfo. Lo stabile è tranquillo e facilmente raggiungibile.

Mauro was a fabulous host. Very good, prompt, clear and helpful communication. Secure parking was excellent and gave us peace of mind. The apartment was gorgeous. Views across the beautiful Ligurian coastline and a short walk into Camogli. Brilliant to be able to bring our small dog. The accommodation was very clean and met all of our needs. We would be happy to return and happy to recommend. Thank you Mauro, we fell in love with Camogli 💖💖💖

Luisella's home is a perfect little slice of paradise. It's in a building right on the sea, close to all the action of the Boccadesse. Luisella is very responsive and helpful and the little modern apartment she has created in this stunning historic space is a wonderful vacation spot. It was the perfect spot for our family of three.

Bei unserer Ankunft am Bahnof wurden wir von Lorenzo´s Mutter Laura herzlich empfangen. Sie war extra im Dorf eine frische, fast noch warme Focaccia für uns holen! Im Hause angekommen, gab sie uns noch eine Flasche selbstabgefüllten regionalen Weisswein. Beides war sehr fein. So ein schönes persönliches Ankommen hatten wir auf Airbnb noch nie erlebt! Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und zuhause. Das Haus mit dem wundervollen Garten und die direkte Nähe zum Meer sind einfach traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war angenehm geheizt, da es draussen eher frisch war. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in Sori, wo es neben feinen Restaurants auch andere Geschäfte für Lebensmittel etc. gibt. Hat man Lust auf mehr, so ist der Bahnhof nah und mit dem Zug erreicht man einfach die nächsten Orte. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Obschon es in den 4 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit oft regnete, haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Eine Oase des Glücks!

WOW! This villa has the most stunning views of any place I have ever stayed. Elisabetta was so wonderful to us and responded immediately with any questions that we had. The accommodations were wonderful and the grounds of the villa were impeccable. We hope to return one day soon!

Obwohl wir die Casa Sally recht kurzfristig gebucht haben, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir standen während unserer Fahrt von Hamburg nach Genua im angenehmen Kontakt mit Mario, der uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes vor Ort wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten & Sehenswürdigkeiten gab. Vor Ort wurden wir von Pietro (Mariarosa´s Sohn) empfangen, der uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus zeigte das mit seinem mediterranen Stil äußerst charmant ist mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht aufs Meer, auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Haus fahrerisches Können, sowie ein gut motorisiertes Fahrzeug verlangt, aber es lohnt sich allemal, da man oben auf dem Berg in mitten einer Olivenplantage komplett ungestört wohnt. Auch die Vorzüge des Pools & Whirlpools konnten wir in privater Atmosphäre genießen. Das einzige was wir bei der Sommerhitze vermisst haben war eine Klimaanlage, wir konnten jedoch mit einem eigenen Ventilator Abhilfe Schaffen. Herzlichen Dank Mariarosa für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Great place to stay in everything is local to you, they have car park which is amazing. Also the view is just magical. We really really enjoyed our time there. I strongly recommend it 😍😇

The stay was nice overall. The location is convenient, close to the port and within walking distance to many places. The view from the window was absolutely stunning — definitely the best part of the apartment. That said, the cleanliness could have been better — some of the dishes weren’t properly cleaned, and the furniture is quite old and worn. Still, if you're looking for a place with a great view and good location, it does the job.

Petit appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer (voir photos). Il est très bien agencé et rien ne manque, tant dans les équipements que dans les produits quotidiens. Giuseppe et Samantha forment une équipe extra : la propreté des lieux est remarquable, cet appartement est impeccable. Et Giuseppe est un hôte généreux et sympathique qui s'est montré très réactif. L'appartement dispose d'un parking, d'un accès à une piscine privée, à de très belles terrasses et à la mer. Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre dans les jolis villages aux alentours. La dolce vita assurée. Merci beaucoup à nos charmants hôtes !

Daniela ist ein toller Host! Sie hat sogar unsere Restaurant Reservierungen mit tollen Empfehlungen übernommen! Der Blick ist wirklich unbezahlbar. Das Schwimmbad bzw. die dort Wohnenden sind etwas spiessig leider, aber dafür kann Daniela nichts. Anlage super gepflegt und Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet! Wir kommen wieder!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We had a lovely stay at Golden House! We were warmly met by Roberta & Giambattista who led us to the private parking area and gave us a tour of their beautiful home. We had everything we needed for a quick stay in Rapallo especially an Espresso machine! A perfect location where we could walk and close to cafes and restaurants and the beautiful panoramic Lungo Mare. Communication was excellent in Italian & English with many suggestions on how to get around Rapallo. Their traditional Italian home is spotless and beautifully decorated and is just as charming as its wonderful hosts! Grazie to Roberta and Giambattista- you are so sweet! Gentilissimi!!!

Tutto perfetto, location meravigliosa, residenza top, host superlativo. l’unica pecca, non certamente imputabile all’host, è la presenza di vicini un po’ troppi rumorosi. Due notti di soggiorno, interrotte dal rientro “movimentato” dei vicini del piano di sopra.

Maurizias appartment is peefect if you want to spoil yourself with some comfortable days at the beach! We enjoyed the sea view, the well equipped kitchen and the location. The place is located just perfectly close to restaurants, shops and, of course, the two bays of Sestri Levante. Maurizia and her husbad were very nice hosts - they offered to pick us up at the station because of the heavy rain and the communication during our stay was quick and helpful when we needed it.

We can not believe our luck with this place. I actually thought I was booking in Portofino. I am so glad we didn’t. Bianca’s place was quiet and over the top beautiful. Easy walk (not quite a mile) to Rapallo or Santa Margherita. We did walk to Portofino - about 4 1/2 miles fun but a bustling beach town with lots of high end shops. Bianca’s was a lovely place to relax and We swam right out front . The water is right below the balcony. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. Bianca was helpful with recommendations but also let us have our privacy. The perfect spot for us.
