Boccadasse Beach : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Jessica è un host bravissima, molto cordiale, ci ha sempre sempre risposto per tempo, l’ alloggio è in una pozione comoda per il centro di Recco a 20 minuti a piedi da Camogli. Unica nota è il rumore delle macchine la sera, però non dà fastidio, se però siete famiglie o persone che non sono abituate il primo giorno può servire per ambientarsi. Utile avere un parcheggio a disposizione!

Beautifully located woth a sea view, with its own two little patios, AC, spacious rooms, antique objects, old books, this is quite a unique apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. Clise to the beach and restaurants. The only shortcoming is narrow driveway, so don't bring a big car. I would also have liked more bathing and kitchen towels. All perfect otherwise.

Appartamento spazioso, apprezzata in particolar modo la terrazza esterna. La cucina era ben fornita e attrezzata. L'appartamento è molto vicino a Recco e quindi raggiungere Genova, meta principale del nostro soggiorno, non richiedeva molto tempo, solo una mezz'oretta. L'unico neo era il parcheggio, quelli vicini alla casa sono in cima ad una rampa, pochi e sempre occupati. Più frequente trovarli in piazzetta ma da sobbarcarsi la salita. Nel complesso, però, soggiorno positivo e l'appartamento è consigliato.

Host Gentilissima e super veloce nelle risposte. La stanza è curata, piccolina ma davvero confortevole. In più ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie in camera per lasciarci girare ancora un po' a piedi le bellezze di Rapallo! Ottima la posizione per muoversi a piedi, sia nelle zone di mare/ristorantini, che verso la stazione! Esperienza TOP! Super consigliata 🥰🙏 alla prossima!

Très bel appartement, très propre, a l'air neuf et très fonctionnel, mais surtout hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. On recommande !

Un super séjour de deux nuits. L'hôte s'est montrée très réactive, disponible et intéressée. L'appartement est très bien décoré, l'accès à la piscine un vrai plus. En revanche, l'accès au parking est une petite aventure : il faut s'armer de patience et hop ça continue 😊 Merci à Tetiana pour son accueil !

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit vielen Extras. Ruhige Lage unweit des Zentrums von Camogli, in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gaia und Vincenzo sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Kommunukation mit ihnen klappte bestens. Wir schätzten es, einen Parkplatz auf dem privaten Gelände zu haben. Gerne wieder!

Strongly recommended for couples wich are looking for charm and luxury of the past. The unit and building are marvelous , oppulent, and perfectly restored. Also very convenient to Piazza Principe Station and a short walk to Old City and all Porto Nuovo attractions

Ein kleines Paradies! Die Anfahrt ein Abenteuer, aber das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Morgens mit dem Blick auf den Khakibaum in der Sonne aufzuwachen und nur Vögel und den Bach zu hören, ist wirklich ein Erlebnis!

La casa Paradiso mérite son nom. Un coin de paradis avec une vue magnifique et tout ce qu'il faut a proximité. La maison est bien équipée et rien n'est oublié pour le confort et la praticité des occupants. En prime des citrons magnifiques a cueillir.

Very homey and clean house with a great large garden that is completely fenced so it is safe with a dog. A raised pool, so no baby or dog can fall in accidentally. Had everything from baby chair yo toys and everything. Olta helped us with everything and offered loca recommendations too. Would come back anytime.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

Un panorama notevole, appartamento comodo, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. La posizione consente di raggiungere il centro di Lavagna e il mare in 5 minuti; il centro di Chiavari in 15 minuti. Lasciare l’auto e camminare…. La vista è davvero notevole.

Wir waren für einige Nächte in der Unterkunft von Carlo und es hat uns wunderbar gefallen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche war super ausgestattet und das Bad sowie das Schlafzimmer sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, aber der Charme von Altem wurde beibehalten. Diese Kombination hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Außenbereich war sehr groß und man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Die Katze Kusna wohnt auch im Außenbereich und war eine Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub. Sie war sehr verschmust und lieb. Der perfekte Ort für Menschen, die Katzen mögen! Wir empfehlen mit dem Bus, zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller die Gegend zu erkunden, da es sehr kurvig und eng für Autos ist. Der nächste größere Bahnhof war mit dem Bus ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es 15 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg runter. Die Kommunikation mit Carlo war sehr freundlich und immer schnell! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. :)

Esperienza bellissima, andare in Liguria e un vero tocca e sana. Abbiamo deciso di passare le nostre ferie in Liguria, devo dire ci siamo presi all’ultimo ma siamo riusciti a trovare questo grazioso appartamento un pelino lontano dal mare ( Recco) circa 20minuti su per le colline da dove partivano anche molti sentieri per il trekking. Appartamento attrezzato di tutto e quando dico tutto significa che fa casa devi solo partire con i tuoi vestiti lo spazzolino e il dentifricio. Trovate fuori anche il barbecue (io l’ho usato comprando una buonissima carne dal supermercato di Avengo, la doccia esterna comodissima dopo aver fatto qualche oretta nel carinissimo idromassaggio. Un bel ambiente da passare in coppia e perché no anche portando il proprio animale domestico che li starà da Dio. Io mi sono trovato veramente bene. Consiglio di provalo almeno una volta chi ha la possibilità di farsi anche un weekend ne vale la pena. Ringrazio Cristian anche per la disponibilità immediata in tutto.

Paolo war sehr nett, und die Unterkunft hat uns total gefallen. Der Blick war einmalig! Zu Fuß zum Meer und zurück war für uns mit den Kindern zu weit. Es gab aber sehr nah eine tolle Busverbindung überall hin. Nur für unseren VWBus war es fast unmöglich zur Wohnung und wieder weg zu kommen. Deswegen immer öffentlich Bus genommen, auch zum Einkaufen. Was für 7 zum tragen etwas unpraktisch war.....Aber das hat dem tollen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan.

Notre séjour chez Chiara correspond vraiment à l’attente que nous en avions. Nous l’avons trouvée très réactive et très agréable lors de nos échanges par mail. L’appartement est très confortable, avec une vue dégagée sur le paysage, il est vaste, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup marché pour avoir accès au bord de mer ainsi qu’aux restaurants et divers services mais ce n’était pas déplaisant, au contraire! Pour finir nous dirons que cet appartement est bien situé pour profiter des beautés de la région telles que les Cinque Terre, Portofino ou Gênes… Merci à Chiara pour avoir participé à ce que notre séjour soit réussi !

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement, vous trouverez tout les transports à proximité (moins de 5 min à pied) ; bus portofino (15 min de trajet) gare pour se rendre au cinque terre (environ 1h de train). À 2 min du bord de mer Le logement était impeccable rien a dire, l’hôte est très réactive et conviviale, toujours prête à vous aider Attention si vous venez en voiture et trouver une place est impossible mais vous trouverez un parking payant (20€ la journée) mais au moins votre voiture sera en sécurité et à côté du logement

TOP! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir würden immer wieder gerne diese Wohnung mieten wollen. Alles war super! Vieles war in der Nähe und Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Fabio war sehr aufmerksam und hat sofort geantwortet bei Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Terrasse war traumhaft. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Barbaras Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen: super Lage, Parkplatz, ruhig und trotzdem zentral, trotz Dachgeschoss hell und geräumig, ohne Kitsch, alles wie beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet, Dachterasse ein Traum, check in unproblematisch und Remote. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr dort, für diese Zeit eignet sich die Wohnung sehr. Optimal für zwei Paare oder Familie mit zwei Kindern. Also alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung!

Olgas Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Lage, das Interior - einfach alles! Wer Ruhe suchst ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit Olga wie auch Mykola waren ebenfalls immer top. Wir bekamen ohne weiteres die größere Wohnung, da aufgrund von kurzfristigen Reparaturarbeiten unsere nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Absolutely.!!! Mindblowing Carlo was every responsive and helpful 😀 No need to bring anything you will have more than what you have at your own place🙌 The house is way better than you will see in photos. Train station is so near by , makes your exploring easy. I would recommend everyone to live here Will come back here next time soon.

Illarias Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Residenz, sie hat eine gemütliche Terrasse und dazu gehört ein gepflegter Pool zum Schwimmen. In ca. 15 min. erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Altstadt von Sestri L, der Bahnhof ist in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Illaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat den Check-In und Out einfach und komfortabel organisiert, hat interessante Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank Illaria.
