Bocholt : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Nous avons passé trois jours merveilleux. Le logement est excellent : calme, spacieux, avec une belle vue depuis le balcon, des lits confortables et une cuisine bien équipée. À proximité, il y a le zoo municipal avec une entrée gratuite, des aires de jeux pour enfants et une zone de pique-nique. Un parc idéal pour passer du temps en famille se trouve également à distance de marche de la maison de Corina. Je peux le recommander à 100 % sans hésitation ! Merci ! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit einem total netten Gastgeber. Check in völlig unkompliziert. Waren im Nebenort in der Therme und suchten eine Unterkunft. So ein schnuckeliges Apartment mit einem himmlischen Bett. Super gut geschlafen, alles blitzsauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Er hat uns abends sogar noch einen Wäscheständer für die Handtücher bereit gestellt. Alpakas im unteren Bereich zugänglich mit Sitzmöglichkeit auf der Wiese. Wir machen das auf jeden Fall nochmal. 1000 Dank lieber Wolfgang.

As a former resident of Alsdorf, I can confidently say this place offers an authentic Alsdorf experience. The home is cozy, well-maintained, and located in a charming quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Public transportation is conveniently located just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly consider returning in the future.

Falls Ihr jemals einen Natururlaub braucht ohne direkt 100% in der Natur zu sein, seid Ihr bei Xenia genau richtig. Ruhige Gegend, mit allem Möglichen zum Leben in der Nähe. Plus super freundliche Hosts.

Positiv: - wirklich schöne Wohnung - gut gelegen - Check-In Informationen alle vorher bekommen und war ganz einfach - sehr freundliche Kommunikation - alles da was man braucht! Wirklich minimales Manko: kurz hinter der Wohnungstür kommt eine Stufe abwärts, weshalb ich mich fast hingelegt habe, da ich darauf nicht vorbereitet war.

Het is een mooi rustiek appartement, sfeervol ingericht en heerlijk comfortabel. De ruimtes zijn groot en de keuken was heerlijk uitgebreid ingericht. Het contact met Birgitta was gemakkelijk en prettig. Het is ons heel goed bevallen!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sebastiaan's house with three adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there, and we loved looking out the kitchen windows to the peaceful creek and fields beyond the backyard. Our kids had a great time playing in the creek as well as enjoying the toys, books, and games in the house. We loved using the indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The house was very clean but still felt comfortable and homey. We didn't realize in advance the kitchen was a few steps down from the living and sitting room, but it ended up being a great space with large enough rooms for everyone to be together but also easy to split into smaller groups. The walk from the house to the nature reserve was wonderful and we saw lots of nesting herons. We felt we still had things we wanted to do in the area and we'd love to visit again and stay again at Sebastiaan's place.

Fabulous, quirky little place. Lots of character. Very peaceful but easy access to town and to the airport.

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente incrível! A acomodação é impecável, exatamente como nas fotos, muito bem cuidada, limpa e com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia confortável. O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso, prestativo e rápido nas respostas, garantindo que tudo estivesse perfeito para nossa viagem. Sentimo-nos muito bem-vindos.

Es war einfach super , viel Platz und gut ausgestattet Küche , Sauna , Fitnessraum und ein schöner Holzofen zum zusätzlichen wohlfühlen . Leider war es zu kalt zum draußen Grillen aber alles vorhanden .

Parel in 't Groen is een schitterende, rustige locatie, met heel complete en goede 'woonvoorzieningen'. Zeker ook voor een groep met volwassenen én kinderen. Prachtige woonkamer in het grote huis, grote eettafel (14 personen) en heerlijk zitruimte om de houtkachel (lekker in de winter/kille voorjaar). Site geeft heel goede indruk van alles (locatie, vertrekken etc). Er is echt heel veel aanwezig (huishoudelijke spullen én ook 'voor de inwendige mens'). Kortom met 7 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (3, 4, 6, 9, en 11 jr) een fantastisch weekend (vr-zo) gehad. Voortreffelijke communicatie met een snel reagerende en zeer vriendelijke host. Een ('globale') inventarislijst (bv. aanwezige huishoudelijke en eetbare spullen + matrassen&beddengoed) zou helpen bij de planning vooraf, navragen resulteerde alsnog in zeer gedetailleerde informatie. Ook een goede service: het zeer complete overzicht van alle soorten voorzieningen in de omgeving, met URL's. Conclusie: absoluut TOP-weekend gehad.

Magnifique logement bien équipé, propre, bien décoré. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible. Je recommande.

Lieber Norbert, herzlichen Dank für die gute, flexible und einfache Orga. Wir haben die großzügige Wohnung intensiv genutzt und uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Es passte alles - lieben Dank und gerne bis bald. Floris (8 Jahre) und Christian.

Ahmed ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat, da wir wegen Stau später als geplant angekommen sind, uns super zur Wohnung gelotst und war auch danach sehr gut erreichbar. Auch das frühe Auschecken am letzten Tag lief problemlos. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über das kleine Präsent als Empfang. Tolle Wohnung, die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Alles sehr sauber. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Aachen würde ich als erstes nachsehen, ob das Apartment wieder frei wäre.

Anne was a lovely welcoming and accomodating host. Little extras like Chocolates, Coffee and Cream, and Bottled Water were much appreciated. Anne provided everything you could possibly need and more to make the stay perfect.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Marc‘s schönen Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Marc ist freundlich und kommunikativ. Er war so nett, uns mit unserem Gepäck, am großen Parkplatz abzuholen und uns zur Unterkunft zu bringen die in der Fußgängerzone ist. Das Apartment ist wirklich Top ausgestattet, blitzeblank sauber, modern, stylisch mit einigen Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Die ganzen liebevollen Details fanden wir super. Gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und rechts ist die wunderschöne Kathedrale. Und fussläufig ist der bekannte Antiquitätenmarkt der jeden Sonntag von 7 bis 13 Uhr stattfindet. Wir können Marc‘s Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.
