We loved our stay at David’s place in Bodden Town. We had additional family members who rented another unit within Moonbay Condos, and it worked great for our family vacation. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the view. The grounds are beautiful with flowers, a mother hen with her chicks, lizards, and a resident night heron we saw every night after dark. Appreciated many provided conveniences like laundry in the unit, toiletries, beach towels, dish soap, coffee pods., designated parking spot, etc. The only challenge at times is the narrow spiral staircase. A bit awkward for moving luggage to the master bedroom, and for our 4-year-old son to navigate, but he was a pro by the end of the week. Bodden Town is a perfect home base for exploring the whole island, which we did! But you could easily stay put and just relax by the pool too. We would absolutely be happy to stay here again! What a special place.

Sun-coast Apartments are spacious with everything you need for your stay. While a bit tired perhaps from general wear and tear, it was clean and tidy. Ideal for a beach holiday base in Bodden Town - East End - away from the busier parts of the island. Thank you Clyde and cleaning team! Best wishes for this season.

Great property right on the beach! The place was super clean, very spacious (even with 5 of us), and had a full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the beach is super quiet. Only thing to note is to watch out for some fresh glass throughout the sand, so just be careful and bring flip flops. Parking is extremely convenient (free and assigned only steps away from the door). Host is also extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this for a family or a couple who's looking for a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the island.

Our family of 4 stayed for 7 days and had a fantastic time. One of the reasons why we chose to stay here was the location, right in-between 7 mile beach and the attractions near rum point. It was about 25 minutes to each. Plenty of restaurants under 15 minutes away. The outside pool area and pool were excellent! The pool is large and the water temp is perfect. Great views of the ocean with plenty of loungers, chairs and tables. The beach itself isn't really for swimming as it's rocky but you can snorkel or relax on the loungers. The condo layout is nice with the kitchen and living room having ocean views. One bedroom upstairs also has ocean views. Furniture is very comfortable along with a SMART tv for all your streaming apps. The two queen beds were comfortable and the rooms were fairly large. Condo has pickleball/tennis courts. Highly recommend if you are going to rent a car and be out and about exploring the island.

Yuri's place is a tranquil little gem tucked off one of the island's main roads. It had everything we needed to make breakfasts and prep picnic lunches. Absolutely pristine and peaceful, all we heard was birdsong and the occasional rooster! We would absolutely return. Thank you, Yuri!

We had a great stay at Linda’s guesthouse. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to do some meal prep and cooking on our trip! The garden Linda created is also beautiful and allowed us to hang out in the mornings and evenings. This place is also just 20 minute drive from 7 Mile Beach so you have relatively easy access with a car without having to stay in the more expensive part of town. All over a good deal!

Peter's house was perfect. Half the price of local hotels and much more accommodating. fully stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast each morning before heading out. we don't have children but if you do, there was high chair, beach toys, beach towels, even games, and books for rainy day activities or evenings in. washer/dryer was so convenient so you can only bring half the clothes and launder then halfway through vaca to save on luggage fees. The only thing the house does not have is toiletries, but there is a grocery store about a mile down the road for everything that you would need Location is IDEAL. close to everything. Very safe and quiet. Peter gave us some great recommendations for our stay including a local gym and best resturaunts. Do yourself a favor, book this house instead of a hotel for your Cayman getaway!

Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon expérience aux îles Cayman. J’ai adore le logement je l’aurais acheter pour y vivre , l’environnement est calme, c’est très propre, il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin, tout est pensé et réfléchie pour notre confort. Les chambres sont belles et la terrasse est parfaite. Les instructions sont très claire et Patricia est patiente et tellement charmante. Je recommanderai ce condo à tous mes amis qui désirent expérimenter les îles Cayman et je recommande cet endroit pour les gens qui recherchent un voyage calme et reposant. La plage est en effet sauvage mais on s’habitue très vite à la nature et il y a de beaux bassins bleu turquoise et chaud ! Les journée à la plage privée était très reposante. Mon conjoint et mon fils on fait du kayak tous les jours et mes 3 enfants ont fait du snorkeling, tout était disponible et en bon état wow!! Les serviettes de plage sont parfaites grandes et moelleuses ! Les nombreuses piscines et les maisons colorées offrent un paysage

We loved our stay at Ocean’s Edge! This is our second year in a row staying at this property and it does not disappoint! The house is amazing and our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. My husband and I brought our three boys and we had lots to do to keep them busy- fishing, dolphin encounter, sting ray city, and lots of snorkeling! Some of the best snorkeling is right behind the house. We kayaked out about 150 yards where it starts to get deep, dropped anchor and the snorkeling was as good as anywhere on the island! Some of our favorite restaurants were Tukka East End, Waffle Monkey and Italian Kitchen. You will definitely need a rental car for this property as it is located in a quiet residential section of the island, which is what we preferred because it is peaceful and relaxing 😎

Our large family had an amazing time at Cline’s place. Lots of space, a great pool, and amazing kitchen all near stores, restaurants, and seven mile beach. We will return!

The property was just as described. It was in a very safe neighbourhood where all the neighbours came and tried to help out. The owners response time was very timely and they were very accommodating. The location is incredible, you are literally in the middle of everything. The price was more than amazing, if you know what the real estate is like in Cayman Islands. Overall, I would stay there again when I come back had such an amazing time made my experience in Cayman so convenient and relaxing. Thank you again!

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

We greatly enjoyed our week here! The place was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed (though there didnt seem to be any soap etc for showering so guests need to make sure to bring all toiletries). Location was good, we enjoyed walks on the boardwalk along the shore and with a rental car we could easily get anywhere. Unfortunately not walkable to sites but as long as you know you in advance it is fine. Pool was nice as well! Highly recommend and would return!

Diane is one of the greatest hosts that I have ever interacted with. She is entirely committed to the customer’s satisfaction and made sure we had a wonderful time in the Caymans. As for the space, it is a perfect spot for two travelers. The bathroom is large and very clean. The bedroom is comfortable and you feel tucked away in the West Bay. The kitchen is small, although it has all of the basic accommodations needed to get by. If you have the opportunity, stay at this AirBnBb. It is rich in value due the accommodation itself and Diane’s guidance.

This was perfect for us (family with two kids)! The condo is bigger than it looks in pictures. Both bathrooms are modern and beautiful. Everything was comfortable and functional. You can't beat the location for the beach (which is clean, protected, super kid-friend), the pool, the swim-up bar, the perfectly passable restaurant, and the walkability to Camana Bay and other spots. The unit's back balcony is private and big enough for the four of us to comfortably have breakfast and watch the roosters. We had an issue with the fridge and Kyle was extremely responsive. We'd stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is the 2nd closest to the ocean. The beach to one side the pool on the other side. Kids love that (4, 7, 10). there was 3 outdoor showers so getting the sand off was easy . the beach size directly next to the unit depending on the day is a small beach or close to a no beach. but a 30 second walk and you have a full beach. the pool hours are long. 7am to 10pm so that's great. many restaurants are walking distance. and many more just a short drive . would definitely come back

Great spot for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The patio and beachfront access were wonderful. We enjoyed the sunset, just outside of the patio, every night we were there. The pool and hot tub were also lovely perks, as was the proximity to the lovely Wreck of the Gamma, which is a favorite snorkel spot on the island.

Another great stay! Krys is always responsive and gives clear instructions. The condo was very clean with just about everything you'll need. The location makes it easy to get to most places. I would however, highly recommend renting a car if you'd like to be more adventurous. My wife and I look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you so much!

Wonderful place to stay in Grand Cayman - beautiful sunsets on the beach just steps away, walkable access to many restaurants, and easy to get to all of the great things the island has to offer! The condo had everything we needed for a great stay - thank you!

Don was a fantastic host and the property manager, Ild,i was phenomenal as well. The place was a good value, extremely clean and well-kept, and in a great location if you're looking for a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of many other areas on Grand Cayman. We will most definitely consider staying again when returning to the Cayman Islands.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!
