WOW! This property exceeded our expectations. Our family needed peace and quiet desperately and this condo totally delivered. The interior was very comfortable and spacious. The views are stunning. Most days, for several hours at least if not the entire day, we had the pool and the beach to ourselves. We enjoyed being away from the chaos and crowds of a hotel on Seven Mile Beach. We also enjoyed spending half as much! Every meal we went out for was amazing: Over the Edge, Tukka East End, Rum Point and Kaibo. We are hooked on the North Side experience and can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed in apartment 5. It was very clean and comfortable. The views from the front windows were amazing. There is a small area with chairs to watch the sunset. There is no beach to swim in but seven mile beach is a short drive away. Mary was very friendly and easy to get ahold of for any questions. We will definitely come back and stay!

This was JUST what we were looking for! Quiet and serene, and steps from the ocean! We snorkeled during the day and kayaked the bioluminescent bay at night! Every accommodation was thought of: ice, water, extra blankets, fans, etc. Honestly - it was everything we could have hoped for and then some! We can’t wait to come back again!!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Check-in was seamless, and Louise was incredibly responsive from start to finish. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming feel. The property itself is gorgeous, well-kept, and in a fantastic location. Beach access was easy, and the area was perfect for snorkelling, with clear waters and plenty of marine life to see. There’s also a great sandy area where kids can play. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return.

Great place to stay. Lovely view towards the sea. Peaceful and everything worked. Having keypad security entry was great as no worries about losing any keys! Compared to many rentals on the island it was priced just right as then I could afford hire of small car to be able to visit 7 mile beach, camana bay, other restaurants and places of interest. I liked having the communal pool to cool off in. I’d definitely try renting this apartment again when visiting Cayman.

I travelled to Cayman with my husband and baby and we all loved our stay at One Canal Point. The location was great - there’s a pool and a park, easy to walk to some great restaurants and bakeries - the condo was clean and comfortable, and had beautiful views of the canal. The residents were also super friendly, as was Daniel and the property manager, Lisa. Communication was clear and easy, and they were very accommodating of us and our baby. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip!

Nous avons adoré cette maison dans un coin plus tranquille de l’île. Tout était très propre, bien équipés, petits plus comme glacière, chaises et sèche-cheveux. Une voiture est essentielle pour accéder aux nombreuses plages publiques. Bien qu’on ait accès à l’eau à partir de l’appartement, vous préférerez sans doute cette option à cause des algues. Nous recommandons Rum Point en fin de journée, nous avons vu des raies à partir de la plage face au Cayman Kayaks et de belles étoiles à StarfishPoint. (moins coûteux que les forfaits bateaux). La plongée dans cette section de l’île vaut le détour et le dive shop Océan Frontier à 5 min est très professionnel. Pensez à faire des courses à Savannah en chemin. Nous avons aimé la bannière Foster’s. (Attention fermés le dimanche). Nous n’avons pas rencontré Patricia, mais la communication était très facile et courtoise. Pour nous le véritable plus de cette location est le coin hamac sous les palmiers avec vue sur l’océan! Merci :)

Our stay at Rum Haven was perfect in every way! Excellent location right across the road from the beach and beach bar while also offering a secluded back porch and yard on the bay. We snorkeled at the Pier seeing turtles and stingrays, and of course many fish. The beach was lovely and had shade if needed, along with the amenities of the Rum Point Beach Bar as needed. The bathrooms there were exceptional BTW. Rum Point is a bit of a drive from the airport, but worth it for the peace and quiet of the area. We did drive back to seven mile beach for a morning and did not regret seeing it and the gorgeous beach and water there. We took the villa provided beach chairs to Govenors Beach public parking - easy access at no cost. The villa had everything we needed. It was larger than we expected and was thoughtfully decorated. When we were delayed by a day due to airline disruptions, we were offered an extra day at the back end as nobody was booked for that time - what a nice gesture! Bei

Peter's house was perfect. Half the price of local hotels and much more accommodating. fully stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast each morning before heading out. we don't have children but if you do, there was high chair, beach toys, beach towels, even games, and books for rainy day activities or evenings in. washer/dryer was so convenient so you can only bring half the clothes and launder then halfway through vaca to save on luggage fees. The only thing the house does not have is toiletries, but there is a grocery store about a mile down the road for everything that you would need Location is IDEAL. close to everything. Very safe and quiet. Peter gave us some great recommendations for our stay including a local gym and best resturaunts. Do yourself a favor, book this house instead of a hotel for your Cayman getaway!

As advertised. Beautiful location near the quiet Rum Point side of the island. Our group had a blast and the property manager was a joy.

This quaint Airbnb is a peaceful escape just a short walk from Rum Point and close to a few restaurants. The quiet surroundings are perfect for stargazing, and its charming atmosphere makes for a delightful getaway. Highly recommend!

Whispering Kai is extremely well appointed, from tea and coffee selection, to cooking basics, toiletries, laundry supplies, everything you need is available. For your adventures, snorkeling gear and there were 6 watercraft for us (5 kayaks and a SUP) so all 6 of us were able to go on the water together. Plenty of seating outside for lounging and reading. Lovely porch. Comfortable king bedding. The view was amazing. It was such fun to kayak in bio bay at night and for sunrise. This place has it all. Beauty, accessibility to fun, so much to explore or just to cozy up in the hammock with a book.

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful beachfront, well stocked kitchen, living areas with comfortable seating, comfortable beds. Hosts were highly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We took advantage of the kayak and snorkeling equipment that are included. The entire home is exceptionally clean and spacious. Hope to return someday!

We loved our stay at Ocean’s Edge! This is our second year in a row staying at this property and it does not disappoint! The house is amazing and our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. My husband and I brought our three boys and we had lots to do to keep them busy- fishing, dolphin encounter, sting ray city, and lots of snorkeling! Some of the best snorkeling is right behind the house. We kayaked out about 150 yards where it starts to get deep, dropped anchor and the snorkeling was as good as anywhere on the island! Some of our favorite restaurants were Tukka East End, Waffle Monkey and Italian Kitchen. You will definitely need a rental car for this property as it is located in a quiet residential section of the island, which is what we preferred because it is peaceful and relaxing 😎

We loved our stay!! The house had everything we could possibly need, comfortable and clean, beautiful beach great for sun bathing snorkeling kayaking and great pool. Good restaurants nearby. walking distance mini grocery store. Easy contact Chloe and Ryan if we needed any assistance. We will recommend it to friends and will love to return again! Grand caymen rocks!

Great spot for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The patio and beachfront access were wonderful. We enjoyed the sunset, just outside of the patio, every night we were there. The pool and hot tub were also lovely perks, as was the proximity to the lovely Wreck of the Gamma, which is a favorite snorkel spot on the island.

Quiet, private complex. Great value. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Beach isn’t swimmable, but saw several guests snorkeling. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect for our family during spring break! No issues whatsoever and our host was always responsive and helpful.

We were lucky enough to be able to return to Jayne’s place for a second year (and have already booked for 2026!) We are three couples and there was plenty of gathering and private space. Morning coffee and lunch on the oversized balcony were pure heaven. Just steps to a mostly empty beach with umbrellas and chairs already set up make this an ideal vacation stop. Kitchen was well equipped and towels were plentiful. There is nothing not to love about this condo!

We had a great time at Amy’s place. Family/kid friendly. The place had everything we needed in terms of space/beds. Beautiful view. Full Kitchen essentials. W/D. Toys/books for kids, some water activity supplies. There was construction next door but it really did not bother us at all. Great location with easily walkable beach. Although it is was not really for swimming with kids, it was awesome for exploring rocks looking for hermit crabs. Has some walkable restaurant. Parking was tight, but super glad we had an assign spot. Definitely would recommend! And most like will try to come back!

Would stay here again, great location. We split our time between Cemetery Beach and Starfish Point. Craig was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing to do with Craig but we had a hard time finding the property. We didn’t plan ahead and had no Verizon service when we arrived on the island. I would recommend knowing if your cell service will be active or knowing exactly where the unit is before you leave home. Hope to visit again next year.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was a great place to relax with an awesome pool/beach view. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, and the property was great! Relaxing poolside or on the beach were both great options. Loved our sunset view from the balcony too. Thanks for all the local recommendations as well. We enjoyed several restaurants and tours to Sting Ray City, Turtle Center, Starfish Point, Reef Snorkeling, and horseback riding/swim on the beach.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!
