The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

House felt like being at home, loads of space and really clean, Barry was always available if any questions

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Our family had a perfect stay. House was beautiful, close to the city by ferry, restaurants on the waterfront and we even got in a swim just 10mins walk from the house. Was great to be able to use the bikes too. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean with great showers.

We had a wonderful holiday in Moniek’s beautiful house. We were so comfortable and relaxed as Moniek provided everything we could need. There were lots of lovely, stylish extras in her house too that made our stay feel special. The neighbourhood is great; quiet, peaceful and full of beautiful views of boats, beaches parks, nature and water. Yet there is also loads to do with teenagers, being so close to Amsterdam, Ajax and Delft. Almere is the perfect place to explore by cycling. The week went so quickly. Moniek was very helpful in giving useful and detailed info and in answering questions quickly. I would 100% highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

Der Aufenthalt bei Onno war wirklich super! Das Haus hatte alles, was man als Familie braucht - viele Spiele, Trampolin, Strandspielsachen und sogar reichlich brauchbare Fahrräder in unterschiedlichen Größen. Richtig toll war die Ruhe und natürlich der Hot Tub. Der Ofen im Haus hat das nordische Ambiente noch unterstrichen und viel Gemütlichkeit erzeugt. Die kleine Siebträgerkaffeemaschine war eine großartige Überraschung und auch sonst war die Küche super ausgestattet. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub dank der schönen Unterkunft.

This cozy studio was a perfect place to be near the red light district with ample restaurants and shopping just out the door. The best part were the adorable kitties, Tony and Montana! It is pretty clear that they are the rightful tenants of the home and we are merely their servant visitors! Martin was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen aber gemütlichen und super romantischen Häuschen von Marja. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der perfekte Ort für einen Kurztrip in die Niederlande für 4 Erwachsene. Es war einfach erreichbar und wir wurden liebevoll und freudig empfangen. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr hilfreich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter, drei Tage purer Sonnenschein, somit konnten wir die Abende gemütlich vor dem Haus mit Blick aufs Wasser etc. ausklingen lassen. Die Schlafzimmer und der Ess- und Wohnbereich waren sauber, im Badezimmer könnten ein paar Dinge erneuert werden. Fazit: Ich kann dieses Häuschen von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

We stayed for a couple of days while visiting Amsterdam and Leiden - it was fantastic for the train and a real quiet cosy little place Kitty was a lovely host, she sent the most comprehensive directions I’ve ever gotten to find the place from the station and was super speedy to respond. Andrew was a wonderful, highly responsive host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 3 and were traveling with our 11-year-old son. Andrew went out of his way to figure out a way for us to get into the app-controlled door even though I don't have a smart phone. The place is ideally located on a quiet street right in the middle of old Amsterdam - we could easily walk or tram to everything. Andrew also helped us with lots of tips as we prepared for a few days outside of Amsterdam in the countryside.

Wir hatten wieder einen super entspannten Aufenthalt bei Annette und fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Unsere Tochter (2 Jahre) hat sich auch wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und die etwas steilere Treppe stellt für uns mit etwas Augenmerk keinerlei Problem dar. Annette ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin und wohnt direkt nebenan, sodass bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen werden kann. Wir kommen noch dieses Jahr wieder 😍

Der Aufenthalt auf der Rothor war etwas sehr Besonderes: Jeanette ist eine sehr warmherzige und zurückhaltende Gastgeberin, die aber bei Fragen immer da ist. Sie antwortet sehr schnell, hat umgehend Bettdecken ausgetauscht (wg. Daunenallergie) und uns viele Infos zum Boot und zur Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt und auch sehr gerne Zeit auf dem Boot verbracht. Das Boot ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es ist durch die umlaufenden Fenster sehr hell und bei Sonne auch gemütlich warm. Sonst schafft der gute Kaminofen schnell Abhilfe, selbst bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen (morgens waren es meist nur 4 - 6 Grad). Abends war es ab und an etwas lauter durch die Gastronomie, uns hat das nicht gestört. Dafür schwimmen Gänse mit Küken, Bläßhühner und sogar Haubentaucher vorbei. Kaat, Jeanettes Katze, schaute immer gerne nach dem Rechten und blieb zu unserer großen Freude auch mal für ein Nickerchen.

goede locatie, dichtbij de zee en het centrum. vlotte en makkelijke communicatie. Prima, net, appartement wat van alles is voorzien. nog een welkomstcadeau voor ons en voor onze 4 potige vrienden, die ook hartelijk welkom waren. als we nog eens naar Noordwijk gaan, boeken we weer hier.

Prachtig huisje met een heerlijk zwembad. Mooie grote leefkeuken. Ideaal ingericht voor groter gezin van 6 personen. Hartelijk ontvangst. De wijn stond klaar, evenals koek en snoep ! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wat een fantastische plek. Grote kans dat we nog eens terugkomen!

Our stay at Marcels cottage was brilliant! He welcomed us upon arrival, introduced us to his family, showed us around the cottage, explained how to unlock the electric gates and swimming pool cover. The cottage is within the grounds of Marcels house but provided enough privacy for both of us. Marcel is a very easy going person, friendly and accommodating. He was always there when we needed him but never impinged upon our privacy. We were on a cycling holiday on our own road bikes and not once did we fear our bikes would be stolen from the garden. Vicky my wife is a keen swimmer and there was never a time when it was a problem for her to use the pool. We loved the accommodation and the atmosphere Marcel provided. Of all the Airbnb we have stayed at this is by far the best. Thoroughly recommend. We will definitely come back 😀

Our stay met our expectations. We own a sailboat and are aware of the space restrictions involved. We enjoy different experiences and this fit the bill. Steven is very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. We took advantage of the tugboat tour Steven offers to his guests and this was a more intimate experience than we would otherwise have had on a canal trip in Amsterdam. Steven gave us the opportunity to experience bitter ballen and Skipper bitters at an old Dutch pub. For those who are adventurous and able bodied, this is a stay to put on the list!!

Mein Mann und ich haben während unseres 14tägigen Aufentalts zum Teil Urlaub gemacht, aber auch zum Teil gearbeitet. Das Arbeiten hat mit dem WLan wirklich gut funktioniert, auch ein Schreibtisch war im dritten Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Aber auch für den Urlaub war das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Alles war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bäder modern ausgestattet. Abends haben wir öfter den Kamin angemacht, sehr gemütlich. Zum Steand konnte man gut laufen und auch mit den Rädern tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Elvi war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich empfehlenswert, mit oder ohne Kinder.

Das Hausboot war einfach schön. Mein Partner, mein Hund und ich waren über Silvester dort. Die Lage ist super zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Auf dem Sofa vor dem Kamin zu sitzen und aufs Wasser zu schauen, war einfach nur entschleunigend. Wir möchten gern bei besserem Wetter noch einmal Utrecht besuchen. Eine tolle Stadt!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hohe Qualität und einwandfrei sauber. Ellen war gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Great place. Really quiet when we were there, felt right at home, many beautiful touches on the boat. Location was great too, bus few minutes away, also walkable if you fancy.
