Boeotia : locations de vacances dans des cottages

Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, εύκολο parking (αφήσαμε το όχημα ακριβώς από κάτω) και με ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα από τα δεξιά του. Το επισκεφτήκαμε Μάρτιο οπότε δεν μπορέσαμε να χαρούμε στις extra παροχές που προσφέρονται τους ζεστούς μήνες χωρίς αυτο να αφαιρεί κατι απο την εμπειρία. Το μεγάλο του σαλόνι επί της εποπτείας της Πυθίας προσφέρεται για μεγάλη παρέα και τα δωμάτιά του, μεγάλα και φωτεινά, για ήσυχη ανάπαυση. Η εξυπηρετιση ήταν άμεση σε ότι χρειαστείκαμε και η υποδοχή ο ορισμός της ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα κ. Παναγιώτη και θα τα ξαναπούμε ευκαιρίας δοθείσης.

Η εμπειρία μας σε αυτό το Airbnb ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Από την αρχή, η κα Λαμπρινή-Άννα ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, δείχνοντας πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τη διαμονή μας. Το σπίτι ήταν άψογα καθαρό, προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, και είχε μια ζεστή, φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ βολική, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, αλλά με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Είχε όλες τις παροχές που θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε, και πραγματικά φαινόταν πως είχε γίνει μια προσεκτική σκέψη για την άνεση των επισκεπτών (κυρίως με την κλειστή θέση πάρκινγκ που είναι δύσκολο να βρεις σε αυτή την πόλη σαν παροχή). Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε το συγκεκριμένο χώρο ξανά και θα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε φίλους και γνωστούς!

We spent 12 days at Efi’s place and loved it ! The house is beautiful, comfy, super well equipped, clean and well located. The communication was easy and we had everything we needed. The only downside is the many bees and wasps around the pool because of the heat but we managed to cohabitate and no one got bitten as they are not agressive.

Sehr nettes und gemütliches Apartment, von dem aus wir die spektakulären Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung besichtigt haben. Kleinigkeiten ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und stets zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! AAA***

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι ήταν αυτό που θέλαμε! Ήταν εξαιρετικό το σπίτι , η φιλοξενία και ο Νίκος ο πιο καλός οικοδεσπότης να μας βοηθάει όποτε τον χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού εξαιρετική , μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Χαλκίδας ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα !

Επισκεφθήκαμε το όμορφο και φιλόξενο σπίτι της Νατάσσας την περίοδο της Πρωτοχρονιάς. Είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή, γεμάτη ζεστασιά και χαρούμενες οικογενειακές στιγμές! Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, με σύγχρονες ανέσεις και διατηρεί το τοπικό φολκλορικό στοιχείο. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα :)

Noch nie habe ich mich bei Airbnb so willkommen gefühlt! Efthymias Vater war sehr großzügig mit vielen selbstgemachten Leckereien und hat täglich geschaut, ob es uns gut geht. Abgesehen davon hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre und haben den Garten genossen. Dort duftet es nach Mandarinenblüten und man kann Kräuter zum Kochen pflücken. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, wie ein Zuhause. Auch die Ausstattung war gut, alles super sauber. Die Küche war zum Kochen eigentlich ein bisschen zu klein, aber darüber haben wir angesichts all des Schönen leicht hinwegsehen können. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, Yannis!

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο σπίτι. Μείναμε δυο ζευγάρια απολύτως ικανοποιημένα από την άνεση, τους χώρους και τη διαρίθμυση. Ένα πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, σε κοντινή τοποθεσία τόσο στην Ερέτρια, όσο και στο Βασιλικό και τη Χαλκίδα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα.

It was a great pleasure staying at Almyree Suites. Vangelis was an excellent and very helpful host. The apartment was spotless and the amenities were more than enough for a family. It’s child friendly with a very pleasant yard and the opportunity for kids to play. It’s close proximity to everything and you can walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing home for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The yard was amazing and felt like we were able to get a nice break from the Greek heat out there in the shade during the day. The host was so amazing, responsive, and friendly. We ran into her at the beach and her husband patiently taught my kids how to skip rocks. Definitely recommend this home and kind hearted, lovely host!

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang und Maria und ihr Sohn haben uns die Unterkunft gezeigt, auf Besonderheiten hingewiesen und nette Lokale in der Nähe benannt. Maria hat uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und es gab auch einige Leckerbissen, viele Früchte selbstgemachte Marmeladen. Das war eine herzliche und persönliche Begrüßung. Das Grundstück war gut gepflegt und alles hat funktioniert. Gegenüber gab es einen Supermarkt und es gab auch einige gute Lokale in Fußnähe. Das einzige Problem bestand in dem lauten und ständigen Straßenlärm. Wir werden jedoch gerne wieder kommen.

This is a real gem - we will definitely come back. Athina was a wonderful host and her home is very comfortable. The view was exceptional.

Όμορφα διακοσμημένη κατοικία με πανέμορφη θέα, οικείος χώρος, σε εκανε να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Το λατρέψαμε

Πέρασα ύπεροχα και εγω και οικογενεια μου, Ο Κ.Μοντης και η Κ.Άννα εξαιρετική άνθρωποι με χαμόγελο, με ευγένια οτι θέλαμε ήταν εκεί παρα πολύ φιλόξενει. Δεν έχω λογια για την απέραντη καλοσύνη τους. Το σπίτι υπέροχο οπως ακριβως στην φωτογραφία ,πεντακάθαρο και με όλες της παροχές και κοντα στην Θάλασσα, στο λουνα παρκ, και ταβερνες ,καφετεριες , ολα ηταν τελεια. Ειναι απο τα πρώτα μου πλεον στην επιλογη για να ξανά παω. Σας ευχαριστώ παρα πολυ για όλα μέσα απο την καρδιά μου.

Das ist wirklich ein ganz wunderbarer Platz am Meer. Das Haus liegt zwar an der Dorfstraße, aber im Garten und auf der überdachten Veranda sitzt man ganz ungestört mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und hört den Vögeln und den Wellen zu. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, es gab Klimaanlagen, Liegestühle und überall Mückennetze. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene, die die Auszeit in Frossos Haus genossen haben. Vielleicht hätte es ein paar Grad wärmer sein können... Danke, liebe Frosso für alle Tipps und den freundlichen Austausch. Alles Gute!

Très agréable séjour à Amoni. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité d'arriver très tardivement en soirée, vivre sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la facilité d'accès à la plage, l'accueil et les attentions de Katerina. Nous recommandons cette location!

We travel a lot and we've been to many places. This however has been one of the best vacations we ever had. The house is just as it is advertised (a cottage). A cozy nice place with everything you need. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the three bedrooms with one living room were enough to accommodate all 8 of us (all 4 rooms were air conditioned). The kitchen was fully equipped and with lot of utensils. The highlight of the house is the location and the wonderful arranged backyard of the house right at the sea shore. It is something that you cannot have anywhere else. Angeliki (Gelina) was very helpful and was carrying enough to check if everything is OK with our holiday (although at the time during our vacation there were lot of fires around Athens and she had bigger worries on her own). Thank you Gelina for being such a wonderful host and we hope to be your guests again in the future :)

The place is perfect for family vacation especially if you’re into close-to-nature place, love serenity and unity with the nature in an austere but quite comfortable conditions. The neighborhood is very local, quiet with no touristic hustle around. The sea is literally at your doorstep, you just dive into the water right from the backyard. Lots of good restaurants with fresh seafood within five minutes drive radius. Vasiliss was super responsive and proactive in terms of provision comfort of our stay. I’m thankful to him for a pleasant stay wish him the best of luck!
