Here is the deal we all know when looking..... I want to walk in and say I made the right choice.... Period!!!!! At this place you can! I would have loved a working TV in the master bedroom. But that's just me...I don't sleep... It was probably something I couldn't figure out on my own but anyway, pretty cool place!!!!

The host are amazing. not only are they very responsive and helpful they have such beautiful homes that are located in a beautiful town with great people.

We had a wonderful time at our stay here. The house was so cute and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very peaceful and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit allowed for extra relaxation. There are plenty of wineries and distilleries nearby if thats what you are looking for. Restrooms and bedrooms were clean. The pillows were firm so if you prefer a softer pillow I would consider bringing your own. I believe the closest grocery store was 20 mins away but we stopped before our arrival so that was no biggie. Easy check in and host was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! Very clean the hosts included thoughtful accommodations such as shower products and other toiletries, coffee and tea, Amazon fire sticks for every tv and a treat when we checked it!Close to both main street and all the vineyards and wineries. We loved Vale Ranch, can’t wait to be back!

Very nice stay with the family! The kids loved the animals and it was very quiet and peaceful. The house itself was super well organized and very thoughtfully decorated.

Mike and Karen are great hosts and make a great breakfast! The location is perfect for exploring the hill country, but I looked forward to coming back to the peace and quiet of the little cottage every evening. It was the perfect place to disconnect, soak in the hot tub, and listen to the birds.

The house was beautiful, Exactly like the pictures. Lexi was a wonderful host with thoughtful touches within the home.

My fiancé and I stayed here 3 years ago as as a new couple getting to know each other. The cabin was as cozy then as it was on our follow up trip. We literally fell in love with each other here. You can’t find a better cabin experience in all of Hill county in my opinion. The ranch is amazing and nights here are unforgettable. We will definitely return for round 3.

We had a great stay! Very clean house! We felt safe! Neighborhood is quiet. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great place. Cozy, clean, nice tv! Perfect for our 24 hour stay! Really nice shower also!!

This home is across the street from a really nice park (low traffic). Kids could go over and play within your view.

Great place for a quick getaway. The home was just as described. It was about a 7 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg, which was perfect. It was nice that it felt you were out in the middle of no where but still close to restaurants/shops. Everything provided was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. We will definitely stay again!

THE PLACE WAS WHAT I EXPECTED, PEACE AND QUIET. ANGELA WAS A GREAT HOST, ALWAYS RESPONSIVE WHEN WE NEEDED HER. DEFINITLY WILL BE BACK, RIVER WAS LOW BUT PEACE AND QUIET IS WHAT MADE UP FOR IT.

This was such a cute home for my husband and I to spend our wedding anniversary! The perfect amount of space for two people. We enjoyed the hot tub and Cari’s recommendations for local restaurants! The home was clean, had plenty of amenities, and matched the pictures. We felt safe, it was quiet, and it was so close to everything we wanted to do/see! I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a high-quality home close to Main street!

It was such a lovely stay. They thought of everything to where we didn’t need anything. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. It’s so serene and peaceful I highly recommend for anyone to stay. We will definitely be returning to use those fireplaces for a cozy stay in the winter.

Monica is a lovely host and her family's ranch is the perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet, yet still be near all the wineries and Fredericksburg. The location was perfect. The house is an old farmhouse but it was clean, full of charm and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked so you can cook (or not), and the homemade breakfast treats were amazing.

We loved the house! It was the perfect stay for my mom and I’s mini vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

We used to live in Boerne and were coming back for a weekend visit so we were familiar with the area. Took about 10-15 minutes to get to downtown, HEB, etc. we really enjoyed the location and my daughter loved the friendly horse and cat! We kept saying “if we ever move back to Boerne, this is where we want to live!” Everything was clean, directions were easy to follow, and Lise was very friendly and responsive! Great stay! Thank you!

Easy in and out. Pricey but on par with comparable bnbs. Not a modern spot but is Charming, quaint, quirky as described. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was as described. I didn’t realize when booking that it is a duplex. That information is written in the description but I missed it. This would be perfect for a family where the parents could stay in one room and the kids in the other. It is easy access to the rooms through the patio which has a sliding divider door. The only problem I had was the air freshener. I’m very sensitive to fragrance so I had to move the air freshener outside. So if you have allergies be sure and ask for it to be removed before you arrive. Other than that it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, there is a microwave,refrigerator, and coffee maker. There are picnic tables and bbq grills for quest use. The walking trail along the river is beautiful and runs six miles. There are lots of activities and Fredericksburg is only 30 minutes away. Our host Zee was very attentive and easily contacted. I would definitely recommend this cute cottage and plan on returning.
