Bogliasco : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Federico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Blick aus dem Fenster aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch...Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Ganz prima fanden wir, dass Handtücher bereit gestellt wurden und die Betten bezogen waren!Wir sind gerne ins nächste Dorf auf dem Berg gelaufen. Und mit dem Zug kommt man gut von Moneglia aus in die Cinque Terre. Vielen Dank an Federico, der sich gut um uns gekümmert hat!

Amazing place to stay, location could not be better, close to shops, cafes and the nearest beach is like a 10 minute walk. Had a wonderful time there, thanks to the great air conditioning as well (in every room!!). Massimo is a superb host, always comes back with an answer literally within minutes. Could not have been happier with the place!

Abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa presso la casa di Valerio, situata in un luogo incantevole, con una vista spettacolare del Golfo di Rapallo. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata e offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi e si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza naturale di paesaggi incantevoli, con una splendida piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi nelle calde giornate estive… pur mantenendo la possibilità di raggiungere il mare in soli 10 minuti! Un ringraziamento speciale va ai padroni di casa, Valerio e Michela, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Sempre pronti a fornire consigli utili e a garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni aspetto. Il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza naturale e un’accoglienza davvero piacevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Vielen Dank für die angenehme Unterkunft. Es hat uns super gefallen, Erika ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch toll, wir hatten Berge, eine tolle Aussicht, einen kleinen Garten und das Meer. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen euch gerne weiter!

Très bon emplacement (5min en voiture ou 15-20 min à pied de la gare, extrêmement calme. Cristina est très arrangeante et accueillante, beaucoup d´attentions de sa part à notre arrivée (tout ce qu´il faut pour le petit dejeuner, lait, beurre, gateaux, jus d´orange... ). Elle nous a donné plein d´infos sur les 5 terres. L´appartement est bien équipé, Cristina laisse une carte de stationnement gratuit pour la gare (nous y avons toujours trouvé de la place). Cette region est vraiment magnifique. On recommande +++. Attention aux moustiques !

Charment petit logement typique et dans son jus. Matteo a été très serviable et avenant pour notre passage éclair dans la région (une nuit). Nous avons été contents également de trouver un très garage pouvant accueillir 2 voitures dans ce quartier piéton.

Agnese heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! We hadden maar 2 nachten geboekt, maar achteraf hadden we veel langer willen blijven. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht: de locatie is perfect! Daarnaast reageert Agnese snel, is ze enorm behulpzaam en geeft ze fijne tips!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house with a lovely garden and balcony. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, which made it easy to explore. The only challenge we faced was finding parking, but other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Terza volta in questo fantastico Airbnb a Genova Nervi, e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti! La posizione è perfetta, in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalla splendida Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi e dal Parco di Nervi, dove trascorrere giornate immerse nel verde e con una vista incredibile sul mare. L’appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La disponibilità e la cordialità dell’host rendono l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione e ci si sente davvero a casa. Anche la nostra bambina ha adorato il posto e ci siamo sentiti accolti come amici, più che ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questo Airbnb a chiunque visiti Genova Nervi e cerchi un alloggio tranquillo, accogliente e ben posizionato. Siamo già in attesa della nostra prossima visita!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

Sistemazione adorabile, dal terrazzino si vede il magnifico porto.. nella stanza padronale c’è un’area relax con un piccola finestrella che dà sul tetto, sembra quella di Wendy in Peter Pan. Riposo tranquillo grazie alla posizione all’8vo piano che inibisce i rumori della strada! Vicino al centro storico e consente un facile orientamento tra i vicoletti della città! Acquario a due passi

we absolutely loved the apartment and the location. we would definitely go back. only warning would be for anyone that has trouble with stairs...there are A LOT OF STEPS...so pack lite.

Such an amazing space! This place has everything you are looking for including an amazing private rooftop view! Not to mention the bedroom also has an additional balcony view.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Stefans Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist unweit vom Zugbahnhof entfernt, um Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und andere schöne Orte zu unternehmen, wie nach Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino und Sestri Levante. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen klassischen Haus mit sehr vielen Treppenstufen. Sehr schöner Garten mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Minuspunkt, der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus, wenn man viel Gepäck hat, muss man mehrfach laufen. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte Stefano uns beim Gepäck tragen zum Glück geholfen. Restaurant Tipps haben wir für Recco und Camogli bekommen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gian Giacomo's place. Davide who was there the moment we arrived was amazing. He catered to all of our requests and answered all our questions. They're both very easy to talk to and were very accommodating. There were five us traveling and the place was certainly big enough to accommodate all of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were in pristine condition. We used the kitchen a lot and they have all the tools that you'd need. We highly recommend Gian Giacomo's place. When we go back to Genova, we will definitely stay again!

Antonella went out of her way at every turn to make our stay as wonderful as it was. She is kind, warm and caring. The place as everyone has said is a dream come true. And it was a huge bonus that Antonella lives next store as she was unobtrusively proactively helpful. And there if needed. It was especially important to us that she cares about the environment and is into sustainability as we are. She is mature but forward looking and youthful in so many ways. We thanked her privately and here again publicly. Both Antonella and her place are deserving of it. Le Cinque Terre is legendary for good reason. So is this home.

We have stayed at many Airbnb locations over the years in many countries but we have never experienced such a warm and thoughtful welcome by a host. Stefano deserves all the kind words expressed by others who have had the wonderful opportunity to stay at his flat in Riomaggiore. The apartment was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, and the view was amazing. In addition, Stefano made sure that the refrigerator and pantry were well-stocked. Located just steps, literally, from the train station, the flat provided an excellent jumping off point for hiking throughout the Cinque Terra and beyond. An excellent host and a beautiful part of Italy to explore. Long hikes during the day also enables one to rationalize some fairly amazing meals of the local specialities at night.

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Amazing host and stay, highly recommend! Lorenza was so kind, helpful and communicative leading up to and during our stay. We arrived early evening and she met us in town and helped with our luggage up the hill (not as bad as some steep hills, all doable!) and let us in to the apartment and gave us a full tour and instructions, along with suggestions for the area. We had our own little balcony and garden of lemon trees, so lovely to sit out for coffee in the morning and aperitivo in the afternoon! When we asked for more coffee pods she even came in and cleaned when dropping them off, clean towels and everything! Having the washer and outdoor clothes line for our laundry was much appreciated, and we even cooked supper one night (grocery stores in each of the five towns made it easy to pick up simple ingredients for a meal). Riomaggiore is a great base of operations for a few days exploring CT, and we were only 10 minutes walk to the train at most. Grazie, Lorenza!

Great location to get to the beach and center of town. The place is small but included everything we needed. A few things to note, the shower is very small for tall people and the place sits right above the train tracks, so you do hear the train during the night. Even though it is on the 4th floor, the elevator is nice for luggage and the walk to the restaurants/beach is very quick. Location is the selling point of this rental.

Cozy apartment with great views. There were a lot of steps even with limited luggage but that's expected and how you get the amazing views. We struggled a bit to find in the rain from the parking garage but the host took care of everything. We were met by Sabrina and her daughter who were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything about the apartment and have some restaurant ideas. The views from the balcony and terrace were amazing and the area is wonderful. Easy to hike or catch trains from here. We miss it and would return.
