lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)

Pebble Lodge is a delight for a stay of any duration. Clean, airy, yet cosy and comfortable. It’s fully equipped with everything you need including a sunny back garden - that basks in sun all day and evening! It’s situated in a brilliant location, close to the beach and all the amenities in the lovely village of Ferring. And Helen, is absolutely fabulous to deal with. Communication is swift, she’s accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. We had a fantastic couple of months stay. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Pebble Lodge to any guests.

Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

It was November, so we didn't use the outside space. Convenient location for beach, excellent fish and chip shop, the railway to the funfair etc. Would stay there again if in the area.

a really well appointed, clean property in a very peaceful and quiet setting, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach. also just a short walk to a couple of great coffee shops and local Co-Op. if you want a bungalow in such a setting and easy drives to many other lovely areas along the coast and inland, then we would recommend this property!

Roger’s little house suited us very well. We paid a premium price because it was summer half-term week but we were happy to do so in order to have clean and comfortable accommodation close to Seaview centre.

Maureen was a perfect host, took on board that I was totally blind but let me get on with it. Her responses to questions were fast and with great detail. The bungalow is perfect for my needs. Maureen allowed my assistance dog and wasn’t phased at all. The bungalow truly is a home from home, comfy, clean and exceptionally well equipped. I do hope she will allow us again.

Fabulous long weekend away, lovely stay, 5 mins from the beach and other great walks near by. Andrew communicated very well. The Annex was perfect for our stay with our dog and the bed is really comfy.

Our stay at the summer house was perfect. It was everything tou could possibly want/need & despite doing a mini shop en route, there was essential treats plus more! welcoming us. Definitely recommend to anyone (just not the dates i need to travel to the area ;) )

From the moment I drove onto their easily accessible driveway i knew I'd found a very special place to stay 😎 The greeting/reception I received set the tone for a relaxing break 😌 The lodge is immaculately furnished with a pristine kitchen well stocked with all the implements anyone would need; making it very easy to use 😊 The bedroom and hypnos mattress were very appealing as was the ensuite shower room ... a separate utility room with another loo, washing machine and sink is also available next to the lounge 🥰 There's a large Oled tv with all the channels anyone would desire in the lounge and a Samsung tv in the bedroom too 😀 The lounge has a relaxer chair and sofa ... with a dining table for two and well stocked bookshelves for a cosy night in 😏 Outside is a solar lit fishpond and driveway which was magical in the evenings to look out at 😁 All in all, a very enjoyable experience, I'd highly recommend you book to visit West Sussex and all it's sights and attractions

We have stayed at Bednobs several times and love it's peaceful location. It is very well equipped and we always cook in the evenings when we stay. Judith and Nick are lovely hosts, always helpful but never intrusive, and the garden is lovely to sit in with a book.

A well appointed and nicely set out bungalow in a really good location, just a few mins from the beaches / local shops and amenities. We found that there was everything we needed for our short weekend stay, which enabled us to cook at home and enjoy the sun trap garden and the hot tub, which was great. Dog friendly with a small enclosed, private and peaceful garden, which was exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Made a quick last minute booking and Debbie was on in straight away. The place was immaculate and had everything needed for my stay. It’s like staying in a 5 star room, but with privacy of your own home. Whilst only seconds walk to the beautiful town centre, it it’s great restaurants and shops, it’s so quiet and peaceful. Has to be one of the best places I’ve stayed.
