This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

Sara is a fantastic host. We are staying again and I would recommend Sara and her accommodations to anyone looking for a friendly, clean and well kept place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for.

Lovely cabin near Midhurst. The place is 10 minutes walk from the local town center and 5 minutes walk from wandering around in the peaceful wilde of West Sussex. Charlotte has been super helpful and responsive during the stay. 10/10 recommended

We enjoyed our stay at the Nab House very much. It’s spacious and comfortable. Ample supply of dish-ware, glasses and cutlery should you have a larger group. Plenty of blankets and bedding. One of the bathrooms is quite large with a big bathtub that my wife enjoyed. My daughter found a fun board game. There were two tower fans you can take to whichever room. I can’t sleep without a fan blowing on me so this vas very helpful. Location is wonderful. Enjoyed the walks. Highly recommended!

Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Coach House! It was the perfect weekend getaway. The accommodation was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel right at home. The outdoor space was a real highlight – it was such a lovely spot to relax and unwind. The welcome hamper was a thoughtful touch, and everything was just as we’d hoped for. We really appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy our time even more. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority here. We left with great memories and would love to book again in the future! Thank you for making our stay so special!

The accommodation was everything we had hoped for and more . We have absolutely no hesitation to recommend it to anyone else . Our family of ten were able to live and sleep and relax very comfortably .

Lovely place to stay with excellent garden facilities. Friendly host who was easy to communicate with. Very short walk to the beach. Only drawback is there isn’t a huge amount to do in Ferring, though it’s a short drive to Worthing which has more going on.

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

The perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hilda Cottage is beautifully styled and furnished, with everything you can possibly need and more! Squeaky clean, comfy beds, a secluded garden and plenty of seats for a party of six. Perfectly located just a hop and a skip to the sea, and the coastal path. Down the road from a very well stocked Co-Op and a fabulous pub. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Crab and Lobster, and frequented the bar on numerous occasions, it’s so close!!! The Harbour View made for a very pleasant coffee stop too! The amazing weather truly was the cherry on top. We had a lovely stay, Tom sent clear joining instructions and was very helpful with parking. The house was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, nice touches with toiletries, games and a helpful guide with recommendations. The house is only 5 minutes away from bracklesham bay and we enjoyed breakfast on the beach at Billys. Happy to recommend, thanks for our stay.

11 Breakwaters was truly a 5* AirBnB, indeed we think this was the best one we have ever stayed in. It was a wonderful place, where for once it actually appears better in person than it does in the pictures on the website. Very clean, comfortable and well laid out and functional we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - indeed, the fact it had a hot tub made it even more wonderful and enjoyable as was the short walk to the sea front. Outstanding in every respect - I am sure we will be back!

This was our second stay at the Piggery. It's the most beautiful and relaxing space. We hope to return again in the future. Thanks to Natalie also for making the stay so enjoyable, and especially for the lovely welcome pack of fresh produce on arrival - much appreciated.

It was the perfect apartment with the added benefit of a very secure private garden. Sarah had supplied refreshments for our arrival and there was tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits. Everything is there for your every need. Myself and my husband took our two grandchildren there, they are nearly 10. They loved the apartment as much as we did. We slept soundly, the beds are very comfortable and I have arthritis and I slept all night. It is a minutes walk to the beach. It is the perfect base for exploring Portsmouth. We had a parking space on the drive, next to the door. you really couldn't ask for any more. Thanks for a great stay Sarah. We will definitely be coming back.

We have had a wonderful week end , the apartment was beautiful and the view amazing . There is everything you need within walking distance so no car needed . Just a perfect place to reset and relax . Booked again for May !!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

This is a great little apartment, beautifully presented, within easy walking distance of Chichester. The free on-site parking was a big bonus. The flat was warm, attractively decorated and very comfortable. Marek responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Great location. You can't get more central to Chichester The most perfect view of the cathedral. The kitchen was stocked with milk, tea and coffee. The parking was a 5 minute short walk away - you can drop off your luggage via the loading bay - this was hard to find at night [clearer direction helpful have been helpful].
