We stayed here with our extended family and a couple of our good family friends and this home was perfect for us. It was a real home and felt very relaxing as a result. The garden was extensive and well-equipped for a family. The swimming pool and trampoline were great hits with all the children (ranging from 18mths to 8yrs old). The beds were very comfortable and the children’s room had lots of lovely books and toys to play with. The large kitchen/diner meant we could all eat together and the views from the house and grounds were amazing. The annexe was great, with plenty of space and bed/bathrooms for the older couples. This was ideal accommodation for our family stay. Thank you Laura.

We had a couple of our contractors working in the area Rebekahs place was a good location for them and had everything they needed. Rebekha's communication was good and she sorted out an issue they had with hot water quickly.

The place itself was very clean and perfect for 6 people. We stayed one night between visiting Lyme Regis and Seven Sisters. The only thing I’d say is, plan getting off the island in advance as we left in the morning and had to wait in over an hour of traffic. The only other thing to note, the wifi and cell reception was a little slow.

Emily was a very welcoming host and was responsive through out. Pool area is kind of a common shared area (between host's house and the airbnb house ). Although the airbnb's house had a designated private deck area for the guests. The host never used the pool area at the same time while we were using, so it was exclusively for us to use. I would surely come back again. Me and friends enjoyed our stay.

Amazing! This was our first family holiday and with little children wanted something simple but well equipped, this cabin did not disappoint, beautifully kept, everything we needed, felt very at home. The location of this cabin on the site is beyond perfect.. The on site shop and entertainment hub a 1min walk in one direction and beach and pool access in the other. This was the perfect for having a small child and baby, on rainy days a few hours in the pool, and then having fun on the beautiful beach. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be returning! Crystal the owner was also just as amazing, quick with communication and even helped us with booking ferry crossings. Thank you so much Crystal, you helped this little family create their first holiday memories together x

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. Brilliant place to stay. we booked for a work trip so unfortunately wasnt about to make full use of all that was to offer. which looked fantastic. parking was fantastic for us, ample room to keep vehicles and tools sucure. host was lovely and very much look forward to returning

Kevin and Debbie were the perfect hosts, very responsive communication and helpful with checking in and answering questions. The place and grounds are fantastic, even better than the pictures and it’s a shame we only stayed one night. Having an indoor heated pool was such a plus. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic house,perfect for our family gathering for an 80th birthday. The games/cinema room was amazing,our 6yr old and 11yr old loved it and playing all the old xbox games. Great for keeping kids entertained. They now want to live here! The layout of the house was great for our needs with various seating areas and entertaining spaces. The pub opposite the house was nice and did a really good Sunday carvery. Would recommend to any other family groups looking for a get away. Thanks Paul!

We had a fantastic stay here! Mary was super helpful and the place was immaculately prepared. The breakfast stocking made for a very nice touch, and the neighborhood is a nice area. Very good value for the money and I would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our two families with young children, it was extremely well equipped with toys and children’s plates which was an amazing touch and made our stay even comfier. I would love to come back for another stay and would highly recommend this house.

Myself and a few friends were looking to escape and have a private beautiful place for a relaxing new year break and the barn was exactly this! We felt at home straight away. The barn is stunning - it’s somebody’s home with books, artwork, rugs, lots of life. Once you’re settled you won’t want to leave- we didn’t!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

Jessica’s home was well equipped tidy and very comfortable. We had a. Amazing time as 2 family’s with 4 children from 7 months to 9 years old. The outdoor space was beautiful, the children enjoyed the trampoline and slide and the bunk bed in particular was a hit with the boys. I recommend this house for those looking for a peaceful base to explore the South Downs and surrounding areas.

We had a lovely weekend and Anne-Marie was a fabulous host. Her home was clean and welcoming and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely recommend both the property and Anne-Marie. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙂

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.

This is a lovely old nineteenth century house, oozing charm and character. The kitchen/diner is the focal point, where we spent most of our time, a log burner making it particularly cosy in winter. There are other rooms where you can escape for a bit of peace and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need, a huge fridge/freezer with ice maker, a big cooking range with induction hob, and every appliance you can think of. Sadly the English winter limited our outdoor enjoyment, other than a log fired hot tub in which we wallowed at night, drinking champagne (a big birthday) and looking at the stars, and there’s also a wood-fired pizza oven. In better weather there’s loads to entertain children outside, in particular a trampoline. Lots of wildlife around, we startled a deer in the garden one night! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay and wished it had been longer.
