The hosts were great at communicating prior to our arrival and let us know the place was ready for early check in if we wanted it . Lovely clean room with everything at hand . Nice added extra’s , tea , coffee , real butter and creamy milk . The location is perfect and really quiet . Great stay thank you .

Ik verbleef een week bij Elizabeth om de omgeving te bekijken en vrienden te bezoeken uit de tijd dat ik au pair was in de regio. Bij Elizabeth was alles netjes en alles was aanwezig om hier een week te kunnen wonen, een huis van thuis. Fijn waren de melk in de koelkast, een voorraadje chocola en ontbijtgranen, koffie etc. en lekkers bij aankomst, heel attent. Wifi en Neflix waren uitstekend. Het enige nadeel was dat je 's avonds niet even een ommetje kon wandelen. Daar leent de omgeving zich niet echt voor, qua donkerte, en de wegen en straten in Lower Beeding.

I had a very comfortable stay in this spotlessly clean accommodation. It was very well appointed and many small details had been carefully thought out. Pete and Sam were friendly and welcoming. The area was quiet and safe and a place I would definitely recommend staying.

Modern house with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On site parking was a bonus. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. A short drive to some stunning countryside. Cathy and Andy are next door if you need them, but gave us our privacy, which was perfect. Highly recommend.

Lulu and Russel were both very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place has everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was a great addition! The place is in a great and peaceful location with a lovely pub just up the road and only 5 mins from the beach. We would definitely recommend to others!

The apartment was well-equipped for our stay and we couldn't have asked for more. We felt very welcome, including our furry friend trying to join you for your breakfast! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The place was a very short walk to the beech and just a five minute walk from a great place on the beech for breakfast. Perhaps the best thing was the proactive, friendly guidance from our host, Katie. Before we got there she reached out with clear instructions and gave us lots of really useful recommendations. We loved our stay and will be back, for sure.

We loved it here - a spot of tranquility in a cosy nook away from it all. Lovely walks along the sea, and lots of great seafood places to dine at, or bring back fish to cook at home. Penelope was so accommodating and her local recommendations were spot on. Such a comfortable annex, with lovely shower gel and all sorts of creature comforts. I so much hope we get to return again sometime soon. Thank you xx

A great annex wonderfully located, minutes from the beach and perfect for enjoying the local area. I was travelling for work purposes and the WiFi was reliable and the table and chairs made a great temporary working environment. Kitchen facilities were enough for me on my own, it is advertised as light cooking facilities only which it is. However, don’t go with the intention of doing loads of cooking but more than enough for breakfasts etc. I would highly recommend and would go back here myself next time I’m needed in the area. This is a really lovely little bolthole in a decent residential road, close to the town. Thoroughly recommend...truly great hosts and very comfy, convenient stay. Perfect

Absolutely gorgeous place - we loved it! Had booked a romantic couple of days away for our anniversary and it was PERFECT. So cosy and comfortable - super clean and tidy, lots of cute personal touches (decorations, welcome basket, info pack...loved the attention to detail and the little explanatory labels...the miniature milks!). Me and my partner remarked that if we were to run an air b&b one day this is how we'd want to run it! Made a request of a spare toilet roll and Gail popped round with one straight away with a friendly face and a smile. Bed was lush - amazing hot shower. Would give 10* if we could!

The en-suite room "Japangie" has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Angie is very reactive to questions you have. The accommodation is clean and practical. The town centre is a 15 to 20 minute walk. "Japangie" has a wonderful private parking space!

Fabulous place to stay. I was there for two nights - the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. It was the best place to get ready as it was so peaceful, waking up to the glorious view on my wedding day is a core memory. Chris was really helpful on check in, despite me being late and not warning him. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful base in that area.

A very comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location. The garden room manages to be uncluttered, while having everything in it you could need. A lovely pub with good food on your doorstep, another less than one up the road. Perfect!

We stayed at Seal Bay for a few days over New Year. The caravan was spacious for a family of 5 and has everything you need. We did a mix of cooking / eating there, and dining out too. It's easy to find and walking distance to the main complex which we did a few times. Louisa was really helpful in the run up to our booking with sorting entertainment passes and answering questions I had including recommendations for a Chinese take away ! She also helped us during the trip when I had a problem with the dishwasher, all sorted very quickly. Very happy to recommend and we would return again.

Thank you to Rachael and Colin for a lovely and very peaceful stay. The location was perfect for my requirements. Without a car I was able to walk just metres from the Amberley rail station to the front door. Also within metres are a pub, restaurant and riverside tea rooms (which also have bike and boat hire). The village of Amberley is around a 2km walk. There is a tea room, great pub and a village shop for groceries etc. Loads of walking trails are on the doorstep and there is easy access to the South Downs Way. The cosy and welcoming accommodation is fully equipped and has an outdoor table and chairs for personal use. I had everything I needed, and appreciated the peace and quiet and fresh air away from London for the weekend.

A very neat, cosy place to enjoy a weekend. Everything is well presented, clean and tidy. The kitchen amenities is well facilitated for us to cook our meals. Denise is very sincere and helpful, she is always there to answer our concern. Really enjoy this homely stay and will definitely return to this lovely place again

We have just spent 4 lovely days at this place. Very private, peaceful and secure with off street parking. Everywhere in Lancing is just a short walk away. The lodge is very well fitted out with a superb comfortable bed. Excellent shower too. Plenty of places to eat close by and a good selection of takeaways if you want to eat at home. My wife was born in Lancing so it was ideal to go back and stroll down Memory Lane. Debbie is a lovely host too. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

This was a perfect location and base for us to visit Butlins for 2 days as only 10 minutes away. The beach was almost on the doorstep so a bonus ! Myself and my 7 year old were very comfortable , had everything we needed, beautiful modern decor , peaceful and clean. Julie was on hand immediately on check in to help with the key safe so I would definately say she is responsive. The cookies , milk and other supplies were a lovely welcome too . I would highly recommend The Beach Pad.

This was our second stay at Chill Cottage. It was just what we were after. Lovely and cosy with everything we needed. Would recommend.

Great location, quiet with easy parking on the drive or street. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Clean & comfortable accommodation, with generous amount of breakfast items & toiletries supplied. Mike was very welcoming and a great host.
