Perfectly placed on my favourite street in Portsmouth. Great bars and restaurants. Beautifully presented accommodation. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Short walk to Portsmouth. We will definitely stay again.

I've now past my first anniversary of being regular visitor to one of nigels apartments in cosham! Which should tell what amazing places they are to stay! I work in the area a few days a week - and these apartments remain to be a god send for somewhere to relax & rest at the end of a busy day/ week. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable - and always, alway a really good nights sleep! My go to when I'm working in Portsmouth!

Great location! Took the family to see Arundel Castle which is very close to the Flat. We were able to park right out front. The center of town is a short walk from the flat so it's easy access for dining out and enjoying a stroll through this wonderful town. The flat was clean and everything worked well.

The flat was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The balcony is wonderful and the location excellent. Loved the views and I got a great photo of the sunset over the Portsmouth skyline. A perfect place to chill out, and I will be back.

I booked this for my engineers who are working in the area & they were very happy with it. Will definitely stay again.

Sally was a super host. She was friendly and always replied quickly. She was especially helpful in obtaining parking permits for us which was great. The flat was lovely. Light, airy and spacious. It was our sanctuary to come back to each evening. If we ever do come back to Worthing we would love to stay there again.

Had an amazing week staying in Rosie’s Place, it was perfect. Clear instructions, lots of extra useful information. Bonus, parking available at front of apartment. Close to sea front to Havel lovely walks every day. Nice to have views from the bay window looking out at the sea. FABULOUS 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, had lovely sea views, and was fully equipped with everything we needed - it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were all a great size too, making it a really comfortable stay for 6 adults (and a dog). Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway by the coast.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Property was great, ideal location and suited my needs.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

The place was very cozy and homey and the hosts were amazing. Catered to every needs.

Fantastic house, so so close to the beach and short walk into village with everything you need. Stayed with three families with older teenagers and it was perfect. We will return!

Dean’s place is amazing and was perfect for our family of 9 to relax and have fun. The views are stunning and to wake up and have the sea as your outlook is just perfect. We had welcome drinks and food in the kitchen and a lovely touch of a birthday cake for my wife, so thanks again Dean. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back in the future.

What a find, we only stayed for one night as my daughter had a rugby trial at the local college and we wanted to relieve the stress by staying the night before. What a beautiful apartment , very comfortable and relaxing , felt very at home so just what we needed, probably one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Had everything there we could possible need plus more. Spotlessly clean , well equipped and wished we had stayed longer ! We will definitely be back again if she gets into the College!

Great location to explore Worthing, with good restaurants and pubs nearby. Two bathrooms made it convenient for our group of four. Lovely living room with lots of windows, looking out over the sea.

lovely spacious clean flat, about 8 mins walk to beach. local shops/ mini supermarkets couple of minutes walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely small outdoor area with seating and bbq. Responsive host.

We had such a lovely long weekend. The flat was spacious and impeccably clean. The beach was 30 seconds walk away, and there were other beaches and rock pools within a 5 min walk. Our two daughters, 6 and 9, loved the beach, going crabbing, having a barbecue on the beach, and getting ice cream from the ice cream shop. We’ll be back!

Check in would have been faultless but that was down to human error on my behalf not reading the check in process before arriving. Check in was easy after that. the apartment was tidy and clean home from home to be honest. peaceful at night. would definitely use again without hesitation.

Ben's apartment was a great spot in East Wittering, so close to the beach and lovely beach cafe. The apartment was beautifully clean and really well equipped with great storage space. We really appreciated the good quality travel cot and high chair for our 9 month old too. We enjoyed looking at the quirky collection of books and wished we could have stayed longer ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily
