Excellent place to stay, I can say the best place in Asia I’ve been, because others places where I’ve been were nice but had bad smells, in this apartment all was perfect. U have supermarket in the same building and different cafes and restaurants near. Don’t hesitate to book it if u have to stay in Jakarta.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the space comfortable. Sunhwa's place is nice, cozy & family friendly. We were celebrating new year with whole family and enjoyed our stay there. The owner is very nice, live near the homestay, so no need to worry if we need their help urgently. Thank you for letting our family staying there :)

The villa was perfect for our group, spacious and clean, providing a great space to relax after my wedding. The host was very accommodating, ensuring everything was ready for us and checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I stayed at this villa while preparing for a concert at SICC, and it exceeded my expectations! The villa is spacious with 4 large bedrooms (though it feels like there are more, as some rooms were locked), clean bathrooms, and incredibly comfy beds. I slept soundly despite being exhausted from event prep. The best part? It’s very affordable for such a large place and is located close to SICC, making everything super convenient. Mr. Rudy, the host, was very kind, even accommodating my last-minute booking. Mr. Budi, the caretaker, was friendly, quick to respond, and made everything smooth, including extending my checkout time and very last-minute request to extending my stay for another night. The only minor downside was a few insects, but I left the windows open, so that's on me. Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely come back for future events at SICC. Thanks, Mr. Rudy and Mr. Budi!

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️
