Monica’s AirBnB residence was all that my family and I could have asked for. I needed somewhere comfy and spacious enough to host my large family for my birthday dinner. The residence was in a very peaceful area, clean, spacious, nice character and good amenities. Monica was very responsive to my inquiries and provided enough detail up front so I didn’t have to wonder what to expect. Thank you!!

I have been staying at Air bnbs forever, And this one is definitely in the top three of all time. Couldn’t ask for a greater space and host. Hope to stay again!

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

This was my first Airbnb experience and I’m so happy it was here. From the moment you walk in you are blown away by the decor, the views, the amount of light, how well appointed everything is, I could go on and on. But what stood out more than anything else is the thoughtfulness. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. This place goes above and beyond. Look forward to experiencing this again in the future thank you so much.

Our family of 9 was super comfortable. This place it great. My family loved being here especially because it was so close to the beach. The yard is very small and also the entry door to the yard is completely missing, there is a lot of garbage under the deck which I found it to be a bit disturbing. Overall it was a fantastic stay… just make sure that make sure to lock the door with the lock..

2nd time staying here, the house is beautiful. We always enjoy the fireplace. Great for families traveling with children! Will be back again!!

Wonderful experience renting from Lily. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and kitchen tool that we needed for the two families of 4 during our stay. Having two side by side outdoor showers was a game changer and made the entire experience super easy for a large group like ours post-beach every day. Would definitely recommend.

Jennifer was extremely responsive during any requests or questions we had, the home was absolutely BEAUTIFUL in such an amazing area. The neighborhood was so peaceful and had a beautiful view looking into the water. The home was immaculate and the furniture and decorations were so homey, it felt like we were right at home! The rooms and spaces were all so clean!

Gregory’s place is a bit of a triumphant return to the old days of Airbnb. He lived in the basement but I’d completely respectful of space and privacy and even left during our stay. The house itself feels like a real home and has been meticulously g curated with all sorts of awesome art and eye treasures to uncover. Might not be everyone’s taste but if you need the beds as listed and appreciate pastiche, this is the place. We would definitely return.

This was our second year staying at the Carriage House and it did not disappoint. We will be back next year!

We loved our stay at Sarah’s home . It was the perfect end to the last week of summer . The pool and outside area/garden are lovely , lots of sunshine and a good amount of shade coverage due to beautiful trees in the afternoon. The bedrooms were great , lots of light , very comfortable beds good amount of closet space and a great set up all around . Sarah is a gracious host and has thought of every detail to make her guests stay enjoyable . Quick to respond and check in , and an absolute pleasure to work with . Thank you for a wonderful stay , look forward to returning soon .

Wally’s place is advertised. More an old school beach house than a luxury stay. A bit no frills, but it certainly had what our group needed, and the location more than makes up for it. The design is a bit unorthodox (kitchen/living room separate from the rest of the house), but worked for us. Make sure you watch the video tour, as it provides a more accurate view of the house than the photos. ACs functioned, grill heated up, speaker connected, and always enjoy an outdoor shower. Easy 5 min walk from the ferry (less if you’re not carrying bags) and even shorter walk to the beach. Really enjoyed Kismet, just a quiet, friendly neighborhood and a nice break from real life. Wally was very responsive, making sure to touch base before check-in and check-out, and we were able to leave our bags on the porch after checkout to get some extra time on the beach, which we certainly appreciated.

Joseph was a great host to my family! We enjoyed the home & he even made it possible for us to have more space by opening the basement to us! 💗 I enjoyed my birthday weekend!! Our food from the grill tasted amazing as well. Would definitely recommend for a secluded space to spend time with loved ones but also being close enough to staple places. :)

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

Sarah was very helpful and communicated often and very responsive. All amenities were as described. Very private location and the pool was awesome. The home also offered quality cooking items and many of the spices, supplies, etc. needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. Highly recommend.

Alison's Farmhouse exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt right at home there and were impressed to find the house stocked with essentials needed for the trip- such as spices, condiments, extra bedding etc. We all enjoyed the side porch and the fireplace in the evenings and loved that it provided an opportunity for some to be in side watching tv and the rest to be outside. We hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful time with the family at Kelley’s beautiful home! The kids (and adults!) absolutely loved the pool and spent lots of time in the gorgeous backyard and sunroom. Great location, clean & cozy!

Claudia's cottage was perfect for my family's trip to LI. It's a challenge finding a comfortable space to accommodate a group of 5, but this cozy cottage was warm, inviting and wonderful. The property matched the photos and description, the amenities listed were accurate, and we really enjoyed our five day stay over the holidays. Claudia's instructions were detailed and thorough and she was responsive to any questions I had. We look forward to staying here again when we visit next summer!

The home was easy to find. The house was clean and relatively well stocked. The one cup coffee maker was slow, maybe clogged. We ended up buying an inexpensive coffee maker because of our big group. A laundry basket with clothes in it was accidentally left in the den. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. It was a nice space for us to spread out. The patio around the pool was inviting.

Our family had an amazing stay at Christian’s. The house is beautiful with a great pool and backyard. We ate on the back patio every night. It’s a two minute walk to East Quogue and a 12 minute drive to the beach. It was a dream. We’re already planning our next stay.
