Jessica was a joy to work with, from the initial contact through the check out process, we find her easy to communicate with, responsive and very accommodating, we have no complaints. As far as the facility itself, we find it clean, airy, and fresh. The moment we walked in, we felt reassured that we have made the right choice. The location is perfect and within walking distance of fine dining and shopping areas. A few suggestions to make the stay a bit more pleasurable for orthers: 1. Washer and dryer in the unit for long stays. 2. Personal appliances such as Iron, ironing board, hair dryer for the ladies. 3. The heavy bedspread in the master bedroom was heavy and too hot for the climate in the area. 4. The entry door does not feel secure, I suggest reinforcing it with a deadbolt and perhaps install a more robust and rigid door. 5. Replacement for soiled linen and towels. Other than that, we've enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider it again Highly recommended. Joe

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

This was my third Philippines condo is the past month. It was by far the nicest. I give a Five Star rating in almost every category. It is a one bedroom with sleeping quarters separate from the living room/dining area. There is plenty of of space to hang your clothes and put them away on a shelf. I was able to connect my Amazon Firestick to the TV and connect it, via VPN, to the U.S. The unit is on the 17th floor. Lots of nice touches such as a squeegee for the bathroom floor. For gym fans there is no gym. There is no balcony. Water can be ordered at front desk for room delivery. The neighborhood outside the property gate is crowded with narrow sidewalks not conducive to walking and borderline dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants with indoor seating. There is a 7/11 outside the gate. The single detractor was the abundance of cockroaches. They were ever present and everywhere. We had to rinse dishes before each use. An empty insecticide container shows this is an ongoing problem.

Nice and well equipped condo in a very popular and busy building located near lots of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a home away from home in an area with a lot of nearby options.

Enjoyed our stay at this new Airbnb. Location was accessible to Ayala mall and there is a convenience store and bakeshop on the ground floor that is open 24/7. Annie’s place was clean and had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The toilet had a smell though, coming out from the drain and we were told it was probably because the drain hasn’t been used as it was new and the host was aware of it during the turnover of the unit. It was really the biggest downside during our stay as we constantly cleaned the toilet in the hopes of removing the smell, but to no avail. Nevertheless, Annie responded to our concerns and we still liked the place overall. Comfortable bed, had basic cutleries and crockeries, decent sized fridge, safe and secure neighbourhood, 24/7 security, and a responsive host. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed stay whilst still staying in the city center.

We were traveling with 1 infant and 1 toddler. The flight was cancelled and rebooked to delayed flight due to unfavorable weather. We were at the airport around 11pm with kiddos and Checked in Baggages, the infant was crying and the other toddler was tired also the Nanny. I decided to booked nearest place and Saw Thadeo Niño place, I made reservation and coordinated w/owner. host was honest about the location. Due to unforeseen circumstances we requested for refund and host granted our request and gave us refund. I appreciate you resolving the issue and refunding our payment. Ty for deep understanding in the midst of policy. excellent customer service. 5⭐️

I had an amazing stay at Joyful Staycation. The place was clean, fully furnished and exactly in the photos. Perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. Miss Joy was a fantastic host. She's friendly and very responsive.

I had a really nice and comfortable stay in Symfoni. The room is peaceful and clean. The room has mountain view. Everything is nice! I wish i could stay there for a little longer! I miss the comfy bed and the cute kitchen🥹. I loved it theree!!! Thank you ma'am Gretchen!

the condo was cozy and very close to Ayala mall. my wife and I had a wonderful stay. Clement always answered any questions we had. overall great experience
