We stayed for 4 days and we did not have any problems at all. Ms. Lita was an excellent host and communicated our needs effortlessly. Her AirBnB is clean and remarkable for traveling guests like me and my family.

Great place to stay for a quick escape from the busy city. The unit was so clean and all amenenities were working and useful. Wifi performance was good! Host was so accomodating and kind. From all the units I’ve been, this has the most generous when it comes to amenities (toothbrush,soap,shampoo & etc). Overall, the experience was superb. Will definitely come back! 💖✨

Dominik has been communicating with us since I made the inquiry and gave us information on the place and things to do.. the host are also so attentive and they are the one who have been hands on and meet us to tell more information on the location. Overall great stay. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was travelling with my elderly mom and my young daughter. My mom appreciated the daily housekeeping, my kid loved the pool. For me, what stood out was the location - not too far from key areas but away from the crowded touristy parts. The only concern I raised was the internet - it was weak and kept getting disconnected. It meant I couldn't get some online work done, but also that I just had to surrender to relaxing in Sofia's place. 🙂 And yes, there is a new, friendly owner. Some issues I've previously read in google reviews would no longer be true. 😏

Angelica’s place in New Mactan was AMAZING. A very clean, very modern place with just about everything you can think of. The couches were so comfy and the bed was just right. The pool area was soooooo beautiful and easy to access not to mention the location had lots of useful retail areas along with being so lively at night. Angelica herself was a VERY useful and kind host. Her response time is unmatched! The next time I am in Cebu I will definitely stay at Angelica’s’

今回は6泊させて頂きました。フィリピンへは合計12泊の旅で私と妻は国内からセブへ、家族は国内からセブへ、仲間は国外から近くのマクタンビーチ沿いコテージへ複雑な旅でした。初日のチェックイン時に家族のフライトの関係で遅くなりスムーズにアシストしてくれました。翌日は立地がよく仲間達との連携もしやすくセブシティ市街へのアクセスも十分です。ここの場所はマクタン島の真ん中です。設備はウォーターサーバーがありとりあえず手ぶらでチェックインしても問題ありませんでした。コンドミニアム入り口すぐにサリサリストアとセブンイレブンが近いです。中日で家族で料理をする際もキッチンの道具が揃っており完璧です。市場へは車で15分で新鮮なシーフードを調理できました。キッチン設備は10人分でも余裕でした。懸念していた片付け等もハウスキーパーが親切で問題ありません。また子供たちも出かけたあとプールに入れてご満悦でした。屋上の景色も朝夜共に最高です。インターネットも光ファイバーで問題ありません。最終日に突然のフライト延長で延泊を申し出ましたが快く延泊対応して頂けました。またセブに行った際は是非利用させて頂きます。

今まで泊まった宿泊の中でも記憶に残るくらい素晴らしいお部屋でした。室内は清潔に整えられ、洗濯機まで設置されており、必要なものは全て揃っておりました。バルコニーからの眺めは最高で、近くにはスターバックス、ロビンソン（スーパーマーケット）、セブンイレブン、マクドナルド、フードコートなど便利すぎるぐらいで、どこかに行こうとしなくても全てここで賄えます。そして特記すべきは五階にあるプール。眺めが良くて一日中ここで過ごしました。ホストのSoyoungさんはリクエストに柔軟に対応してくださいました。また、必ず利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました！

This place was amazing! It was very spacious for my huge family. We loved the pool and the long dining room table outside where we ate breakfast and dinner every day. The outdoor kitchen with the grill we also loved. The price we paid was very affordable. Any thing we needed, all we had to do was message Paul and he immediately responded and sent his very friendly staff over. They came every morning to clean the pool and house. I would definitely recommend this place. We will definitely stay again in the future!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Pool direkt am Meer, von hier aus kann man gut Ausflüge ins Landesinnere unternehmen, z.B. zu den Chocolate Hills oder den Tarsier Reservat fahren. Das Haus ist super Ausgestattet, man kann sich also wie zuhause fühlen auch an Snacks und Getränke wurde gedacht und man kann diese zu einem sehr fairen Preis einfach aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Von der Dachterasse kann man neben dem Sonnenaufgang auch wunderbar die Schildkröten in der kleinen Bucht vor dem Haus beobachten.

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

Cherry's place was very clean and tidy. It is also right across SM City Mall which is very convenient. Cherry is also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had an amazing stay at Joyful Staycation. The place was clean, fully furnished and exactly in the photos. Perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. Miss Joy was a fantastic host. She's friendly and very responsive.

너무 비싼 쎄부 시티 숙소들 대비 교통도 나쁘지 않고 수영장이나 농구장, 편의점도 있는 매우 합리적이고 깔끔한 숙소입니다. 20일 가까이 머무는 동안 와이파이, 스마트 TV, 온수기, 주방, 세탁기에 너무 만족했습니다. 실내 벌레도 없었고 밤에 소음도 거의 없어 편안했습니다. 다만 창문형 에어컨 소리가 조금 큰 점과 창문에 방충망이 없다는 점만 보완되면 완벽할 듯 합니다.

The place is exactly what you see in the picture: the property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Air Condition units are working well, kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, our stay was just superb!

A homey place managed by an indeed super host - such a cozy unit with a nice bayview. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The condo staff are likewise very friendly. Highly recommended! 🥰✨

This was the first time staying in Jann’z condo but I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. Jann’z insured I was comfortable and didn’t have any problems. The unit was pristine it had everything I needed to be comfortable. I love staying in Sunvida Tower because of awesome staff and convenience to local services. I would recommend this particular condo to anyone.
