Timeless studio property that meets all your needs! Easy access, walkable neighborhood, kitchen that you can cook small meals and a bathroom to die for. Parking was no problem whatsoever. We have stayed in many airbnbs in Boise and this was in the top five. Perfect for two people (maybe three). Extra touches like coffee in unit, some small snacks, feminine hygiene stash, shampoo/conditioner/soap, go a long way.. Appreciated the makeup towels and cotton balls! Would highly recommend the north end cottage.

Chad and Stacey were super friendly and their place was perfect for our stay! We loved that our dogs could travel with us. Tulip and Pearl were also very friendly with us and our dogs. The location was great. The neighborhood is charming and walkable! Would stay here again

I was visiting Boise for a work trip and really enjoyed my stay at Ryan’s home. The home itself was just what I needed- safe, comfortable, and close to Hyde Park, which was absolutely perfect. Lots of great little shops you can walk to and things to do. The weather was outstanding, and it was so nice to be able to sit in the private fenced backyard to enjoy the sun. 10 out of 10 and I would definitely come back highly recommend.

The home was clean, and smelled nice. The little yard was so cute. It was exactly as described and just what I needed for my quick stay. The neighborhood was so cute, and I felt very safe.

Absolutely a great space for my work trip. Within walking distance to every and anything you could want. I parked and didn’t have to use my vehicle for 5 days.

This is our second stay with Andrea. The space is very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. The location is perfect especially if you are traveling with a dog - walking trails out the door.

Janet's place is clean, quiet, private, and walking distance to a grocery store. I loved taking daily walks around the gorgeous North End neighborhood. The space is comfy and I love the art she has on the walls. Janet and her family are kind and respectful, and available to answer any questions or give suggestions. This place is a gem!

We LOVED getting to stay in the finally! We have been by and gawked at them so many times, always say “we need to stay there someday” and we finally did!! So worth it. We loved how cozy it was, the proximity to enjoy Idaho city and The Springs, as well as feeling like a part of a little community with others staying at the other cabins! Definitely worth the trip in and now we can’t wait to come back in the summer!

A very relaxing, quiet stay- close enough to Boise but far enough to get away into the mountains. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night, that was the main highlight! As well as the clean modern aesthetic, and homemade waffles inside a cozy space. Thank you again!

Great place to stay for a quick trip! Loved all the amenities and everything was walkable. Great little town with lots of history. Hosts were very communicative and willing to provide any help needed.

An amazing place to stay, would have stayed longer if I could. Felt right at home, Sarah was extremely accommodating and pleasant, and let me use my telescope in her yard (and took an interest in it-always a plus!). Everything was clean, well thought out, and I always looked forward to coming back after a long day of working outside.

When I think of an AirBnB experience, this is what I think of. We’ve been in AirBnB’s all over the World and this one’s close to the top of the list. This is our vacation home from now on AKA we’ll be back, often, and recommend it to all our friends and family (already did).

This place was even cuter than we expected. Despite all the windows, it was quiet and cool on an extremely hot day. It is walkable to all of the restaurants and shops and close to the hot springs and hiking. We make it up to Idaho City about once a summer and we will definitely be staying here from now on.

Cindy's place was cozy, clean and very comfortable. We made good use of the fully stocked kitchen. The attention to interior lighting was notable--it was great for reading and made it a pleasure to relax in the evening. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, and took advantage of being able to walk to the beautiful Boise riverfront and Esther Simplot Park.

I loved my stay! It was so peaceful and friendly. The bed was so comfortable and Mike and Liz were both so nice and helpful! Will definitely stay again!!!

Fantastic, secure, quiet, quirky (in the best way) place. Especially fun if you love animals (friendly chickens and goats in particular). Cosy spot for my one night stop on my way to a week of work in Boise. Edge left some gift cards/coupons for local businesses which were very much appreciated, and the fresh goat milk in the fridge was first rate. Terrific and thoughtful communication. Will definitely keep this on my " to return to" list.

Great place to stay in the middle of winter. The gas fireplace and electric wall heaters got it cozy quick, even when it was 1-2° outside. However, if you are bringing dogs, they have a 50-lb limit which is not listed anywhere in the AirBnb description. It was ok with them after I called to be sure, but be aware of that if you have a large dog over 50lbs

We absolutely loved Christine’s place! It’s full of windows and great lighting. It was exactly as described and it was spotless! We would definitely recommend! Overall it was a cute spot and Christine was a great responsive host who allowed us to be flexible when checking out.

Just what I needed for some R&R. Love the plants! Cozy throws and lovely tub.

We visit frequently and have stayed in many of the different tiny homes. The hosts are great they go above and beyond for us. The perch was their newest and it was our first time. (I think we might’ve been the first guests.) It was beautiful inside and cozy and accommodating. They have thought of all the comforts of home and the perch, that view? Oh my goodness….a cup of coffee, cozy sweater, loved one beside you…And a sunrise??? (or set, for you night owls 😉)What could be better? 😊 We’ve never had any problems at any of the homes that Edge or Jessica hasn’t personally fixed themselves. We enjoy their company, and the company of the guest. We hike and rock hound and fish..(my wife does) and they help with finding new spots to explore! We will be back, over and over! 😻
