Had a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised that it felt like more of a home away from home than your typical air bnb.

What a beautiful home and garden! Loved that each room had it's own bathroom and no one had to share! We were a big group, but had such a comfortable stay due to all the space the home offered. We most definitely enjoyed the sparkling pool! Olive is a great host - easy to talk to and responds to all questions. The staff at the house were also exceptional - Josephine was very helpful and made us feel at home instantly. She was also easy to find when we had any questions or needed anything.

Frank and Jade were excellent hosts! They were incredibly kind and hospitable, going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Upon our arrival, they warmly welcomed us with thoughtful touches like bottled water, teas, and crackers in every room, as well as fresh fruit, milk, and other essentials. These gestures made our stay much more convenient and comfortable.

I had a wonderful time at Vale’s place the staff was very accommodating and patient with my large group. The pool is beautiful and the apartments are very spacious.

the house was great, check in was swift and easy. I only have a slight problem, the host requires a breakage deposit upon arrival at the property. there is absolutely nothing wring with that however I just feel like it could've been better if I was informed prior. nonetheless the property is exactly what you'd expect from a home in Waterfall, fantastic.

Our stay here was fantastic. Exceptionally well appointed. Large bedrooms, modern bathrooms and many areas that allow guests to have their own space. The facilities at the viewing deck, the outdoor swinging chairs and the separate TV room - all allow guests freedom to relax, unwind and enjoy the surroundings. We never lacked for a thing. Highly recommended.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible villa, and we were blown away. The pictures, while lovely, simply don't capture the true beauty and spaciousness of the property. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the atmosphere was pure luxury. We felt completely at home and pampered. Highly recommend!

We were a group of fun-loving adults who thoroughly enjoyed the Kingdom and what it had to offer. The amenities were great, and we even tried out the water park and the jumping pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed the Beach Bar, and the strong cocktails that were served at the restaurant. My in-laws had a massage at the spa, which they raved about. The restaurant was trying out a new menu, and some of the meals were great, others were a bit disappointing - but we weren't worried with the teething problems. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and are quick to respond to any issues or concerns with a smile. The accommodation itself was very comfortable, with hotel style bedrooms (each with a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities, and each en-suite) - which was a lovely touch. The birdlife is also amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Charlene’s lodge. Charlene, Wimpie and Willie couldn’t have been more helpful. The lodge is fantastic with amazing surroundings and the chance to see the wonderful game within the reserve. It’s very peaceful and relaxing with a great outdoor set-up for family time and socialising. Added bonus when the game walk past the fence ! It’s a very secure location with security measures in place to make you feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay at the lodge and we hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely loved our week stay. We were exploring Harties and would be in out (with a some relaxing times indoors) and this place allowed us to experience just that. Clean, cosy and serene. Even if the weather would delay or cancel our plans, it was lovely to stay in at the suite. Great communication from Cindy, she’s so sweet. Definitely would recommend and will come back when we need a quick escape 😃

The property has some of the best views you'll find in harties. Rooms are decent sized and clean. Bathrooms are clean, kitchen is well kitted out. outside and pool areas are great. property is safe and secure. Andi the host is super helpful and on the ball. Ignore any of the negative comments. We visited 7 Feb 2025 and everything was perfect.

The most wonderful, quaint and quirky place to stay, it doesn't feel like you are just outside if the main city. Very tranquil feeling. Great accomodation and amenities. So much to see and investigate in every nook and cranny on the property. Highly recommended... Only wish was for more time to stay longer.

I had an amazing stay at Joe’s place because of Marble. She is amazing, customer service orientated. She managed to turn a sower situation to My experience turned from a nightmare to a memorable one thanks to Maeble, the property manager. It all began when my original host canceled my booking at the last moment, leaving me and my 16 guests stranded less than 24 hours before check-in. I tried to secure a last-minute booking through Airbnb, but I kept getting declined. Eventually, I managed to book with Joe, who was initially reluctant to accept my reservation because I mistakenly booked for one night, while the minimum stay at the establishment was two days. Maeble promptly called me to apologize for the confusion and arranged to meet early before I brought in my guests for check-in. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly communicative, friendly, and focused on customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable, and I appreciated her support immensely.
