We had a good stay at Caitie and Erik's place. The house was as described and they communicated very well with us. We felt comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. We enjoyed eating on the veranda overlooking the garden. We would stay again if in the area.

We loved the house and how peaceful the neighborhood is. Great location near many restaurants and shopping, but still had a quiet stay. I would recommend having a rental car. The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

We had an incredible week in this lovely, inviting, relaxing slice of paradise!! Responsive and friendly hosts, lovely landscaping, private lanai with nice chaise lounge chairs and waterfall hot tub and pool! We were outside enjoying it every day. Comfortable sitting areas, beds, kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed to make several meals. Location was great for walks. It exceeded expectations each day! Look forward to returning someday! Thanks again Connie and Dale!!

Melanie's place was very clean and conveniently located to each place we wanted to go! We enjoyed the views of the canal and even saw a few local critters (turtles birds and an iguana). The hot tub was nice to relax in each evening. Thank you!

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

Absolutely stunning and clean home! We were blown away as soon as we walked in. The photos were great but the home is much more impressive in person. One of our favorite aspects of this home was the outdoor pool area and view. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very spacious. The home never felt crowded for our 2 families of 4. The beds were super comfortable as well and it was nice that each couple had a King bed. The location was convenient as it was close to Publix as well as some great restaurants. Ingrid was very helpful and professional. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely home. We would love to come back and stay in this home again!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

After years of experimenting with different Airbnbs in the Ft Myers/Naples area for my winter escape, I have finally found the perfect place! For me that means a home that offers a cozy, inviting outdoor relaxation spot where I can indulge in contented laziness. Meg’s house offers a delightful back yard with both an enclosed and open air lanai, facing the canal. The house itself offers plenty of space, a very large kitchen and spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as an additional large bedroom and another bathroom. I loved the location just a few minutes from gorgeous Lover’s Key State Park. Barefoot Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and a stone’s throw from major shopping. You will love the quiet and charming neighborhood barely a mile from the best downtown in SW Florida: Bonita Springs.

The house and location was beautiful. Exactly as described, the pictures are very accurate. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the whole place was, inside as well as outside. My husband had a good time talking to Sven when checking in. We spent every night and meal out by the pool/ patio area, very relaxing and a beautiful view of the canal. I got a kick out of the neighbors turtle dock, there are tons of turtles in the canals.

We stayed at John's home for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. John was an excellent and thoughtful host and the place was just as presented in the photos. The home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the pool was great! We also appreciated John checking in with us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our time there and had what we needed. We would definitely return.

Such a relaxing place to be. Beautiful home, pool was awesome, fishing in the canal, quiet/safe neighborhood, and so close to anything you need. Cape Coral may not be the most exciting town, but if you’re looking to chill out (and skip the traffic like most everywhere else in FL) and just enjoy the weather it’s exactly that. Irina was an awesome host and we’d absolutely come back.

Hi. I wish we were able to enjoy the house more. We came for a baseball tournament and literally just used the house for sleeping. House is ideal with two large families. Pool was clean and heated to 85. I would book again.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

My family and I enjoyed our time at Matt's place. It felt like being at home. He's very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Any questions we had he was quick to respond, even on Labor day weekend. We thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Lovely clean home. Bright and airy with clean decor and furnishings. Spacious and spotless pool area with relaxing pool. Host was easy to deal with and management company were very attentive. Would recommend

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

We had a wonderful stay at Gregg's ! The house was beautiful- just as described! The pool was awesome to come back to and cool off after a long day in the heat! Can't say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we visit this area in the future!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

We found Keven's home very comfortable and enjoyable to spend our Christmas in. The boats with Christmas lights and Santa was an added treat. His kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed swimming in the pool when we weren't out exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

We are very excited about our family vacation June 2024. Thank you Misheline and Gilles for sharing your beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with us. Everything was at the highest level. We visited the barefoot beach; anyone who loves wild nature will enjoy it, but we didn’t like the fact that there were alot of rocks. We visited the free beach-North Bonita beach. We also visited Marco island beach and Vanderbilt Beach - wonderful beaches! For shopping, the Miramar outlets are super! We visited two beautiful botanical gardens and the Everglades. Captain Webb was awesome, super fun!!! We saw 4 alligators and two manates. I fell in love with the two lounge chairs near the pool. The bed was a little high for me and there wasn’t a large enough pot for the soup (I had to cook it every day), but everything was wonderful, like in heaven, we even tried real ripe mangoes (we asked the neighbors). At the start of our vacation, I had one question for Olav. He responded within 30 minutes. The home was neat, clean and so easy to work out of. Patio and pool were so relaxing. Nice patio view of the canal. Everything was close by. If we went back to this area, we would definitely want to stay in this same home.

One of our best stays EVER. Kim accomodated our VERY last minute request to book and we still walked into a squeaky clean, beautiful house. We had such a great time and felt right at home. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk bed room and screened in pool! The layout of this house is a dream. We did not want to leave! Kim is an extremely responsive and gracious host. Everything is clean and comfortable and there is no shortage of restaraunts, shopping, white sand beaches and fun activities for the whole family. We will absolutely stay here again.
