Thank you, Henrieta! We had a great stay & definitely plan to return. Our host is welcoming, friendly & provided us with everything we could have needed or wanted.

The house was great. We loved the pool and the lanai, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen didn’t have everything we needed for our six week stay, but Jennifer was very responsive and immediately provided what we needed. The neighborhood was great for walking, and we enjoyed being close to the Nauti Parrot Tiki Bar, the Brunch Factory, and downtown Fort Myers.

The house was amazing!! So beautiful! Perfect spot to relax. Very clean and so nicely decorated! Bathrooms are amazing!! Came to the island to visit family, right down the street from the Winn-dixie. Had my 4yr old and my 9yr old nephew on the trip who enjoyed the pool so very much! Also a great playground just 5min down the road in the center. We had a thunderstorm that shut the power down on one side of the house, the neighbor came over and got it back and running, they were very responsive. There is a starter kit for your needs, however I would recommend being prepared to get back up toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if you plan to stay for a week. There are also a few water tubes/water noodles so there are a few water toys. Was a wonderful time, appreciate the opportunity stay at such a nice place, thank you!!

Zu erst möchten wir uns für eine wirklich tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus bedanken! Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Dafür hat das Haus uns die Woche absolut gerettet. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bezüglichen der harten Matratzen, haben wir das Haus erst gemietet. Und was sollen wir sagen?! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Wir fliegen nach einer Woche absolut entspannt und mit einem tränenden Auge wieder nachhause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz Liebe Grüße und ein großes Dank an Fr Grosso für die wirklich sehr nette Betreuung.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

My stay was amazing.. This was my first Air bnb and I definitely would recommend. The host was very easy going and proactive with communication. I have no complaints.

Jose was a great host the home was clean well furnished and made our stay very comfortable! Great location for restaurants grocery store and everything we needed!

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

Paradise Retreat is absolutely wonderful. The beach theme decor throughout the home is so relaxing. Both Robert and Sandy were very responsive to the few questions we had about the property. There are a couple fast food places within walking distance (Culver’s and Wendy’s). Within a short drive or Uber ride are so many great restaurants to choose from. So many extras were included in the home that we weren’t expecting and the home is really well stocked. How thoughtful to have birthday balloons and flowers when we arrived! Thank you again Sandy for being so thoughtful and helpful during our stay. Finally, the heated pool is amazing!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

We had a great experience at Casa Coral. The house looked like the pictures, was clean, and had lots of towels. After a storm there was some damage to the screen over the pool and it was fixed within a couple of days. We like the quiet neighborhood and would stay here again. The fenced yard was great for our schnauzer.

The house was very nice. It was among the cleanest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in so amazing job to the cleaning staff. I will also say the way it was furnished and the kitchen items were also towards the upper end of place we stay at these price points. The pool area is very big and nice but the pool itself is pretty small. It was wonderful for a weekend though and matched the picture perfect so no complaints from us. The location was also great and I would recommend going to the boathouse at sunset.

First time in Fort Myers Beach for us. We absolutely loved it. Jeremy’s home was beautiful and spotless. I was impressed by all of the brand new towels , sheets, pillows, and so much more. The area was a beautiful Tropical Paradise. Plenty of places nearby to shop and eat. Very close to the beach too, which was breathtaking. And Jeremy also provided everything for a trip to the beach, including a cooler! All the pools and Laundry building was a plus! Communication was always easy with Jeremy. Always quick to respond. We are looking forward to returning next year and many more after that. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful house in convenient location! Neighborhood was quiet and the pool was great! Host was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues (that were addressed immediately). We very much enjoyed our first snowbird experience!!

The home was the perfect location and a great stay for our weekend trip.

Love the space, great little house. It didn’t feel finished or as clean as it could have been. Over all, a nice place. I would consider visiting again!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Liked that the home was very roomy, vaulted ceilings, a spacey living area, a 6 chair dining table & a high chair for a baby. Manny was very communitive, making sure we got in Ok, Manny provides a detailed house guide with instructions. Little touches like the snack tray that was left for us, adding a couple of bottles of waters, makes you feel special. The heated pool with beach towels & lania furniture were great, so relaxing. Plenty of kitchen appliances. Downside I 75 is literally off the back yard. You can't see it, but you definitely hear the noise from all the traffic. Master bathroom only, weak water pressure. Internet connection on TV was spotty. Opportunitys didn't like the looks of frying pans or pots, didn't use. We did use the baking sheet & I had to wash them. one cutting board it was plastic & worn. We did have to clean the outdoor grill before use, Manny did communicate with us on getting the grill started. Overall we would stay with Manny again, lovely home. TY!!

We enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the blankets on some cool mornings and evenings so we could sit outside. Loved the outdoor lights and chairs by the canal. Close to a nice pickleball facility. Close to Walmart for quick trips. Close to great restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful. Jonathon was helpful and responsive whenever needed. It felt like staying at home!

What a wonderful place to stay! Jason's place was very clean, spacious, pretty and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and loved walking around the neighborhood. You will love staying here!

My stay was awesome! I travelled in from Canada and Shana was very accommodating with our early flight in. My son enjoyed the pool and spent most his time in there which was why we booked this location. We felt at home and everything we needed was there even things to go to the beach like beach chairs etc. Loved our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.
