This place was perfect for lodging our small group for a single night stay while in the area for a sports competition. The listing was as described, and the place was well furnished for our needs. Clean and quiet just as we’d hoped. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A quick weekend girls trip. We enjoyed the outside space, porch, corn hole and view. Beds and couch were comfy. Would stay again!

Ryan’s place was perfect for my parents to stay for their trip to Northport. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Ryan was helpful and responsive for their entire trip.

Brian’s lake house was a perfect weekend retreat. It was so cute and very peaceful. It is tucked away, but the short drive to stores and restaurants made it very conveniently located. You also can’t beat being THAT close to the water! Brian is also a super helpful host which made for an easy check-in and stay. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back in the warmer months :)

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. We stay 4 weeks at Jacqueline place, everything was great, did not have any problem. Place is exactly fit the advertising if not better and everything was clean and working. We find place and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for someone just looking for rest in very beautiful neighborhood. Jacqueline was very responsive, easy to communicate, helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone needs a place feels like home away home.

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

Beautiful views of the beach. Close to Silver Sands Beach with a nice boardwalk to take a walk on. Home is comfy and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay.

My family stayed at Arthur's to welcome a new baby into the family and it was the perfect place for everyone to gather and enjoy the beach surroundings - taking nice walks with the kids to the beach playground nearby and enjoying Brennan's in the neighborhood. The rental was very clean, peaceful and nicely sized -- and Arthur was always helpful whenever we needed something.
