This was perfect for our stay. Being able to wake up to a view of the ocean with my cup of coffee was just what I needed to be totally relaxed on my vacation. The bnb was spacious and accommodating.

The area is beautiful and so is the home ! We felt so at peace and like we belonged here all along ! this is a great stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to half moon !

Gary's place was exactly as described. Absolutely perfect location in a great little town. Gary was a excellent host and was very accommodating and understanding with a mix-up (on my end). My only hesitation on recommending Gary's place is that I want it to be available when we come back!! :) Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again!

This cute little ground-floor apartment is right around the corner from downtown Alameda, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants or just around the neighborhood admiring the fascinating architecture. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with toiletries and office supplies in case you forget something. Though some noise is inevitable from the main house above, the occupants took care to minimize it, and it was not an issue for us. Bathtub notes: There is plentiful hot water and a great showerhead. The tub, however, is straight-backed and not comfortable for lounging.

I would gladly live in this sunny apartment full time. It's quiet and roomy, with views of trees, but only a block from superb restaurants like Burma Superstar, and only a few blocks from Southshore Center and Alameda Beach. Its fixtures are somewhat outdated, but that's East Bay real estate for you.

My favorite stay! I travel frequently for work and love returning to this beautiful spot. Nancy’s home is so cozy and it’s a gift to be able to walk outside and see the Ocean. Can’t recommend the space and Nancy’s hospitality enough! 💗

We really enjoyed our stay at Ted’s place. It is clean, cozy and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We wanted to relax and that’s exactly what we did. There is shopping very nearby, Safeway/Wallgreens/coffee etc. we hope to stay again thanks so much Ted!

Beautiful home, from the courtyard entrance to the inside. The colors and decorations inside fit the coastal location reminding you where you are. And by far some of the most spectacular views and sunsets we got to see from the windows looking out to the ocean from the living room and upstairs loft area. Besides the spectacular views, we enjoyed the short walks to the beach and looking at all the beautiful flowers and vegetation that Bodega Bay offers. Natalie was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at her lovely home.

The house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood has beautiful greenery with ocean views that help relax your soul. The place was well equipped with all your needs. The location was perfect. Easy access to San Francisco, Napa Valley, Muir Woods, private beach, etc. Even though we did venture out sightseeing, we were also happy to just be at the Airbnb and enjoy the house and location.

Nancy's place was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation! She was very communicative, providing recommendations for local eats, and very responsive whenever we needed help with anything. Her home is very comfortable with lots of amenities (tea, coffee, snacks, water bottles) and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood and nearby to lots of restaurants. A wonderful stay overall!

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? This home was by far the best AirBnB we've ever stayed at! Ruth was an absolutely amazing host! From her well kept home with added essentials, to the personal hand-written note with local recommendations, Ruth made this experience for our family a cozy, safe, and comfortable one. We loved the property and everything it provided our family of 5. This house is a must-see, and we will forever hold the memories we made there near and dear to our hearts. Laura was a great host, very accommodating and responsive, and had helpful suggestions of things to do in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and cozy, had everything we needed to feel at home for a few days.

There are beautiful views of the ocean from this spacious home. It was an easy drive to San Francisco and we enjoyed the local restaurants as well. The kitchen was large and well-maintained and it was easy to adjust the house temperature to be comfortable for both the main floor and upstairs.

Truly a unique and fun stay. We don’t live too far away but decided on a last minute staycation with the kids for spring break. Really wish I could have booked longer. We had so much fun crabbing and fishing off the amazing deck and watching the oceanic wildlife there is completely mesmerizing. Matthew was so responsive and helpful- clearly a pro at being a top Airbnb host. Hope to be back very soon!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Location is second to none—walk to the beach promenade, gem-like Chit Chat Cafe on the pier, superb Oceana supermarket, iconoclastic Craftsman Coffee, legendary Winters Tavern. Drive within minutes of anything else in town, coast Hwy 1, and surrounding area. Parking spot below unit was fantastic. There are 17 steps up to unit on second floor, so be aware of that if climbing’s an issue for you. Unit was immaculate, spacious, and convenient. Washer/dryer adds immense value if you have an extended stay as we did. There are three other units in the building, so sounds from other units are muffled but noticeable. The only real distraction was smoke and conversation a couple of times from a fire pit in the backyard below the main bedroom. Bottom line: this is a neighborhood where people live and share space. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, and you couldn’t ask for a more accommodating and responsive host. We recommend wholeheartedly and would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Melanie Joy's place. The location can't be beat, and her place was clean and spacious for the two of us. Would recommend for a nice stay in peaceful in Pacifica.
