I had a wonderful 4 days Stay at Prudencio’s….such a great location and amenities..lovely apartment…the facilities in the building were amazing…some of my best experiences were just sitting by the pool watching the world go by..the restaurants in the building were lovely…very easy to get to Cartegena old town by Taxi…Thanks Prudencio for all your help and recommendations! 5/5 *****

Alejandra was a great host and very accommodating. Although my check in time was not until 4pm, Alejandra still allowed me to check in earlier than 4pm. My only constructive critique of this place is that this building does not allow visitors or guests. This is not Alejandra’s fault but the policy of the building. This place has a great view overlooking the entire city with a nice skyline which is great for pictures. Great host, great condo, good vibes only!!!!!!!!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking panoramic views of the beach, and the wrap-around terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks. The apartment itself was stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the on-site massage service, which made the experience feel even more like a luxury retreat. The security on the property was excellent, and the grounds were always clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay. A special mention to Merena, the cleaning lady—she was absolutely amazing! The apartment was always spotless, and her attention to detail truly made a difference. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, peaceful getaway with top-notch amenities and breathtaking views, this is the place to book. I can’t wait to return!

This space was beautiful and accommodating for my friend and me! The bathrooms were beautiful and I can confirm we did have hot water, it just had to run and heat up. There was always someone at the front desk, and Sebastian was amazing! Extremely easy to contact and he was so helpful to us on our check out day. He helped arrange for someone to watch our luggage while we ate breakfast before heading to the airport. The stay was amazing! 5 stars :)

Buen alojamiento con buena vista y con lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones

La estadía fue increíble. El lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y con una vista hermosa. Todo estuvo impecable, desde la atención del anfitrión hasta los pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para descansar pero también cerca de todo lo necesario. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan buena!

Sebastian was a great host! He was always responsive and took action admittedly if something came up. My flight leaving Cartagena was later in the day. Due to unforseen delays. Sebastian was very accommodating in allowing us to stay in the apartment until it time to depart for the airport. For me this was a huge accommodations and I greatly appreciated it. I recommend this host and apartment for your stay.

Tucked away from the bustle of Cartagena’s vibrant streets, this charming gem felt like a peaceful retreat. The boho-inspired decor and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. Every detail seemed curated with care—from cozy corners to artistic accents. Comfiest bed EVER. It’s close enough to walk to all the key spots, yet just secluded enough to offer a quiet escape when you need it. A perfect balance of cozy, style, and tranquility. Daniel our host was very attentive, detail oriented and friendly all throughout. Being greeted everyday by the building’s community cat, Luna, was the sweetest of surprises. Can’t wait to go back!
