J'ai passé un mois dans cet appartement, pour le travail. Patricio a été un hôte parfait toujours à l'écoute. l'appartement est bien situé dans la zone Sud de La Paz m, avec des restaurants, boutiques et café de bonne qualité. vous trouverez un supermarché à côté. l'immeuble est neuf, propre avec une laverie. La communication avec Patricio a ete nickel via W@ts@app. je recommande fortement.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. It is in the perfect location, quiet but still close to many restaurants. It has great amenities like the pool and the gym. The washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, and washer all work perfectly. The hosts were very helpful when we communicated with them. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Lo zona es excelente, cerca de supermercados, farmacias, tiendas comerciales. un lugar seguro y tranquilo, el dpto es cómodo, limpio y Co. todo lo necesario para quedarse unos días, muy buena experiencia.

Excellent, responsive hosts. They came to fix something on a Sunday right away. Clean, nice balcony, beautiful roof deck and pool. Just beware that a 20-storey building is going up right in front of the apartment so the construction noise started at 8am and can go until late. Will probably be like that for a year, then normal. However, they do have double paned glass so if you are not easily bothered by noise no problem. Anyway, that's beyond the host's control.

Great apartment, well equipped and well furnished with comfortable bed. Great social areas (pool, gym, billard) in a new building. Save and convenient. Would recommend to everyone.

El lugar es muy cómodo y cercano a varias actividades. No funcionaba la cocina y María fue muy gentil ayudándome a resolver el problema (al final no la use pero igual fue muy pro activa)

La casa muy linda, cómoda y el entorno excelente para actividades familiares y de relax. Hubo un pequeño problema con el calefón, pero es destacable la rapidez y amabilidad con que Eduardo lo resolvió. Le sugeriría equipar la casa con una lavadora con lo que estaría completa al 100%. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

Private neighbourhood, close to the airport. Clean and comfortable apartment well equipped for a long stay. Minor cleaning issues highlighted. Nice showers, washing machine, powerful ACs and good stay in general. Silvio was very responsive and kind. Recommend

Liliana and her husband were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They were efficient at responding to questions and small issues. Liliana and her family met us at check in to show us their home. Their home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s far from the city (which means a tranquil, quiet, and safe gated community). The enclosed back yard was PERFECT for our two dogs. The back patio was bright and sunny and clothes we washed dried quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily prepared several meals. The neighborhood was very pleasant. We went out at night on several occasions to walk to the dogs or to run to the little market and we felt very safe. As soon as we made ourselves known to the gate guards we had no trouble going in and out of the condominium. A taxi to the city center will run you about 40bs and 30ish minutes. If you have the time and prefer to spend less, you can hop on the micro bus that runs in front of the community. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the city center, this place is perfect. Great community amenities, privacy, fast internet, dog-friendly. And Liliana and Benjamin were wonderfully accommodating! We will surely look for their place next time we travel through Santa Cruz with our pups! Highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable place. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Our only issue was that the street names in the condo complex have an east and west version, and our taxi driver took us to the wrong side initially so we were trying to get into the wrong home. However, the hosts drove over to help us out and make sure we got access and were in the correct place. They also allowed us to have some family come visit us in the home. Best place out of 5 that we stayed in Bolivia!

The house is exactly like the pictures. It was more than we expected and the communication was very fluid.

La pasamos súper bien en la chura casa. Éramos un grupo de 8 y nos encantó a todos. La casa es muy cómoda, grande y estaba muy limpia. Está cerquita de la plaza y de todo lo divertido de Tarija. Nos gustó mucho tener los patios, y la parrilla fue genial para compartir y hacer asados. La piscina y el aire acondicionado estuvieron perfectos para refrescarnos. Había 2 baños y muchos cuartos, así que todos estuvimos muy cómodos. Seguro que volvemos en el futuro. Gracias por todo!
