Jochem's place is one of the rare occasion where the reality goes well beyond the pictures and description. I have never been so warmly welcomed to an Airbnb so far. Jochem should be listed as a super++ host.

Superbe séjour chez Ingrid. Le gîte est superbe. Très pratique et surtout très bien expliqué grâce aux vidéos envoyées par Ingrid. Nous avons été accueilli avec des ballons colorés dans le jardin, un panneau pour nous indiquer le lieu. Le lieu est paisible et nous avons pu profiter des vélos mis à notre disposition. La ville est magnifique. Enfin, Ingrid a offert un petit cadeau pour notre fille qui fêtait son anniversaire. Cette attention a vraiment touché notre fille. Un grand merci à vous pour votre accueil et votre bienveillance. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr et je conseil vivement aux français de venir découvrir ce beau coin des Pays Bas.

Na een vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw hebben we 3 dagen heerlijk genoten van het zeer complete en prachtig afgewerkte b&b! Heerlijke bedden, een fijne sauna om te relaxen, goeie douche, complete mooie keuken en ga zo maar door, geen enkel negatief punt te bedenken. Gelegen in een mooi aangelegde tuin met een eigen ingang. Konden gebruik maken van 2 fietsen, niet gedaan maar ze waren er wel. Zeer aan te raden! Mochten wij weer eens deze kant op willen komen we hier vast weer terug! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid, groet Ton & Jolanda

Lisette's place is amazing - we would 100% recommend it and would love to return. The house is really spacious - even more so than it appears on the photos. The lounge is homely and welcoming. The kitchen brilliantly equipped. The sun room/dining space is stunning and leads straight out onto the patio. The whole place is beautifully decorated and fitted-out and every detail has been considered. Lisette and her husband themselves are incredibly welcoming and generous and let us check out late, which was super valuable with our two children and afternoon ferry. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area - we took trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague, as well as a short trip into Naaldwijk. Finally - the breakfast!! My goodness. The breakfast was incredible. Lisette serves up homemade bread, eggs from her chicken and fresh fruit and vegetables. Overall, this place blew us away. I would thoroughly recommend booking if you can find dates when it is available (which seem rare!).

We adored our stay! This little cottage was in the perfect tiny town, had all the amenities (AND MORE), and was so peaceful. They provided us with breakfast and candy which was unexpected but really helpful, especially when we were on the go traveling. If you are looking to spend more time in the city, it was a bit of a challenge for us to get in, as it was more like a 35 minute drive. But overall, we wouldn’t have it any other way - we thought this cottage was so cozy and a nice opportunity to explore a new part of Amsterdam. Also, it was harder to find the building at night, but with some teamwork and by using the map we were sent in the email, we were able to locate the back door.

Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances chez Willems, je ne m’attendais pas à être dans sa maison mais tout est fait pour y être à l’aise. Un petit livret est posé afin qu’on sache quoi faire dans les environs. Ça aide beaucoup et il est super réactif lorsqu’on lui demande comment accéder à un endroit. Merci encore

Hele lieve vriendelijke host. Ze is heel gastvrij en serveert een heerlijk ontbijt. Het huisje is mooi (brocante) ingericht met alle voorzieningen. De bedden waren heerlijk.

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

simply amazing experience staying with Laura and her family. if you are thinking of booking please do as you will regret the experience. Laura 's attention to detail is astonishing. Truly a beautiful soul is Laura, her husband and dear children. location is superb, walking distance to everything..we felt safe and truly welcoming to such a remarkable city. we will be back. Yasmine was very kind and friendly And her mom as well The place was really nice as I had a car but even without car I saw there is a bus station very close to the home and the view was amazing

Fuimos de vacaciones a Holanda y nos hospedamos en la casa de Judith. Todo el tiempo estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros por si nos faltaba cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, algo de comer o lo que fuera. Nos traía comida en abundancia y ha sido siempre muy amable con nosotros. La casa está genial y estuvimos muy cómodos. Muchas gracias por todo Judith!

Mirjam’s place was clean, beautiful, and quiet, and within driving distance of Utrecht and Amsterdam (30 mins and 1 hour respectively). We enjoyed riding the two Dutch bikes, watching the animals (her horse, pony, and cat), and the garden. Breakfasts were scrumptious and prepared with the same delicate touch and warmth which we experienced throughout our entire stay.

Can't say enough about the place and the host ! Everything was 10/10 A++ We were there for 1 week, Very late check-in wasn't a problem, and Nancy was super helpful with local contact as well as communication for the whole week. We are already planning to go back. Thanks so so much !

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

Our stay at this charming Amsterdam apartment was fantastic! From the moment Maarten welcomed us, we were delighted by the thoughtful touches, including a well-stocked fridge filled with fresh goodies like milk, orange juice, cheese and more. The space itself was beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with the charm of the city. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Whether we were exploring the canals, visiting museums, or enjoying the local cafés, everything was just a short stroll away. Despite being so central, the apartment felt peaceful and provided the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. We’ll be back!

Meine Frau und ich haben 2 Nächte bei Stef verbracht. Stef hat uns persönlich empfangen und lässt uns vor der Check-In Zeit in die Unterkunft gehen, damit wir unsere Gepäcke da lassen können. Stef hat uns nutzvolle Tipps gegeben, so dass wir in kurzer Zeit die Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden können. Das Frühstück von dieser B&B ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das frisch gebackene Brot schmeckt hervorragend und überträgt die Produkte jeden Ladens. Lieber Stef, wir danken dir und wünschen dir und deiner Frau alles Gute. Qi&Yu

Hier fühlt man sich nicht fremd sondern sofort wie zuhause. Noch nie zuvor waren wir in einem solchen tollen airbnb und hatten solch wundervolle Gastgeber. Das Frühstück mit frischen Eiern und toller Auswahl hat volle Punktzahl verdient. Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber. Man findet alles was man braucht. Wir haben sogar das ein oder andere Kosmetikprodukt bekommen. Ebenfalls stand frisches Obst bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer. Ruud und die wundervolle Helma sind so unglaublich freundlich und aufgeschlossen, wie man es nur selten erlebt. Vielen Dank, dass ihr uns so toll aufgenommen habt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

It was a great experience to stay in this stunning old building. My dog an me felt very welcome. Everything was perfectly clean and the room really cozy. Saskia was easy to communicate with and really helpful! :)

Ik ben inmiddels al een paar keer bij Monika geweest en iedere keer voelt het als thuiskomen. En een echt hotelwaardig ontbijt. Ze is een aardig en oprechte gastvrouw. Er ontbreekt niks! Echt een aanrader.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende hier verbracht und wollten etwas zur Ruhe kommen. Wir wurden sofort sehr freundlich und herzlich von Nadia begrüßt, obwohl wir ziemlich im Stau standen und dadurch zu spät waren. Nadia hat uns alles erklärt und uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich, es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Recommended! The location is perfect, easy to find, close to museums, mini supermarket, bar, cafe, restaurant, ATM, bus and train stop etc. Monique is very kind, she has prepared a delicious breakfast for me in the mornings, her room is very cozy and clean, the backyard has a beautiful view. Es war einfach hervorragend bei Job, schon zur Ankunft (wir kamen gegen Mittag) machte uns Job die Tür auf zur Begrüßung erklärte uns alles und dann konnten wir schon mal das Gepäck da lassen. Tipps für die Stadt haben wir auch gleich bekommen inkl. Karte. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir ein liebevolles Frühstück zu unserer Wunschzeit bekommen, Kaffee konnten wir uns mit der Nespresso Maschine selbst zubereiten (Kapseln hat Job uns zur Verfügung gestellt). Wir konnten durch Job auch ein paar holländische Begriffe lernen denn der morgendliche Smalltalk gehörte auch dazu, was wir sehr genossen haben. Wir würden sofort diese Unterkunft wieder buchen bzw. werden es weiterempfehlen an Freunde.

Die Untekunft von Yvonne ist sehr schön, man hat alles was man braucht um ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Yvonne is eine herzlich liebe Frau, die bei uns einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat, auch sind die beiden Hunde sehr Wohlerzogen und sehr lieb. Wir werden beim nächsten Stopp gerne wieder bei Ihr halt machen. Yvonne wir wünschen Dir von Hezen alles Gute und immer nette Gäste. Susanne &Norbert
