Bolnuevo : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

La vivienda es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La ubicación es un poco liosa si te fías de google maps. Aunque es el número 80, en google maps debes poner el 74. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Es cierto que la tasa de limpieza es muy alta pero el resultado es sobresaliente. La cocina tiene DE TODO. Infinidad de utensilios para lo que necesites. La casa en general está muy bien equipada con todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa, de la tranquilidad de la zona y de lo bonita que es España.

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Alles ist so wie beschrieben, Viktoria ist eine brilliante Gastgeberin. Noch einmal Urlaub in diesem Haus zu machen ist eine Option für uns.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Esther was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het huis ligt in een rustig dorp, supermarktje op 5 minuten lopen. Met de auto 20 minuutjes van het strand. Het is een heerlijk huis om te verblijven, alles was netjes en superschoon, helemaal compleet ingericht. Goede druk in de douche. Als welkom ook nog wat koffiecups en thee. Wij waren er 4 dagen. Zeker een aanrader, ook voor een langer verblijf! 😊

Lugar perfecto para desconectar de la rutina. Finca en medio de la naturaleza, donde poder desconectar de la rutina y acompaña a su vez una decoración muy cuidada (tanto dentro como fuera de la casa) y muy bonito. Se respira tranquilidad, muy recomendable!

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. De kamer van Peter is klein maar zeker voldoende als je op zoek bent naar enkel een slaapplaats. Er is een kleine koelkast, een waterkoker, toaster en microgolfoven aanwezig. Ook vind je een dekbed in de kasten indien nodig. Er is eveneens airco. Het is een erg rustige en mooie buurt. Peter is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Hij stoort ook niet als het niet nodig is. Je hebt dus zeker je privacy. Peter reageert ook erg snel op berichten. Ik was erg tevreden van mijn verblijf.

This apartment stands out from the others due to the large terrace above the apartment. It offers a great area for sunbathing and socialising outside. The car parking space is near the lift which is next to the apartment, but you don’t hear it, which is a bonus. The apartment itself as a slightly larger bathroom than others which is benefits from a bigger worktop and sink area. Sofa is lush and very comfortable, doubling up as a bed. And dining area is perfect.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Great host, very responsive initiating check in on how stay was going. Lovely quiet location, yet walking distance to shops and beach, well equipped and ……rarely found ……good living space inside as well as outside. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

La descripción es precisa, es un lugar seguro y tranquilo, buena piscina, solárium y mesas para comer fuera. Los hosts están disponibles en cualquier momento y son muy agradables, un 10 para ellos. Estuvimos un mes y contábamos con cocinar y hacer barbacoas pero al final casi no usamos la cocina ya que estaba llena de grasa por todas partes. La barbacoa declinamos usarla porque también necesitaba una limpieza. una pena porque tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy contentos pero lo estropea un poco la limpieza. Necesitaría renovar la ropa de cama Del resto bien. Para largas estancias quizá se agradecía una smart TV

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

Amelia was a great host , her place was impecable , easy to find , easy to check in. Had everything we wished for. Great location close to amenities and restaurants. Overall a very nice and enjoyable place for our break. Thank you Amelia and will definetly come again 😚👋🏝
