Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Appartamento molto grande e molto comodo, con due bagni e dieci posti letto. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno e una dispensa ricca di cibo per la colazione. Non ci è davvero mancato nulla, avevamo a disposizione anche microonde, macchinetta del caffè e tostapane. Priscilla è un ottimo host, molto gentile, disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Soggiorno piacevolissimo e alloggio molto consigliato.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Guido ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e gentilezza. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente colpiti dalla sua disponibilità e precisione nello spiegarci tutti i dettagli dell’alloggio. Grazie mille davvero!

Posizione comodissima per la Fiera, raggiungibile a piedi in 9 minuti, con parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze e un comodo bar sotto casa. Unico neo il divano-letto che è risultato molto scomodo (si sentivano le barre della struttura sotto il materasso). Letto e divano-letto sono nella stessa stanza.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het rustig gelegen en zeer net appartement van Maria Chiara. Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en valt zeker aan te raden voor een verblijf van enkele dagen in Bologna.

The room was great. Private parking was very convinient. It was about 20minute easy walk to the city center. The walls might be thin though, I’m not sure the next door neighbors were just being loud or walls are thin, but we could hear them when we were trying to sleep. Other than that, it was great stay!

Danieles appartement is de ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. Het is vlakbij het stadcentrum,ruim en toch rustig. We zijn zeer tevreden met onze keuze voor Danieles appartement.

Una soluzione perfetta ancheper i viaggi di lavoro tra colleghi. La soluzione con i bagni indipendenti nelle camere è davvero funzionale. E c'è anche l'indispensabile per colazione e farsi un pasto

Cristina is really kind and helpful and the room was super comfy and clean. The house is close to the airport, so it's very convenient to walk there. If I visit Bologna again, I'll surely come back! :)

Daire kusursuzdu, fotoğraflarda gördüklerimizden daha iyisi diyebilirim. Konum olarak şehir merkezinde ama bir o kadar da sakin bir sokakta yer alıyor. Yoruldukça veya ihtiyacımız oldukça daireye gidebildik. Merkezdeki gezilecek yerlerin tümüne 15-20 dk’lık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bizi karşılayan Arianna o kadar sevimliydi ki tanışırsanız bizimle aynı düşüncede olacağınıza eminim. :) Her yazışmamıza içtenlikle ve hızlı bir şekilde cevap verdi. Bolonya’ya tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle yine bu dairede kalırım ve gelecek olan herkese de tavsiye ederim.

La chambre était parfaite pour un week-end de 2 nuits. Le fait que la salle de bain privé soit dans la chambre est très pratique. Piero est un hôte très investi et sympathique avec ses voyageurs. Il parle très bien français.

Cet endroit est idéal pour rester quelques jours à Bologne, l'accueil est parfait, l'endroit est sécurisé et proche du centre-ville.

Great spot to spend time in Bologna. 20 min walk to the train station to do day trips out of bologna if want to. Host provides breakfast spread which is very kind and even helped me with my laundry!! recommended for a stay in bologna :)

La casa era perfetta per la mia famiglia, calda e accogliente, ogni stanza con il suo bagno e la cucina tutta a nostra disposizione, abbiamo avuto una bellissima vacanza! Situazione logistica perfetta, giusta distanza con il centro. Parcheggio per la macchina molto vicino. Grazie

What a wonderful find and Stefano and his wife are fabulous people , very welcoming and very kind. The views are incredible , close to lots of great walks and small towns and villages and excellent trattorias !!! And bonus ….. wine tasting right next door !! I will certainly be revisiting as the breakfast anc comfort of the home is wonderful Alister
