Bologne : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Todo perfecto,alojamiento muy limpio, cómodo, acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Ubicación: bien, hay muy cerca de la casa parada de bus, para ir al centro, estación de bus y tren. Servicios cerca, panaderías, restaurantes, supermercados,etc. Lo mejor ellos, Daniela nos recibió y nos atendió muy bien, Filippo nos recomendó lugares cerca de la casa muy buenos por cierto también por el centro. Cualquier duda nos respondían pronto. Todo bien.

Paula was a great host. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. One day we accidentally locked our keys in the apartment and she responded very fast and let us in. The one caution I would say is there are lots of stairs in the apartment. Especially the upstairs getting from the bedroom to the bathroom involves navigating a number of stairs that are turning a corner and in the night you have to be very careful. We really enjoyed our stay. Bologna is very special and this is at the heart of the action!

Cozy with beautiful garden able to sit and enjoy. Everything was clean, Elisa even left us something to eat in the frigde ❤️ Very easy reachable and well described. The only issue we had was with wifi connection, which wasn’t solved in time. I would recommend Elisa’s place!

What a fabulous spot! We stayed at Maria’s apartment for a girls’ weekend in Bologna and found it to be everything we wanted! A spacious, clean and comfortable house surrounded by a courtyard for quiet and privacy but located right in the center. Everything is walkable in 10-15 minutes, the nightlife is right outside (but you can’t hear anything) and all the great restaurants and shops are around the corner. We had a fantastic time exploring Bologna knowing we have a great night’ sleep when we head back to the house. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s a real gem.

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Von Herzen Danke an Euch! ❤️🙏 Gerne wären wir länger geblieben.. aber wer weiß.. vielleicht sieht man sich wieder einmal! Liebe Grüße Regina & Jürgen

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'alloggio si è rivelato come da foto e descrizione. Il parcheggio incluso è una chicca da non sottovalutare a Bologna. Il piccolo giardino antistante è davvero comodo per un po' di relax dopo una lunga passeggiata al centro. Area davvero super tranquilla, si sentivano gli uccellini cinguettare al mattino. Lorenza, l'host che ci ha seguito, disponibile e super reattiva nelle comunicazioni. È un posto che consiglio sicuramente!

Wir füllen uns wie Zuhause. Federico hat sehr gastfreundlich vorbereitet mit Kaffee und Snacks. Er reagierte auch immer sofort wenn wir Fragen haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne und ausreichend große Wohnung mit allen Tools und Gadgets, die man gebrauchen kann. Es war zusätzlich ein Snackkorb bereit gestellt, um Frühstücksnotlagen mit Kaffee und Gebäck zu überbrücken. Zum Piazza maggiore läuft man ca. 30 Minuten, kann aber ebenfalls den Bus nehmen. Es war ein eher ruhiger Stadtteil, perfekt für uns. klare Weiterempfehlung für einen Städtetrip in Bologna :)

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

We felt very at home and taken care of in Silvia’s apartment which is like a little oasis in the middle of a vibrant area filled with bars and restaurants. Despite its central location the apartment in itself is very quiet and the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Silvia and her husband are the most gracious hosts who were very flexible when our arrival was delayed and offered great local recommendations as well as complementary treats in the apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again. Thank you Silvia!

Had a relaxing weekend at Carlo's apartment. He met us, let us in and showed us around. It was cold and Carlo increased the heating temperature for us which was much appreciated. Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped. Sadly the wrong time of the year to use the beautiful balcony, but the large window out to it gave lots of natural light. A short walk to the Piazza Maggiore and you're never short of somewhere to eat and something to do in this beautiful city. Carlo kindly sorted out a taxi for us to get to the station when we left. We'll be back!

Beautifully located opposite the St Maria church, behind the St Stefano complex, this flat is charming and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Nous y avons séjourné pour un déplacement professionnel au salon Cosmoprof. Nous avons été très satisfait de logement que proposait Mattia. Tout était parfait : propre, agréable, de nombreux équipements à disposition, bien situé, Mattia était très accueillant et réactif par message. Nous recommandons.

Luciana was a great host and with very quick responses to our queries. The apartment was very clean and quiet with everything for a solid stay - great kitchen and lovely terrace. Best of all is the location, sitting in amazing food precinct and just a 10 minute walk to the main piazza. Highly recommend

Расположение квартиры прекрасное: недалеко от ЖД и автовокзала, очень легко добраться, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Все соответствует фотографиям: комната оснащена всем необходимым, прекрасный вид с балкона. Кухня общая, очень чистая, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Лёгкое заселение. Мы поздно выезжали, багаж оставили в квартире, легко забрали. Спасибо за все, рекомендую. Единственный минус это плохая звукоизоляция и было немного шумно, может из-за субботы и праздника, но для нас это не было большой проблемой.
