Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Apartment liegt super, man kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Lebendiges, schönes Viertel mit toller Gastronomie rund herum. Trotz Ausgehviertel ist es ruhig. Apartment ist super ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Wir würden es jederzeit empfehlen und selbst wieder kommen :) Vielen Dank

Everything was completely amazing, Dino is an amazing host. During my first night, the supermarkets/gas stations were closed, and i asked Dino whether there’s a delivery service from where I can order some water from… Dino knocked on my door in 5mins and brought me few bottles of water 🤗

Carlotta's place was fantastic and a great value. If you are traveling with small kids you can't beat it. Carlotta provided not only a pack n play, but also a bassinet, a high chair, a baby bath and even a box of toys to play with. If you've traveled with babies/toddlers you know how nice it is to not have to improvise on everything and just have some of the conveniences of home right there. The unit is set back from the street so it was very quiet, but easily walkable to everything. Carlotta was very communicative and met us right at the door which made checking in so easy after a very long flight. Would def stay here again.

Appartamento comodo, spazioso e conforme alla descrizione presente nell'annuncio. Spazio pulito e ben fornito di tutte le necessità nel bagno e nella cucina, host molto gentile e disponibile in caso di chiarimenti. Consiglio.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Tres bon logement. Tres bon lit. J ai mieux dormi dans ce logement que chee moi. Tres silencieux. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours de Bologne. La mere de Édouardo est tres gentille et aimable. Je recommande ce logement.

There were many positive aspects to our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-organized, offering ample space for 8 people. The kitchen was functional and equipped with brand-new utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were well-appointed with wardrobes. The bathrooms were spacious, and the apartment’s location was excellent, with convenient parking right in front of the entrance. On the downside, there was no hot water on the first day, the apartment was not very soundproof, and we didn’t have the required card to dispose of the trash. Communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and all of your help — we loved your space (well-stocked kitchen with yoghurt, jam, and cereal, eggs, juice, cold water and all the utensils you could need; comfortable and spacious place; stylish interior design; large, warm bathroom) and how welcoming and accommodating you were. What a fabulous spot! We stayed at Maria’s apartment for a girls’ weekend in Bologna and found it to be everything we wanted! A spacious, clean and comfortable house surrounded by a courtyard for quiet and privacy but located right in the center. Everything is walkable in 10-15 minutes, the nightlife is right outside (but you can’t hear anything) and all the great restaurants and shops are around the corner. We had a fantastic time exploring Bologna knowing we have a great night’ sleep when we head back to the house. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s a real gem.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Appartamento bellissimo, pulito e davvero curato. Posizione ottima: 20 min dal centro in bus (linea diretta) e allo stesso tempo in una delle zone più verdi di Bologna. Lidia è accogliente e ci tiene molto al benessere dei suoi ospiti. Sempre dipsponibile e raggiungibile per eventuali dubbi o consigli. Consiglio vivamente per chi viene a visitare Bologna!

Kolejny raz miałam przyjemność być w tym miejscu. Dobrze skomunikowana okolica, w pobliżu lokalne bary, kawiarnie i restauracje, blisko sklep spożywczy. Przede wszystkim czysto i super kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo polecam :))

L’appartamento è in centro a Bologna, in una zona tranquilla. Tutto era pulitissimo e ben tenuto. Mauro, è stato un grande host e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per il soggiorno!

I really enjoyed my stay at Simona's place. The apartment is nicely renovated and it had everything I needed. It is quiet and peaceful and is within walking distance to many of the attractions in Bologna. Simona was a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. She was proactive and gave me many good suggestions. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this stunning apartment during our trip to Bologna for Cosmoprof, and it was truly perfect. The flat is centrally located yet incredibly quiet — a rare and wonderful combination. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with elegant vintage touches, it felt both charming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Communication was flawless: clear, detailed instructions and super responsive hosts made everything effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly recommended!

Great spot for a weekend getaway for 2–loved the patio! Had great weather and utilised it for afternoon apertivo! Clean space with a comfy bed and easy check in. Christina sent so many recommendations and was so responsive! A walkable location in the University district.
