Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Il casale è un bellissimo "rifiugio" in mezzo alle colline umbre dal quale si scorge la bella Orvieto. Ha un'ottima visuale sulle colline, un ampio salone con camino e addirittura una stanza forno a legna/barbeque. Il tutto in mezzo al verde, con piscina e diverse postazioni per pranzare nel boschetto dietro al casale. Certo, la strada è piena di curve e non si arriva immediatamente, quindi è un posto ideale per trovare pace lontano dalla città e non per fare ripetutamente sali/scendi. Noi l'abbiamo usato nel periodo di capodanno come base per visitare l'Umbria e siamo stati più che soddisfatti.

Superschönes toskanisches Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick. Der Hot-Tub war ein Highlight!Es fehlt an nichts,sehr gut ausgestattet. Andrea und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute!

Wir haben mitte Oktober die Sonne gesucht & gefunden, direkt am Strand in einer super herzigen Wohnung, die alles hatte was es braucht, und sehr grosszügig und sauber ist! Die Vermieterin war super herzlich und hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Gastfreundschaft empfangen! Der Früchtekorb mit organischen Früchten als Willkommensgruss war sensationell! In Gehdistanz gab es ein super Strandcafé und ein Fischrestaurant. Wir haben unsere 4 Tage in vollen Zügen genossen & dabei noch das traumhafte Städtchen erkundet! Wir können es jedem empfehlen bei Fédérica Ferientage zu verbringen!

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung in Bomarzo zu verbringen. Die Stadt ist schön ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Einwohner sind auch sehr sympathisch.

We had a wonderful stay in Narni!! The host communicated very well and helped us find local attractions we wanted to see! We are so glad we were able to stay in this house in this wonderful location!

We had a lovely stay at Alistair’s! The property and surroundings are beautiful and the house is very comfortable. Easy drive to Montepulciano. Would definitely stay again!

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Alina was extremely helpful and always willing to help. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We would definitely recommend it and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

È stata un'esperienza da favola in una location da favola. La casetta, splendida in ogni dettaglio, è incastonata tra i maestosi colli toscani, offrendo un panorama che non ha prezzo. Da ogni angolo della casa si apre una vista mozzafiato che sembra un dipinto. La tranquillità e la pace che si respirano in questo luogo sono un vero e proprio balsamo per l'anima, una chimera di bellezza rara difficile da descrivere a parole. È il tipo di posto che ti fa dimenticare lo stress della vita quotidiana. Noi siamo stati lì con i nostri cagnoni e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Chiara è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci portava persino dei dolci fatti in casa per colazione. Cosa poter chiedere di più ? Grazie!!!

Great place to stay for families and couples! Amazing surroundings of fields, forests, trees. Big advantage is that it's quite far from the local road so no option for small kids to be stressful of cars. Nice location in near neighborhood to Chinciano Terme or Sarteano. Very short travels from the place to Pienza or Montepulciano. Swimming pool taken care daily and very clean. Nice places to sit outside during the evenings, also to prepare barbecue. Very nice family of hosts! Definitely worth to visit!

Sono stata in questo bellisimo appartamento per natale con la mia famiglia,siamo stati benissimo. L appartamento era caldo e fornito anche di legna per il camino. Era tutto pulito e c era tutto il necessario per u soggiorno confortevole. Il fuori anche se non l abbiamo sfruttato visto il freddo è molto bello. Sicuramente in primavera torneremo.

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. Souriant et serviable, c’est agréable d’être reçu aussi bien. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps 😉☀️🇮🇹

Ho trascorso tre giorni con le mie cagnoline, l’alloggio è perfetto per chi viaggia con animali avendo un giardinetto recintato molto riparato. La casa è confortevole, dotata di ogni accessorio, Desi è stata molto gentile, mi ha fatto trovare alcune cose per la colazione, una base per cucinare (olio, sale, etc…) e anche una bottiglia di vino! È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, dalla casa si raggiunge comodamente a piedi sia il centro del bellissimo borgo di Bolsena che il lago.

Camporsevoli is the most amazing place we've been. It was our dreams come true. We were lookin for a classic italian stone coutryhouse with a pool to rent but this place was much much more. Casa del Neri was perfect for our two families 2+2.Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful dining room with authentic italian kitchen.Interior was very sophisticated with wooden,stone and marble finish. Swimming pool was in a few minuts walk through cyprese path which was a great comfort as we were with kids so we felt no worries when they were playing aroud the property. Also a great comfort was narby playroom for kids were our littleones could go in the morning to play and let us spent some more time in beds and prepare a slow breakfast. Camporsevoli was a perfect base to visit heart of Tuscany. Many magnificent places and bautiful cities were just in about 1h reach. We spent only 5days of our 3 weeks holiday here, but every other place was nothing special compared to Camporsevoli. Grazie!

We loved our stay here. You are very close to Assisi old town- just walk to the parking lot next door and ride the escalator up. We parked the car on the property and did not use it the whole time. We walked to Assisi both days we were here and spent time in the town. When we needed groceries we walked to the nearby Tigre grocery store. After walking around the town the apartment was perfect for relaxing. It was comfortable with lots of space. There is a TV. The beds are very comfortable. My son loved having his own space in the little nook. We had what we needed to make breakfast and simple dinners. We followed Angela's guidebook (on the Airbnb app/site) to book a restaurant in town one time. Our GPS had a hard time finding the house, but we called and her son explained it to us. After that it was very easy.

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

Absolutely amazing location in the countryside! Communication was excellent. We arrived at night to find our location with specific instructions. We stayed in Casa Azurre, a 2-bedroom residence on the property. Thank you Marta for an amazing experience! We woke up in the morning to the most incredible views! We had a long itinerary to drive around Val D’Orcia, but could easily just stay here and enjoy our stay! We seriously loved it here!

L'alloggio di Francesco è comodo, spazioso e pulito. La posizione è ottima, si è in centro città ad un passo da tutti i monumenti, le stanze sono pulite, ben organizzate e attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Francesco è stato un host meraviglioso, sempre super tempestivo a rispondere e disponibile ad aiutarci. Speriamo di avere altre occasioni di alloggiare presso la sua meravigliosa dependance Minerva!

La casina rosa è stato uno dei nostri soggiorni più piacevoli. Immersi nella bellezza della maremma ,circondati da tutti i suoi odori e panorami. Svegliarsi circondati da tutta quella meraviglia mette di buon umore sin da subito. Elisabetta è super disponibile e accogliente. A darci il benvenuto oltre a lei abbiamo.trovato dei simpatici gattini, super affettuosi che ti fanno sentire più coccolato. La casa è veramente un gioiello immerso nella natura. Abbiamo trovato il posto molto facilmente anche perché Elisabetta è stata veramente molto precisa. Ci ha, da subito, dato degli ottimi consigli su come muoverci durante i giorni di permanenza, di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che abbiamo seguito rimanendo estremamente soddisfatti.Era tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato e noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e oltre a consigliarlo lo prenderemo come punto di riferimento visto che abbiamo intenzione di tornare in quelle zone.

The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be!
