A beautiful, relaxing stay! Well needed for a chilled getaway in the peaks. A beautiful old cottage that has been well kept and modernised to appeal to anyone. Highly recommend for a quiet, homely weekend away from the hustle and bustle of normal life :)

We had a wonderful stay at Rosewall Cottage. It was extremely peaceful and the cottage cozy and comfortable with everything we could have needed. We loved seeing the chickens in the garden and listening to their funny little noises! Lia was very responsive and sent a brilliant mini video showing the street view of the property, making the cottage super easy to find. A fantastic place to stay for my uncles 80th birthday surprise. Thank you Lia, you are a great host.

Really lovely place perfect for a "get away from it all" stay. Hot tub was a great addition. Very clean and tidy, has everything you need. The toiletries were a lovely touch. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Maybe next time.

We had a wonderful 2 night retreat. We wanted to switch off for a couple of days, we read our books, watched tv in the cinema room and relaxed in the hot tub. We had glorious weather but the whole home was so relaxing. It felt homely. The kitchen has everything we needed. The lighting throughout the home was beautiful, at night the outdoor Lights were so beautiful. Both myself and husband were delighted with the little touches from Wayne and Dave. We live quite close to the venue but just needed to get away for a couple of nights and can confirm their recommendations are great places to visit. Thank you for allowing us time to celebrate peacefully together. We feel very relaxed and renewed. Your home is beautiful.

Lovely place to stay, it was beautifully clean and very cozy. The hot tub was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Only issue we found was parking was a bit tricky outside the cottage as there were a lot of cars and the door was a bit difficult to lock/ unlock.

We have just got back from a 3 night stay at Hallcliffe Cottage. It was perfect for 2 and exactly as described! Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful village. Communication from the host was excellent from booking to leaving. Would highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Close to lovely walks and amenities. The cottage was really homely, clean and great facilities. The hot tub is private and lovely and warm. The trail behind the cottage is lovely for walks and close to the fishing pond, everyone we passed was very friendly. Jennie was a great host and very responsive to any queries. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful space to meet up with family and be able to relax. Jane was very flexible on having dogs and responded quickly when there was a plumbing issue that needed sorting. The weather was fab and we were able to make great use of the conservatory area. The house was warm and the hot water never ran out. Jane was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All on all a wonderful week for us to reconnect, in a beautiful area of the country with great walks and eating options to suit everyone. Haddon Hall is a must. Thank you very much Jane for a lovely stay.

The cottage is compact but comfortable. Fortunately you very soon don't hear the church bells from over the road! We were there for the Tramway Museum and this could not be more convenient for that, but also easy to travel to Belper, the Matlocks and on. Always parking space available outside and easy walking distance to the centre of Crich and the excellent bakery - The Loaf which is next to the excellent Crich Butchers - the combination of the two provide real quality foods.

We had a wonderful stay at Sam and Annie’s place. The cottage is so spacious for two people, and was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Just down the road from the Monsal Trail, we enjoyed walking into Bakewell and exploring the area. The local pub does great food too! We would happily return. Sam and Annie were always reachable and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thanks again!!

We stayed at Wendy’s as a base for hiking around the Peak District. The location was spot on! There were cafes and pubs only a few steps away, many supermarkets only a 10 minute drive (if that) and the hikes we wanted to do were only up to 30 minutes drive away (depending on what hikes you choose of course). The property is stunning! The beds were comfortable, it was cosy and warm. The bath was a big hit post hike! I’d advise anyone with mobility issues that the two single beds are in the upstairs bedroom which have very steep steps, but this what you should expect from a cottage. Just perfect! Thank you Wendy. We certainly would come back!!

Fantastic clean and homely cottage, very well equipped kitchen with more than enough appliances, large collection of books and games, lovely wood burner in cosy lounge area with comfy seats, upstairs to lovely spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and also a lovely sun lounge off the landing, all in all a great cottage in a lovely local area, would definitely recommend it, well done Keith & Sheena loved the stay

Stayed with my two dogs and it was perfect for us. Alot bigger inside than originally thought, very cosy. Perfect location for local walks just a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer

Maeve was there to welcome us when we checked in and was very helpful with making sure we had everything and gave us some really good recommendations! The air b&b was lovely, clean and in such a good location to walk to castleton and hope. Also close by to a lot of great places to visit! Having the view of mam tor from the back garden was just amazing! We didn’t want for anything while we were there and we can’t wait to come back :)

An amazing property, best I’ve booked on Airbnb. Beautifully presented, extremely clean and very well stocked. You can tell the love and care that has gone into creating this rental and Julie clearly has very good taste. Everything you could possibly need - Julie has included it and she’s gone the extra mile with lovely extra touches. The cottage is well located right in the heart of Tideswell with walks and restaurants on your doorstep. If you have a dog, the boot room outside is fantastic with its warm shower and Julie even supplies dog towels and shampoo. I cannot recommend this property enough and we’ll most certainly be back!

The Cowshed is nice & cosy with a comfortable bed. All amenities pristine. Very peaceful & quiet. Everything included for an enjoyable stay. Travelled for an assignment in a local village and stayed on to enjoy the lovely countryside. Would stay again if in the area. Recommended.

Rachael has a top AirBnB rating because her place is superbly located and thoughtfully set-up. The cottage is very light, spacious, super comfortable and clean, and has all that you could want for a relaxing stay. Standout details are the list of walks and places to eat and drink, the views from the house, the really well equipped kitchen – and not forgetting Rachael’s greeting with a tin of home baked brownies, 2 ponies and 2 dogs! And the stag with antlers running in the next field… We will be booking our next stay at Rachael and Gerry’s cottage soon and hope to book the neighbouring Stables Cottage and superb looking cabin too for a visit with family.

Celebrated Husband’s 50th birthday with our family. Fantastic accommodation, don’t feel the pictures do it justice. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, everything you could possibly need. Village lovely to walk around, good choice of shops and pubs. Communication good and prompt. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

SnapTin is a wonderful cottage - superbly presented, we loved the decor and all the amenities. Easy walking into Bakewell and all that the town offers. Highly recommended.

We had a great New Year's Eve in Winster - Rod's place was just what we were after. Comfy beds, lots of hot water after our walks and a very well equipped kitchen to cook up a storm! Winster is a lovely village, and an ideal jumping off point to explore the local area.

Lovely cozy cottage everything as described. Excellent location for walking, you can walk from the door. Good local amenities. Carol is an excellent host, great communication and provides everything you need and lots of extra treats also a Tideswell Ted to go home with you. We would love to stay again. Thank you Carol
