Nice flat in the centre of Sheffield within walking distance of most the city centre. Good secure parking and decent view from balcony.

The place felt right at home the moment we arrived. A cozy place making us feel very relaxed during our stay, especially the living room and bedroom. Very comfortable bed, we slept well every night. Craigs hospitality from day 1 was more than we can ever hope for. He helped us settle in and with things that we needed. I would recommend Craig and his place to anyone looking for a nice cozy stay in the city. 😊

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

Lovely nights stay at Marcus’! Everything we needed, Marcus was a fantastic host. Great location, really picturesque area, perfect spot to stay if your are visiting Ragdale Hall for a spa day! Thoroughly recommend the tap n run pub nearby for a Sunday roast! Both places were within a 10 minute drive of Marcus’ cottage.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location on the high street. Ideal for us. Pubs, restaurants and cafes all nearby. Easy to get to and from a wedding by UBER from there. Steve was very responsive when I needed to ask questions and was very helpful.

Had a lovely nights stay here with my wife and young son. Lovely location with a really beautiful walk down by the Trent easy to get to from here. Perfect place to unwind and chill out, highly recommended

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

The location was amazing we had great time there. There were a few spiders but I am sure that’s how it is in this season. We were slightly confused on how to operate the centralised heater there weren’t a manual on it. Its was overall a great place to stay in and a great host.

I would recommend this property. It is in a fab location and is very well presented both inside and out. We found it perfect for our family to relax in.

Ideal location for a group close enough to the university

Delightful little home to stay in, everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area. Quick communication from the host throughout including sorting a late check out. Perfect location for a Midlands meetup for geographically seperated working professionals

We were in Nottingham for a wedding and the house was very conveniently located. The house was clean and had all the neccessary amenities. Providing some essentials such as milk and bread was a great touch and much appreciated. Scott was very responsive and a great host.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

It's like a home from home! A very well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful walks from the door and a good selection of pubs within walking distance.

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

This place was convenient and perfect for our needs. Leah was very friendly and helpful. Even left us sweets and chocolates!

Great garden apartment, I have been several times as the location is great for me and it’s really comfortable and well equipped. Martin and Michelle are responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend

What a great find . Cosy . Beautifully clean . Lovely welcoming bits left in the kitchen to make breakfast easy . Really nice to look out on the garden whilst sitting in the lounge area . So much nicer than being stuck in a hotel room . Hope to return again as suited all our needs . Easy parking at the house in a very safe location is always a bonus . Thank you

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated home - cosy and comfy. The bath was a dream!Angus was very responsive with great communication and checked in with us throughout our stay. It was great to be able to relax and watch Netflix/Amazon Prime etc after a long day out and about in the Peak District, and the bed was insanely comfy! Also a must visit is Eyam Village if you’re a history buff like me! And highly recommend Casa Carlo for dinner, the owner is lovely and the food was exceptional. Thank you Angus!

Fantastic place to stay in Sheffield. The place is super quiet, but literally a few steps from all the shops, bars, restaurants, buses and Ubers you could want. The flat is exactly like the photos, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped, great tvs and wifi, and and (brilliantly) loads of plug sockets!! Parking is a huge bonus too. Jermaine is a great host, very friendly and responsive, and he alerted us to a (minor) issue before we even knew there was one. Recommend!

My stay at Nick’s AirBnB was exceptional. The physical setting was exquisitely designed and organized, just like in the pictures, and the little balcony added even more. I found the building and setting to be quiet, as other reviewers have remarked. Everything was spotless. I could fully relax and take care of laundry, get some downtime, and regroup in the middle of a hectic trip. But what really set Nick’s place apart was the kindness and compassion shown to me by his wife, Pat, who took on hosting duties, when I experienced an emergency on my arrival day. Not only did Pat stand by me through the emergency itself, but the next day she asked if there was anything *else* she could do to make things easier for me!?! I was astonished. I never would have expected anything like what she did for me. But it made a real difference. Thank you for showing me what that depth of kindness looks like. You are rare treasure. And, I will always remember your beautifully designed little flat!
