We had a great stay at Benjamin’s house. Comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 4 children. Benjamin’s communication was excellent throughout. The house is lovely and the photos don’t do justice to the amount of space. Very well equipped. Bakewell town centre is under 5 minutes walk away. Playground and pub also very close. Located on a quiet cul de sac with enough space on the drive for three cars. Would highly recommend.

Great location for both the City and Peaks. Open plan living area gave plenty of space for 6 adults, an infant and a pet. The place was well-equipped and well-thought-out with everything we needed.

Beautiful home and excellent hosts. Always ready to answer any questions we had and popped by when we needed help Would 100% stay here again. The home is well equipped and decorated to a high standard. The area is peaceful and perfect for a getaway. We was here for a friend's wedding, so didn't get to explore the area too much but the house was a great place to relax after a long day. Thanks to Robbie & Kelly for being excellent hosts.

Second time we've stayed here and everything was as perfect as before. The house and location are perfect for us and Rona is very proactive and was always quick to respond to any queries we may have had. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Lovely stay. Shame about the weather though! Was comfortable and warm and the views were lovely. Great surroundings and walks, child friendly!

Karls house was perfect and very clean kitchen had everything you needed and more, will definitely stay back here when in the area for competitions

I loved spending Christmas at this caravan. It was beautifully warm and cosy in a gorgeous location with lots of excellent walking routes. Lovely hosts make you feel so welcome too.

Great stay as a family of 5 with two children and 1 infant. The stay was pleasant and a great location. We visited alton towers as well as Thorpe and Ashbourne. Great communication. Great recommendations. Very nice cottage and had everything you need to cook, relax, etc. Rooms were good, we didn't love the bed but it's personal choice. A bit noisy having our baby in the travel cot but we slept okay. We didn't get to explore any walks but seems to be in such a fab location to do some.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

Biggest asset was as a peaceful base for a week’s walking in the White Peak. Great location for Bakewell and Hartington areas. Good mix of scenery and plenty of dog friendly pubs. Pool a bonus. Accommodation was comfortable and a couple of maintenance issues were resolved without fuss.

We stayed in the main farm house in a group of 6. The house was beautiful, spacious and comfortable in every room. The garden was large with a hot tub, outdoor seating and sand pit for the kids. Loved the fact you can feed the goats, there was a full guide to recommended places nearby for days out and places to see or visit. The host was really lovely and available to help whenever we needed. We would definitely love to come back here and see more of the surrounding areas and especially chatsworth house and gardens. Highly recommend for anyone wishing to have a chilled, peaceful holiday and for people wanting to get out and see the beautiful local towns, history and days out with the kids. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

We are just home from a lovely few days staying at Maggie’s beautiful caravan in a lovely location. The caravan has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed visiting Alton Towers and CBeebiesland and it was a great base for that. Stunning location too. Maggie was very helpful and responsive when I phoned her too. We are very happy holiday makers and will be back ❤️

Perfect stay whilst researching family history of a relative who lived in Belper in 1880 for my book. Emma was kind enough to let me stay an extra hour so that I could finish the piece I was working on!

We had a wonderful stay at Sam and Annie’s place. The cottage is so spacious for two people, and was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Just down the road from the Monsal Trail, we enjoyed walking into Bakewell and exploring the area. The local pub does great food too! We would happily return. Sam and Annie were always reachable and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thanks again!!

We stayed at Wendy’s as a base for hiking around the Peak District. The location was spot on! There were cafes and pubs only a few steps away, many supermarkets only a 10 minute drive (if that) and the hikes we wanted to do were only up to 30 minutes drive away (depending on what hikes you choose of course). The property is stunning! The beds were comfortable, it was cosy and warm. The bath was a big hit post hike! I’d advise anyone with mobility issues that the two single beds are in the upstairs bedroom which have very steep steps, but this what you should expect from a cottage. Just perfect! Thank you Wendy. We certainly would come back!!

A lovely, cosy little bolthole with friendly and welcoming owners. Beautiful garden that I enjoyed sitting in early in the morning to listen to the dawn chorus. Mollie is a lovely dog who I was glad to meet. I’m sure i’ll be back :)

A lovely little gem!!! perfect for us with our 2 dogs, enclosed garden keeping them safe, lovely outlook & great location with it being right on the canal, lots of pretty walks. Welcome pack was very welcome, thank you! & Julie was a good hostess. Would recommend & hopefully return to explore some more.

Sharon made me feel welcome from the moment I booked her Hut . No question asked was ever too much. I was arriving late and she made sure the outside lights were on so I could see my way. She was fine when I had to change the date of my arrival by one day. And when I had forgotten my phone charger she and her husband were quick to my aid with a usb plug ! I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality , making me feel welcome and for providing me with an incredible place to stay. The hut is well equipped and came with a lovely little welcome gift (perfect after a long drive), the fire pit was ideal for stargazing with a bottle of wine and I was plenty warm at night when I slept! I would go back in a heart beat.

We stayed in Luke’s accommodation for my wife’s 40th - from the off Luke was extremely responsive and helpful when planning where to eat and where to walk locally, with lots of recommendations. The pesto at the peacock was a 10 minute drive and a restaurant we can’t wait to return to. The accommodation was easy to find, quiet and secluded. Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The garden area was a sun trap and fantastic place to relax, with the hot tub also a nice touch. We would definitely return and thank Luke for the hospitality.

Absolutely 5 STAR from us. The whole experience from booking and Beryl's 1st Class communication was excellent. We had a meet on arrival and our eyes lit up as each door opened. The gardens are of grand scale. Everything you could want from numerous forms of BBQs to a humongous size outdoor dining area and covered with canopy and lights. The garden is a dog's dream to explore. Lots of sky, with a sunny aspect garden perfect for sunbathing on a warm day. The best part for us was hoping the bed was suitable and it was! A firm, double it was very snuggable. We had a great night's sleep. Off road parking with EV charging (negotiable with Beryl). Probably not suitable for people with mobility problems as very steep driveway down to the apartment. Handrail is provided I took advantage of it. You could give it a go! Don't be afraid to ask for anything Beryl will be on it in seconds! Beryl is the hostess with the mostist. Wanted to write so much 1000 characters not enough.
