Friendly host with tidy and well organised house. Amenities were there.

A lovely stay in this gem on a home, the patio and pool makes any sunny day worth soaking all up. Great for families or couples looking for a home in a great location with both shops and beaches within driving and some walking distance. I would come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Yin’s place! The house was well-equipped, and we loved how everything was clearly labeled, making it super convenient to use. The amenities were excellent—having both a pool and a play area for kids was a huge plus! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely love to return.

We had the most beautiful stay for our wedding! The house is even better in person than in the photos. It was the perfect size for our group and great for entertaining! There were so many games and entertainment options, and the kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous. The only downside was that the main bedroom didn’t have a door, so we ended up giving it to a bridesmaid for a bit more privacy. But honestly, we’d 100% stay here again—it was such a wonderful house!

Very helpful & accommodating. Thank you Hilde for the little things you did for us to accommodate our family holiday. A travel cot, change table and high chair for our 11 month old saved car space for our two little dogs to bring along. Very peaceful in a great location with loads in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, close to everything. The plunge pool was perfect for after the beach. House is equiped with all the things we needed. Beautiful holiday!

Great value and excellent communication! We had one issue with the kitchen and the host made every effort to resolve and even find us a replacement cook top for our stay! Without a doubt a stellar place for a big group!

The location was perfect for visiting our family who are close by , making our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

A beautiful house with some very interesting furnishings throughout and a well-equipped kitchen. Chantal is justifiably proud of it and is keen to ensure that guests enjoy their stay.

The best Airbnb experience we have ever had. After staying in a hotel in the city it was brilliant to have all this space to relax in. The pool table and games kept us entertained when we were there. A few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The place was spotless also. Highly highly recommend this property!

Host was easy too deal with and everything went smoothly

Excellent host with personal touches and very flexible and accommodating. I wanted to do a lot of walking and the place was within walking distance of nearest beaches.

The location can’t be beat! Short walk to the beach , you couldn’t be closer since it’s mostly commercial buildings directly across from the beach The street you’re on is quiet and away from any noise since it’s a residential street , but you’re right in the action or bondi. A grocery store is on the corner so easy to get food/ snacks The parking pass that comes with the stay is awesome since it’s paid parking everywhere. That will save you quite a bit of money. We loved our stay here!

Sophie and Steven were fantastic hosts -responsive to our messages, especially when we were delayed; met us to show us around. The accommodation was just want we wanted -even more. We (a group of 3) highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much Sophie and Steven.

This stay was exactly what we needed plus some. We will book it for future events in the area. It is old style spacious in every way, and that just brought with it a feeling of relaxation. We didn’t have it at full guest capacity, but it’s so big that it could easily take 6 people. The full sized kitchen was well stocked both in herbs and spices, and utensils, which is important for us since we don’t eat out. The 80’s architecture was homely and comforting in its warm tones. There was a feeling of privacy. A top stay.

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Mery’s property was wonderful. It was new, neat and clean. The rooms were open and airy. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the presentation of this property. Mery was great to deal with and very responsive. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the station with a 30 minute train ride into the city. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great during the evening. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of ammenities. Thank you Mery for the tea, coffee, milk and treats in the fridge. Really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic week-long stay. Property was exactly as described - and absolutely spotless! Hosts were super-responsive and helpful, and keen to make sure we had everything we needed. House well-stocked with everything in good working order. As a bonus it stays very cool in hot weather (though there is also ducted A/C). The location is great - our daughter had a workshop at UNSW so this was perfect. Close to Coogee Beach, bus into central Sydney almost at the doorstep. We would definitely stay again!

My family enjoyed our stay at this right at home beach house. Everything was so well placed with artistic surprises at every corner. The hosts are easy to reach and make you feel right at home with complete privacy. I highly recommend and will likely visit again for a beach getaway!

Had a fabulous stay & highly recommend! Amelia was very responsive & made the whole check-in & check-out process as smooth as possible (even gave us early check-in and late check-out). She provided a detailed house guide that included key instructions, helpful tips, & amazing restaurant recs. The house itself was as described though I would say it’s definitely more dated than it appears. The location is perfect! Amelia provided above & beyond amenities/extras (OJ, milk, champagne, coffee, sunscreen, beach chairs, laundry & dish detergent, and so much more that I’ve never gotten before). The one thing I’d call out is the house is not air conditioned - it’s noted in the listing (albeit at the bottom), but I missed it & was surprised. That said, with all of the fans, we were able to cool the bedrooms down at night to sleep fine, though adding window AC units would go a long way in keeping it cooler during the day and better for sleeping during peak summer. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This place was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. A perfect place to stay for work with my small dog. The unit is just off from the main house but very private, and means the host is always close if needed. Would recommend.

We stayed at Michael’s house for 4 nights, family of 3 , (Audlts) and it was just perfect for our needs . It was very clean and comfortable, short walk to the beach at Manly, which has some beautiful cafes and restaurants. Really loved the house and the area , would definitely book again.

John was so friendly and helpful from booking throughout our stay. He was always available when we needed him and sorted any problems we had very quickly. He gave us great recommendations about public transport and local coffee shops, beach walks and local attractions. His house and pool were in a great location for us as we were visiting family. John lives in the house and had moved out for our stay, so there were a lot of personal items around his home. The pool was a lovely extra, however it turned out to be hard work! It had to be cleared of debris every day due to the surrounding greenery and while we were told someone would attend the pool at least once a week, we had two visits in 4 weeks only to top up PH decreaser and possibly chlorine? The “donger”/ pool hoover seemed useless and went round in circles most of the time. The pool was grubby by the end of our trip with mould/algae around the steps at the far end and we had no idea how to clean or reverse this. Great holiday!
