Thanks Nicole for being a great host. We loved the cottage and with the snow around, it felt like a winter wonderland. Taking back a lot of wonderful memories from here but we would definitely love to come back here during summer to make some more memories and enjoy the summer activities.

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

This was the first Airbnb that I ever booked and Andrea and Tom made it so easy! Andrea answered all of my questions quickly and never made me feel like I was bothering her. I asked to change something and she was more than accommodating for us. We stayed in January so didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as it was -27 but we certainly enjoyed the indoors and the beautiful view! It was such a wonderful spot. I’m a little bit of a clean freak and this felt like home. Everything was so clean and there is nothing you will need. We had room for 2 families to stay without tripping over each other and we were able to play some board games together as well. Lots of space. Also has a cute cubby for someone to sleep in and all our kids wanted that spot. Both families are interested in renting this spot again in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor part of it but I would recommend this spot and these hosts to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful stay Andrea and Tom, it was perfect.

Jordi and Kyle were extremely responsive and very accommodating! Their place is beautiful. Even during a snow storm. So cozy and warm. Their site manager John, whom is lovely, was very helpful getting our vehicle out of the snow storm. Much appreciated! Will visit one of their properties again!

The location was perfect with stunning lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cottage itself was immaculate – cozy yet spacious, with all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining that charming, rustic feel. The hosts have ensured that you have fun activities for everyone staying at the place. There were Kayaks, Canoe and a motorboat, Firepit with ample firewood, Outdoor BBQ grill, Indoor games, Books, DVD player with lots of classic and popular movies and many more things. Shout out to the Super Hosts Wes and Jana for taking care of the place and guests with smallest requests. They were very responsive and would immediately come up for any help whenever needed, ensuring our stay was comfortable. They would even ask us if we needed anything from the market (like Milk, Coffee, etc) whenever they went out for their work. This was super sweet!! Highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to visit back in the future!!

We had the most magical week at Heather's cottage--and not just because of the good weather. The cottage itself delivered on every front and worked beautifully for our family--rooms perfectly appointed, a deck made of dreams and access to the water that worked for all ages. We felt right at home straight away and our only disappointment was having to check out at the end of the week. Would return in a heartbeat.

We spent two nights at the cottage and that was awesome. Angela made it very simple with clear information about dos and don't. Available outdoor activities are great and even enjoyed lighting the firepit. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend Angela 's cottage as it is found in very quiet and peaceful place. this place is everything and more.. its secluded..but close to the lake.. sadly it was raining and we could not visit the lake.. but the cottage had everything we needed.. it was warm anf welcoming.. very clean.. had all the amenities...Darren was soo kind always offering to take us to the lake making sure we knew where everything was.. drew us a map which was helpful..Nadine was really prompt and accommodating of our request.. 10/10 would recommend and visit again..

My family and I had an absolutely relaxing stay at Vanessa’s cabin ! From the moment I booked, the communication was so seamless. Vanessa was incredibly friendly and very accommodating especially during the beginning of our trip when we first checked in. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location of the cabin was absolutely stunning; the view of the frozen lake made waking up in the morning feel very magical (especially with all the snow fall we received those days). I also appreciated the thoughtful touches Vanessa added to our trip such as having firewood ready for us to use and shovelling the pathway from the driveway to the cabin. I felt so at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to definitely come back! Thanks again, Vanessa, for making my trip so memorable!

Amber and her husband were great hosts! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and they left some great local recommendations( the wagon wheel restaurant was amazing and I would highly recommend), my husband and I went up for a week as our honeymoon and they went the extra mile to make it special for us! At the end of the week we ended up having major vehicle issues leaving us stuck and they were super helpful and understanding, Kyle even came out with a generator and battery charger after multiple caa cancellations. Can’t say enough good things about the hosts or the cabin itself. Would love to be back again!

We had an amazing getaway at this beautiful lakefront property. The views of the lake, especially with the fall foliage, were absolutely stunning and made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Mike was incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions, which made the entire experience seamless.

We had a wonderful winter cottage stay. The place is very cozy, well equipped with everything you would ever need. Incredible clean and organized. Comfortable beds and a great property. The hosts are very kind and responsive. 100% would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The peaceful surroundings made it a great escape from the city. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Abi was super friendly, highly responsive, and an overall amazing host. Eggs were great. Cabin was great. You can contact her for any help you need but otherwise she’ll leave you to do your own thing. Fishing was great here as well. There’s a paddle boat, row boat, kayaks and canoes. This place you can tell is constantly getting updated so the description on Airbnb might be outdated. They seriously underpromise and overdeliver despite how thorough the listing is. 10/10 will be back!

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

What a magical place! The cabin was exactly as described and had a really warm, comfy feeling. We were travelling as a couple with 4 young kids (no small feat!), and we were totally comfortable and found the cabin stocked with everything we needed. Travelling in the middle of quite a big snowstorm, we were a little concerned about finding the place and the long driveway in. The directions, however, were really clear and the driveway was really well ploughed, and this was so appreciated. Matt and Lori also checked in frequently to make sure everything was great. Thank you for a great little escape!

We celebrated our anniversary at Jen’s Shamayim Cabin to disconnect and enjoy some winter activities. With no cell reception, we used our devices only to capture photos and videos. Jen greeted us, gave a brief tour, and recommended activities. It was the perfect winter getaway, with plenty of snow for outdoor activities. The weather was great. We cooked dinner on a campfire, relaxed in the sauna, and ended the evening by the fire with hot chocolate. The next day, we tackled two trails. One involved snowshoeing and trekking up Little Mountain to a scenic lookout. After taking in the views, we made our way down a steep slope, using ropes to assist with the descent. We also crossed a creek along the way before completing the loop. Later, we visited the frozen Bang’s Bay and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The area is huge, with more trails and activities we didn’t have time to explore. Jen and Tzach were wonderful hosts, and we highly recommend their cabins. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an absolutely lovely stay at the cabin! Great location and very private. Perfect for our annual Autumn visit to the area to go to Algonquin Park, Huntsville and Screaming Heads. The cabin was well stocked, clean and very cozy... we truly had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a little basket of treats which was so sweet! Our kitty loved staying there as well. Leah's instructions were quite clear and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Our weekend was truly awesome, we would definitely love to come back!!!
