Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

Quinn’s place is exactly as seen in the photos. Beautiful views of Lake Nipissing, and a great dock to enjoy the fall sunsets. Quinn’s attention to many little details (too numerous to mention) was very appreciated and I would definitely recommend this place for anybody wanting a place to stay with a great view. We will be back again, thank you Quinn.

Maria’s cottage was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers! The cottage was spacious and clean. Outdoors was absolutely beautiful with various seating areas - a patio with tables/chairs, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, picnic bench closer to the lake and then more Adirondack chairs right on the dock with a gorgeous view of the lake. The cottage had various outdoor sports/leisure items (kayaks, volleyball, badminton etc). Indoors there were cards, colouring books/crayons, novels etc. All of these made for a fun few days through rain and sunshine. Communication with Maria was timely and kind. We all had a restful and enjoyable 3-4 days at Maria’s cottage and would highly recommend it!! Thank you!!

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described, stayed in the same unit for two separate 1-2 month blocks with absolutely no issues.

Liz and Joe are anazing hosts. They not only helped us unload but walked us through amenities in the house. They are super friendly, responsuve and very nice people. Not only their place had everything but they made sure to send additional stuff to help us. Above all, place was beautiful, quiet and had a great view. We were lucky to spot Aurora (northern lights) and meteors...lots of stargazing. Had a great weekend! Would go back again for sure and have already recommended to friends!

Really great hosts! They responded quick every time and provided a lot for us. Very much a bring your clothes and you’re good to go situation! The hosts also respected privacy and we never felt uncomfortable being there. The hosts only came if we needed them too and always did when asked, usually within 20 minutes (like for water or propane refills). We also felt safe and secure in this house as we had our own unit and only we could access it. The view of the lake is beautiful and I’m definitely going to miss it! I would definitely recommend and I will be saving this air bnb for any future needs in north bay!:) they also provided all the streaming services which was really great for us during our visit! The outdoor lighting at night was a really nice touch. The place was cleaned really well and you could tell that the hosts truly care, with all the small things most hosts don’t think of or care to do! Thanks for a great stay!:)

This accommodation is immaculately clean and the amenities go way beyond what is usually provided. The location/stying is quite beautiful with lake access, fire pit, patio, barbecue. Quinn is very quick to respond and most helpful. I certainly would recommend this accommodation for others to stay.

Larry’s place was fantastic, very clean lots of amenities and a great location. Me and a few guys came here for an ice fishing trip that went very well, we all had a great time.

Thanks Nicole for being a great host. We loved the cottage and with the snow around, it felt like a winter wonderland. Taking back a lot of wonderful memories from here but we would definitely love to come back here during summer to make some more memories and enjoy the summer activities.

This was me and my wife’s first cabin trip and Dulcie’s place was truly amazing!! Her place is very clean and at a very prime location. There is a small river right in front of the cabin and the views are stunning. All the amenities are as described and we had a lovely and relaxing time. It’s a must visit place both for winter and summer. Dulcie is really cooperative and friendly. We will definitely visit in summer!!

Beautiful outdoor space and has everything you might need. The host was flexible and responsive and would come again and reccommend !

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.
