Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We had a great stay. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. The amenities were as described. The cafe by the pool was very appreciated the staff in the whole complex were friendly. Easy drive to beach, shops and restaurants.

Riverside was a great place to stay. Quiet, clean, amazing pool and great location.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Alan was a great host. Very responsive. The furniture was great. Especially for a guy with a bad back. Clean, peaceful, and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful resort. Workout facility was excellent. We will be coming back.

We really loved this place. The sunset from the garden was amazing! Lot of amenities and Daysi was responsive very time we needed! Def recommend this place :)

Perfect place for family vacation with 5 small kids. Huge kitchen and grill so didn't need to leave home for meals. It had a resort like pool, with waterfall, slide and hottub. Spacipus rooms with tvs everywhere. Close to beach and a fish market that we seemed to go to everyday. Good neighborhood to walk. Amy welcomed us and showed us how to run the pool, hottub, waterfall and lights.

This property proved to be the perfect haven from a harsh Chicago winter. We found the home to be spacious and bathed in natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The sunsets, enjoyed from the dining area, were spectacular. Danny's responsiveness to our needs was excellent, making our month-long stay completely seamless. For a relaxed and comfortable escape, we couldn't recommend this home more highly.

We had an amazing time at Tad's place! Right on the canal where we could walk out on the dock and just enjoy! Close to grocery and shopping, but not right in the middle of it. I can't even say how much we needed a place like this. Thanks so much and thanks for always getting back with me about anything and everything. We would stay again in a heart beat!!!

This property was everything we hoped for and more! Sitting right on the canal, it offered such a peaceful and picturesque setting. We loved watching the boats come and go throughout the day—it added such a unique and relaxing touch to our stay. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. But the real highlight? The amazing pool! It was absolutely perfect—crystal clear, the ideal temperature, and a fantastic place to unwind. We spent so much time enjoying it and soaking up the sun. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. And if we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again!

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

Susan’s place was everything and more than we expected. Great amenities and dock area to hang out with a big group. Ubering to and from the city was no problem. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use. Very responsive host with answers to our questions about the pool and hot tub.

We have stayed at several ABnB’s and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The entire house was very clean and exactly as described. We loved sitting on the screened porch and watching manatees and dolphins swim by. We rented a boat and kept it at the private dock. So nice being able to go out and enjoy the area. There are several local restaurants nearby, within 2 miles, that serve fresh seafood that are really good. This house and location was perfect for us to explore the area. I highly recommend this home.

This place is a perfect setup and location for an enjoyable Marco trip! Karen is responsive, runs a seamless process to get in and enjoy, and has a nice welcome book to make life easy. Well worth it!

Very Clean and well kept place. Perfect for a short visit. Excellent communication from the host. Still a lot of construction to walk past to get to the beach… very dusty. The hotel being torn down should be done soon.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area. The large heated pool was very nice too. The island is still pretty empty other than the downtown area but we founds lots of fun places within easy driving distance. And being closer to Bonita Springs was nice. Great place to stay! The complex is spotless and inviting.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, where everything happens. Next door to Pinchers. Beautiful water view. Conveniently located next to Publix supermarket and easy to get around. The only thing I would say is that it could use some de cluttering a bit. Aside from that no complaints and would love to have my parents come back for another 5 weeks next winter. Walking distance from where we live as well. Just the perfect location Thank yoj

Allison, our host, was there with us every step of the way. She answered questions in a timely manner; our recommendation for Allison is without hesitation. The unit was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay there.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

We had an incredible stay. Perfect location- loved watching dolphins while enjoying coffee on the lanai. Easy, quick drive to various beaches close by. We hope to come back!!
