Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! The mountain and lake view was stunning. Spacious accommodations for 8. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. It is close to the train tracks and trains are frequent, but not disturbing. Quiet, peaceful surroundings - hot tub and pool were excellent!

What a great place with an amazing view. This place had everything you need and was large and very comfortable. The location on the lake was amazing with the best lake views. We comfortably say on the deck every evening and watched the boats and the lake. We had a great time.

The penthouse was fantastic. it's inside a historic type building and tastefully renovated into a 3 bedroom plus bonus room that can be used as an extra bedroom. Each room was decorated very nicely, just like the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes glasses cooking utensils etc. Linens and towels clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs has the best food in town and fantastic craft cocktails and wine. Be sure to say hi to the bartender and staff there, letting them know you are staying upstairs and they'll share great info about the town and other great places to eat, including breakfast croissants and pastries at Bluebird (all made in house) and the Forge for authentic wood oven pizza. Close drive (20 mins) to Schweitzer mountain, and right on the water.

The Staff was responsive when we had a request or question. The location was easy to downtown and on the water. Very nice would go back!

It's a magical spot and I had a lovely time. I felt safe, private, cozy, at home, and at ease. That it was laid out on different levels added to the charm as it felt a little like being in a fairy tale. If it had been summer I would have lived on the balcony!

Great location and amenities! We struggled to find where the 5th and 6th guest where supposed to sleep, expected a pullout couch but didn't find one. We called down to the property maintenance who showed us there is a Murphy bed in a cabinet. There were instructions on the wall but a little too conspicuous for us to find them. It would be great to mention the Murphy bed in the listing description to help others find the sleeping arrangements. Aside from this everything was perfect. We loved the condo, the beach, the boat slip (rented separately), the bikes, and kayaks. It was also very walkable to city beach and downtown. We had a wonderful stay.

Easy to walk outside on the back patio, down the steps and over to the pool.

The house is lovely, great views and beautifully appointed. All the details are great, such as all you need in the kitchen with it's beautiful view, incredibly comfortable beds (great sheets!!!) and couches. Easy drive to Sandpoint, and even easier to just hang out at the house. Will look forward to coming back.

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

We loved vacationing at this location with our boat. The house was very clean and homey. There was excellent outdoor dining space on the big porch and outdoor lounge area near the water. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

My partner and I stayed here for her birthday and we absolutely adored this cabin. With the hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, and the spacious kitchen inside, we felt so cozy. We loved slipping into the hot tub after a day in Sandpoint, when the temperature dropped. The lake is stunning, especially during the winter, and we walked down to the dock to sit by the water. During the warmer months, I know we would've spent hours swimming in the lake. Would highly recommend.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

This is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing and having a private beach is next level. Its in kind of a little inlet area with only 5 or so other homes. We kayaked around the lake and rented a boat one day, both were so much fun and this area is perfect for it. We went swimming in the lake every single day. The fire pit is also great. The house was very clean and a starter kit of toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided. There were lots of towels. Plenty of nice soft blankets were provided also. The memory foam mattresses were great, this is the first rental I’ve had a sleep better than in my own home! Upstairs there's a loft area where our 3 kids stayed (ages 16, 5, and 2). The hosts really went the extra mile and selected quality furniture both inside and out of this property. Parking was easy, getting to standpoint was easy. There are so many things to do in this town we can't wait to come back! Communication was amazing too.

This was a perfect waterfront cabin experience, just as we were hoping! Not a city house on the river.... Beautiful sprawling lawn down to a border of cattails, then the waters edge. Enjoyed the beachside fire pit as well! Would rent again!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The lake and views are breath taking. The home was well equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Kitchen products, board games, linens and more. The master bed was so soft, like a big hug. So cozy. The fresh air breeze from the lake at night that came through the windows, was so nice. We did not need to use the AC. The house was big enough for two families. We had a total of 8 people, lots of room. Just perfect. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighbours on both sides, were very nice. Everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Chad and Amanda's place is beautifully decorated and every room very clean and spotless. You immediately feel right at home and just get this sense of warmth and generosity from the hosts. They really have their guests in mind and provide everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the coffee and tea selection, the comfortable bed and the yummy sugar cookies left for us! The location is great with a pretty view from the living room and the community itself is quiet and safe. Looking forward to a return trip for sure!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

Sandpoint is a great place to visit and these condos are within walking distance of downtown. This particular unit is not as affected by highway & train noise as some of the other units, which is a real plus. You look out over the pool and have a partial lake view which is also nice. The location is the primary reason we stayed here and it worked out very well.

Evan's place was described accurately and included lots of accommodations. He communicated very well to ensure that we had everything we needed. Girlfriend was very happy with a fully equipped kitchen. 👩‍🏫 Evan's place was 25 minutes from Schweitzer Mountain Resort and has many places nearby to get groceries and eat out. 😋 Surroundings were very peaceful and we got to see a fresh snowfall. ❄️

We were lucky enough to be able stay here for a ski trip at Schweitzer. The location in town gave us access to great restaurants and entertainment, and the short drive to the ski resort made it very convenient. The place is in great shape and was very comfortable for me and my two grown sons.
