Beautiful home with a peaceful view! Second time we stayed here and it was as great as we remembered! Can’t wait to come back!

As I wrote before. We could not be more happy with our stay. The villa far exceeded our expectation. The villa was well appointed and furnished comfortably. The kitchen is modern and had quite a few basic essentials. The master is large with a huge closet. If there was any drawback, it would the lack of a second bedroom. They do have bunkbeds in a linen closet that would be great for 2 kids. But I am 73yrs. old and the bunkbeds were fine for me, but a little difficult getting in and out. I am a landscape architect, so when I say the garden design was well planed and executed. The gardens offer well established planting surrounding a creek flowing over a waterfall into pond. There is a small natural pathway going around the water feature going in and out a view and through the beautiful plantings. The Adirondack chairs on the small patio were perfect for this peaceful space with views of the harbor. This Villa will always be my to go place when visiting family. Don S.

The House was very nice, very clean and well maintained. The location was amaazing, close access into town for food, entertainment and amazing coffee! The host's was very fast and patient with our messages and that was great.

John's place was perfect. The whole house was comfortable and cozy. There were a lot of extra amenities that made us feel very welcome. John's recommendations on things to do were helpful and greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay at John's place again.

This home is even better in person. This house has been a sanctuary for us during a difficult time. Our home remodel was extended unexpectedly, and we needed to find a place quickly while our home was under construction. The view is incredible. The home is furnished with beautiful antiques, and the beds were super comfy. When the batteries on the heating switch were low - they were over within minutes. And we were close enough to walk to two of our favorite restaurants. If you are on the fence about staying here - just do it!

the home was very nice. a little smaller than I imagined based on the pictures, but it did not disappoint. Very nice kitchen and we loved our time out back on the patio and on the lawn watching all the eagles when the tide would go out. Michelle was an excellent host. Very attentive and reaponded almost immediately any time i had a question. was a very relaxing getaway at a very lovely place. Definitely hope to go back again maybe in the summer so we can better enjoy the wonderful patio and backyard yard there!

The house was very well appointed, and in a clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood convenient to SeaTac. There were enough towels for an army, and cozy blankets for the living room. The kitchen was well stocked, complete with a coffee station. Everything was perfect.

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

Heather’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway to Seattle with our dog. We often have to sacrifice comfort and style for the convenience of a pet-friendly place, but Heather’s place had all 3 and more. It was well appointed and well decorated with everything we needed away from home, including a very comfortable couch and bed, and a beautiful bathroom, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved all the books and local recommendations. Most importantly, our pup felt very comfortable and right at home. We are so glad to have stayed here and can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay here. The unit was spacious, well laid-out, and well-furnished. From the windows we could see the water and the Space Needle across the bay. The location offers almost immediate access to the bicycling/walking trail along the water and is very walkable to the water taxi pier. Alyssa and Ben, our co-hosts, were very responsive and kind. I would say that while I managed to find a parking spot close to the location, there was certainly not plenty of on street parking, which caused me great anxiety. If I had not been able to see my vehicle as easily as I did, I'm not sure I would have stayed. I know it was Seattle and a residential neighborhood, but it was crazy tight. The beds were comfy but the bath linens were a bit miserly. One hand towel to share between us. Same thing in the kitchen. One dish towel for 4 nights. No dish cloth. No pot holders. The desk in one room was really more of a table, so working at it was challenging because of the height. Walking to the bus was a breeze. Hosts were very responsive. I would recommend this place but caution anyone who would struggle with lots of steep steps to enter. However, parking might be a struggle.

Just as amazing the second time! This is our second time booking this place, and we loved it just as much as the first. It’s clean, has a stunning view, and offers quick access to the ferry. Joe is a great host—responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here while visiting Seattle. The easy access to the beach and surrounding areas made traversing the area feel comfortable and safe. The unit is so comfortable and is packed with amenities for ease-of-use. 10/10 would recommend!

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this place was fantastic! We have 2 kids ages 5-7 and it was perfect for us. The bedrooms were great, the common area was large enough to spread out and the kitchen was very well equipped. There’s an Amazon Fresh, Walgreens, bus stops, several very nice playgrounds and a gorgeous coffee shop all within a 10 minute walk which made everything so easy, especially with kids. Will definitely be back when we come back to Seattle to visit family! Thank you!!

It was such a please staying here for a month. From the beautiful view when sitting on the coach in the living room, to the kind neighbors and door people, and the quick access to everything, it was a dream. David was a wonderfully kind host. If I am ever back in Seattle, I hope to stay here again.

Great location for a show at the Crocodile and walks with the kids to Seattle Center and Pikes. Many restaurants and good coffee nearby. Place was perfect for a family of 4.

Raj's place was perfect in every way for our quick 4 day sightseeing visit. The location is amazing, on the waterfront, directly under Pike Place Market. From the private balcony, you can watch the workers feed the seals at the aquarium next door around 7:40 am. You can see the Ferris Wheel, the ferries, the people hanging out or playing soccer on the pier, and tons of people strolling along the waterfront from the living room and bedroom. Hint for the handicapped or just tired folks: if you walk past the aquarium, there is an elevator on the left that goes from the Waterfront to the market above. We walked to the Olympic Sculpture Park, the Space Needle, Chihuly, and MoPop, Bainbridge Ferry, and the Ferris Wheel and Wings over Washington. Raj's condo is well furnished with comfortable bed and furniture, and the kitchen is stocked with an impressive assortment of sauces, spices and coffees. Raj was super helpful with everything, even recording a show we wanted to watch! Thanks Raj!

We stayed in Bindu’s charming condo for three weeks in December. Loved every minute and look forward to another visit. The place is well decorated, very comfortable and the views over Elliot Bay are spectacular. Enjoyed the new Pier 62 waterfront park and the proximity to the new aquarium exhibits. Bindu is an amazing hostess and unbelievably responsive. Both she and her place are special.

This listing was great! Perfect location—walking distance from Pike Market and across the street from the Elliott Bay Trail—and beautifully furnished. Sean and Rachel were super responsive to the questions I had and provided all the information needed to have a smooth check-in/check-out process and worry-free stay. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to the city. Thank you!

Check-in was super easy as Jeri leaves very detailed instructions for everything. He’s also very communicative and often messages you before you have a chance to ask him something! Make sure to check out Jeri’s list of recommendations as it provided us with plenty of places to eat at.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend and had the best time! The place was so clean and spacious. They provided things like shampoo and conditioner, hair products and movies! We felt so at home and enjoyed our stay.

This condo was a great find and perfect for our trip to Seattle for ECCC! The location is awesome, there's plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a good selection of grocery & convenience stores. C.C. was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions or issues that popped up. I really appreciated the binder with all the instructions and recommendations, it was very well-organized and was really nice have everything laid out. I definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again!
