Great house for a large group visiting the wineries for the weekend. The valley is beautiful and the house is in a secluded part of the valley, very quiet. The garden attracts lots of birds. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large selection of pots and pans and everything you need really. Large stove and oven as well as a BBQ. Worked really well for our group of 8.

The house was amazing! Plenty of space for all the family. Coffee machine was a great bonus. Linda was very approachable and helpful Would definitely recommend

Was a lovely place to stay and felt so homely you walk in and there put home made fresh bread in bread maker and welcome chocolates so nice, love they keep it so original brings back so many memories stuff you see around the house and host is lovely we will def be coming back to stay

Beautiful old house that's simply furnished. The setting is incredible with the creek flowing through the back yard. Lovely to be able to switch off and enjoy the slow pace

What a stunning place with beautiful surroundings and views. The house felt like a home! It was clean. spacious and comfortable! The outside sitting area with the overhanging vines, was amazing and created an relaxed ambience and opportunity to enjoy breakfast together! We would like to thank Sarah and the family for enabling us to spend a lovely, restful weekend with our friends staying in an amazing location! We would love to revisit in the future!

Off the beaten track, literally, dirt roads but worth it- an absolute haven of peace and quiet - well the bird life (cockatoos both black & white, lorikeets, rosellas and many other varieties) get up early and see the kangaroos in the paddock - just a beautiful place to unwind … Bring a book, lie in a hammock and forget your troubles - highly recommended

We felt right at home at Ultimo Cottage, great homely feeling, great space for our family and pet. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen well equipment and great location. Definitely love to visit again .

Probably one of the best air bnb’s I have stayed in. The house is fantastic with great appliances, TV’s, showers etc and lovely bedrooms. Only complain is the master bed is a touch soft for my liking! The outside area is perfect and the pool so lovely. I could not fault this place. The pictures do not do it justice!! Thanks for having us, would love to come again.

Fantastic stay! The location is stunning, a wonderful view overlooking rolling hills, farm animals and kangaroos as far as the eye can see. It was hot so we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and slept in air conditioned comfort. We had a gorgeous family catchup and will be back again.

This was our second stay and as it was summer we used the pool. The tranquility, beautiful natural surroundings, bird life and close (within 20 mins) to so many attractions/towns etc make it a fabulous location. The warm welcome and the cosy and comfortable home make this the absolute best Air BnB by far! Thank you Kim, Heath and family for welcoming us back 🥰

We had an amazing stay at Belinda’s place! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable time. The location was perfect, and we loved being able to explore the area with ease. Belinda was an absolute pleasure to deal with – she was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Everything about Kristy’s place was as good if not better than we expected. From the moment that we made the reservation to the time that we checked out everything was wonderful!! The instructions for our late arrival were easy to follow and the cabin was neat, clean and exactly what we were hoping for after a long late night drive together there. I highly recommend staying at Kristy’s place and will definitely go back whenever we are driving through the area!!

Kerrie and Tony were fabulous! Communicating with us before check in and gave us plenty of recommendations. On arrive, we had a cute letter and a basket full of goodies. Was incredibly flexible with checking in early and checking out late. Will definitely be back again!

Rosina is a wonderful host, gave very clear check-in instructions and was very responsive. The property is great - is a huge property with plenty of space to explore (and for the dog to run around) and the house is fully equipped and very comfortable.

We stay here every year and will keep doing so for as long as Nicole will have us! Amazing place to stay for groups of families wanting to get away. We love it, and so do our kids! Amazing place to create memories and play board games!!

Everything was clean and well maintained. More than just the bare minimum in kitchen abs bathroom. Lovely view and close to everything. Host was very responsive.

We had such a relaxing and tranquil time at the beautiful Elms Escape. Rosemary and Kevin have made a very special place for guests here in this private getaway. So nice to reset in nature and turn off from the online world. We enjoyed playing card games on the porch and having a picnic with the complimentary wine left in the fridge for us (thanks!) with the stunning views and sounds of nature all around. We also got to experience a summer storm one night too which was exciting and beautiful. Our dog had the best fun in the stream also! Thank you so much :)

Juliana is a friendly, thoughtful and generous host. She gave clear instructions for entry. The space is bright, clear and relaxing. It is a simple and roomy space inside with views across the farms and countryside through large windows and a covered verandah to relax on in front. It was great base for visiting the wineries of the King Valley Region.
