Via Waze: search for Boathouse Baywalk (this is the precise location. The beach has fine sand (surprisingly!) and we love it. Worth it to reserve the entire house (5 rooms) if you’re a group of 8-10 pax. :)

We had a great stay with this listing. The place is new and clean, and also very peaceful. Perfect for a quick staycation in the middle of the city. The staff on duty are also very accommodating and friendly, and they made our stay even more comfortable. The food was great too!

Great place to stay, host Phets was super proactive & continually checked in to make sure all was well even if through a quick message. We arrived & made ourselves at home very quickly. We can’t wait to return and book again with Fe & Rommel. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home. Super safe

We weren’t expecting much from Julzland Cottage at first based on the photos, but the great reviews convinced us to book—and we’re so glad we did! From the start, Ms. Ella was kind, responsive, and very reassuring when I asked about safety since it was just three of us. The place felt very safe, and it honestly felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The beach is literally steps from the cottage—clean, quiet, with fine gray sand (almost Boracay-level!) and no rocks or seaweed. Just peaceful waves and fresh air.The unit was clean, had strong WiFi (we watched Netflix on their Smart TV), and even had complimentary drinking water. Water pressure was great too. Only suggestion would be to add a microwave for guests who don’t cook like us 😄 We were allowed to check in early, which we appreciated. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The entire stay felt like a hidden gem experience. Highly recommend, especially for anyone looking for a quiet beachfront vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Krizia's place. It matched the description and pictures and had all the listed amenities. As I was working at the place, the internet was important to me. The WiFi was very reliable and could easily handle video calls. The place is quietly located and very peaceful. Krizia was a good host and very responsive in her communication.
