Boomers was the perfect home and location to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday. The massive deck with beautiful views was an extension from the kitchen/living area. A quick walk down to the beach too. Tony was very helpful and communicative and the place had all the basic necessities, even though you bring your own linen, tea towels and bath towels ect it is worth it to make it an affordable stay for all. Many special memories were made.

Clare was very friendly, helpful & always quickly responded to my messages. Great location : we ( inc dogs ) loved the morning & evening beach walk. When visiting Nelson Bay we will stay again at Clair’s ☺️

Our stay at Little Umi was both beautiful and memorable. It’s the perfect summer getaway that offers serene views, cozy atmosphere, and a fully stocked kitchen. Jodi was a very welcoming and communicative host, providing all the info we needed, including local activity recommendations. We’re so grateful for the experience and I’d highly recommend it for others!

Amazing stay! Loved the space and the cleanliness of the house - was just like the pictures! Niall was very responsive and happy to be flexible with check in! Very gracious by providing a hand written note and a bottle of wine! Would 100% stay again!

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

A fabulous home in a beautiful location! Claudia was a wonderful host and offered early check in and late check out which was really appreciated as we were moving to a new house in the area and staying in this Airbnb home for a short break whilst waiting for our furniture to arrive. Diamond Daze caters wonderfully with a well appointed kitchen, spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms as well as a fully fenced yard that our dogs loved. The home fronts onto Diamond beach and access is via a side gate and short walk to a beautiful beach that is dog friendly - super convenient! You feel immediately on holidays when you walk through the home and see the view from the verandah! Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our stay, pool and outdoors area are a sensational place to relax and spend most of our time when we weren’t at a beach. Perfect for a family and brilliant hosts. If they’ll have us we will be back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay at Riverdance in Nabiac! It’s the perfect place for nature lovers, surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds from morning till evening. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Kerrie, the co-host, surprised us with a delicious homemade cake for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. Eamonn was incredibly helpful—he set up the firewood for us, guided us around the property, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is a paradise for animal lovers. They have the cutest dogs, playful goats (including an adorable baby goat!), and a beautiful horse. Guests are welcome to feed them, which was such a lovely experience. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided. With breathtaking views, kind-hearted hosts, and the beauty of nature all around, Riverdance is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!!

Fantastic property with thoughtful hosts; a wonderful choice for families and kids of all ages. Well maintained amenities and attention to detail made our stay with extended family a delight. The heated pool was a hit - even when it rained - and it was easy to get in and out safely for both the toddler and senior in our group. The wood fire pizza oven is definitely worth cranking for dinner or just to hang in the mini-amphitheatre. The playhouse, car and trampoline kept our little one very entertained. Every room was immaculate and beautifully designed. We were even treated to some local produce courtesy of our host - thanks Lauren! A magical location and very peaceful. Just 10 minutes walk to town and if you’re up for exploring, follow the ‘secret’ track to Wreck beach via the bushland at the rear of the garden. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a lovely peaceful stay at Jen’s house. It was brilliant. Sparkling clean, had everything we needed. The BBQ was great. It was so relaxing. Our little dog loved his stay too. Jen is a fantastic host

This is such a beautiful holiday property. Our family felt right at home for our week away. We could have stayed longer! The home is perfectly accommodated for any type of weather and the pool is a bonus for kids to burn off energy.

We had such a fantastic, restful stay at Diamond Beach. The house is lovely – spacious, fresh, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The gardens are beautiful and well looked after. We spent most of our time hanging out by the pool, which was the perfect spot to swim, unwind, and soak up the sun. The dog-friendly beach is just a short walk away, ideal for a peaceful morning stroll. Plus, there’s a nice little café nearby for coffee and a great pizza/pasta place, both just five minutes down the road. Tom and Liz were great with communication – really helpful and quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend this spot if you’re after a relaxing getaway in a quiet seaside town.

This place made as feel right at home. With 3 kids, a 2 year old, 1 year old, 6 month old and a pet Labrador dog, this house was by far more than amazing! Very clean, lots to do, everything provided. The house and yard is clean and tidy. The kids loved all the activities in the house. My dog loved the backyard space and had the time of his life! Brite was so helpful and responsive to all messages. Was an unforgettable holiday and the home was sensational!

Great little space for our road trip pit stop! Cozy enough for 2 adults, a toddler and 2 big dogs! Dogs loved the outdoor space. Nancy the host was super lovely and kind, easy to communicate with and very informative.

James’s place is perfectly located. It quiet and close to great cafes ,the hotel and walkable to all the great historic places in Stroud.

Very comfortable and well appointed house. We loved the openness and views, and enjoyed being able to walk to shops and the beach from the central location. We’d love to stay again.

The Loft at Corlette was magnificent. We stayed 3 nights eith our two small dogs and absolutely loved the sleepy little street, super close proximity to the dog beach, salamander shopping complex, best fish and chips at the Salamander shops, easy access to Nelson Bay and lovely short drive to Shoal bay and Fingal bay. We enjoyed a bbq on the balcony with the sounds of the ocean. The Loft was very clean, inviting with beautiful interiors and accessories. Loved the giant kitchen bench top, it was very well stocked with everything we needed. Extremely comfortable beds and rooms with ceiling fans. Loved the chill vibe and the added outdoor shower. The perfect nook to leave our SUP boards inflated in the carport. Only downside was we didn't discover the hiding place of the ironing board and iron till we left - though we just looked like we were locals with crinkles! Zoe and Tyson have done a gorgeous job, you can feel their love and care in every inch. We truly hope to return soon.

After a long eventful trip with a stressed out cat, Deb’s place was just what I needed after a very long day. The very tasty and plentiful meal that was waiting for me after a day eating at service centres was a god send. Her cottage is extremely clean and very comfortable and I felt right at home. Although I didn’t have time to eat the next morning, the food available for breakfast is the best I’ve seen at an Air BNB. Bacon, eggs, spaghetti, bake beans, cereal, toast, tea and coffee were available. I highly recommend Deb’s place as her communication was excellent, location very handy for long trips and the cottage very welcoming. Thanks Deb for a much needed great nights rest and an awesome meal .

Mike's place was just perfect for our multi generational week away, our dogs also had a ball. The house is in such a great location, the beach is just across the road and it is only a quick drive or a nice walk down to some nice local cafes. A couple of small supermarkets are also close by. The house itself has everything you need, is super tidy and well looked after. I would highly recommend Mike's place and hope to return for another family holiday in the future.
