Loved the place and the host! There was a mishap with the keypad to get in the door and the host was super helpful and did everything he could to get us in as fast as possible. I could tell he felt terrible even though it was completely out of his control. My kids and I enjoyed the space for the time we were there! 10/10 would recommend!

The host is very friendly and responsive. The cabin is beautiful and backs up to the woods. Very peaceful. The cabin is part of a small trailer park community but cabin’s at the end of the street and the neighbors are very quiet.

What a Beautiful relaxing place my son and I went for a few days to get away and loved it ! We will be back many more times! They help us with several things and have put a lot of time into there place ! Top Notch place !!

We had a great stay at Lindsey and Heidi’s cabin while exploring the great hikes nearby. The cabin was super comfy and we loved how peaceful the surroundings were. The bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of hiking! You may want a 4x4 vehicle to get around the area’s dirt roads if you are planning on exploring. Due to the extreme weather (flooding and tornadoes), we had to cut our visit short and Lindsey and Heidi were helpful in making sure we were safe. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great 2 night stay. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Just a few steps away from the lake we were able to spend a lot of time by the water.

The cabin is as advertised. The pictures don’t do it justice. Extremely quiet, extremely peaceful I highly recommend.

We had a great time! Plenty of towels and the house was as described. The hot tub was great after a long day walking around Silver Dollar City. We would recommend this house!

My daughter and I took her 5 kids on a two night get away over spring break. We wanted a place for the kids (aged 11-4) to explore and screen detox. The Hilltopper Cabin was perfect. We spent our time hiking at Lost Cave Trail (well worth the 45 min drive!) and playing in the water at Pruitt’s Landing(only 2 miles away). The cabin was cozy, super clean and had everything we needed! We will go back!

This place is so outstanding. My husband and I spent the Eclipse in 2024 here, and we came back for Spring Break. I couldn't wait for my son to see it, and we both agreed that the place and the surrounding area was so much better than our Spring Break in Gatlinburg last year. So much to do, and John's place is perfectly positioned for enjoying your coffee on the porch in the morning, overlooking beautiful scenery. The location is private, and the house is so well-stocked with kitchen equipment. When I lamented that I had forgotten Koozies for our soft drinks, my son pointed to the custom ones in the kitchen. I just can't recommend this place highly-enough, its the perfect home base for a peaceful vacation of grilling, relaxing, outdoor fires and hiking. Be sure to pay attention when John sends you the mapping coordinates before your arrival. It's a simple link that will take you to your GPS, but the private nature of the place means you want to use his link for directions.

Everything was clean and just as expected. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. The recommendations for dining and activities were a nice touch. The location was close to many places but not too busy. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

We has a great time staying at Sarah and Ross's cabin with our small family of 3. The cabin is cozy and has all the amenities needed for a short stay. We spent our days at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch rock climbing and our nights in the cabin. Only recommendation for the hosts would be to consider adding a humidifier to the upstairs loft, as during the winter with the heaters on the air gets quite dry.

The cabin was exactly as pictured for our Valentine's weekend. We were able to relax and get cozy after the drive up super smoothly and felt right at home. The very comfy bed was SUPER COZY. Jessica gave us all the information we needed and was very responsive when we had questions. The surrounding are absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful.

Great place to stay. Branson is 30-40min away and there’s lots to do there. Not much to do closer than that. The deck was so peaceful. I would love to stay there again. Only issues were the outlet next to the bed in the room did not work since charger kept falling off, and the stove needs a scrub since whenever we’d turn it on to cook it smelled like burned food. Other than that great place!

This home is perfect for families traveling with dogs and those with an appreciation for outdoors. My kiddos loved the hot tub and observing the native wildlife (deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, etc…). The directions differed slightly from the listing (we never saw the stump) but we were still able to find our way. My mother visited us and was able to navigate the road in her car but we ultimately elected to leave it down the hill/across the creek. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely book again. The host was an excellent communicator.

I wish I could live there!! The place is so cute and peaceful! The cabin I stayed in felt like home. Stef and Randy are beyond accommodating, helpful, and kind. I was desperately trying to find an affordable place for me and my cat to rest during a long road trip. While many places accept pets, cats seem to be a consistent exception to this rule. I reached out to Stef and Randy, asking if it would be alright to have my cat stay with me, and Stef responded to me immediately. She let me know that they’d never had cats stay before but she’d allow it; she’d just have to move me to a cabin that is on a separate air system than the other cabins for the safety of their guests, in case someone had allergies, which I thought was so thoughtful and kind. The cabin I was moved to was everything I needed and more. Stef was there to greet me when I arrived and was so helpful during my check in, stay, and check out. I couldn’t recommend this stay more highly! I want to come back for a longer stay!

Stef n Randy were great host. We had our fur baby and she was just as welcomed as we were. The cabin was just as described clean and cozy. We were here for Valentines weekend so we took groceries and cooked. Each cabin has its own webber grill and deck. We will be back in the summer with the kids so we can take the grands fishing and enjoy the sunset. Very relaxing and just what we needed. My husband enjoyed every moment. Thanks Stef n Randy for being at our disposal for any questions we had you are great host and look forward to seeing you this summer.

We absolutely fell in love with this place! It’s clean, cozy, and we loved how secluded it was. Rob, the host, was very kind and friendly and was available if we needed anything. Truly a slice of heaven. We will be back!!

I can’t express in words how exceptional this piece of Heaven on Earth truly is. It’s literally right on the lake with a sunset view! Spectacular!!! Wildlife everywhere yet completely safe. Excellent location for groups, families, and gatherings!!! Excellent hosts too!!! Stef and Randy are the perfect hosts. This is a four season resort because they have covered patios at each site, an authentic cabin as a game room (also with a covered and screened in porch), and a covered three tier deck perfect for a band or a group of friends. This is hands down my favorite Airbnb stay EVER!!! Too many great things to list!!

we had a wonderful visit! we caught lots of fish off the dock and enjoyed the peace. The path from the dock was a workout for the calves but it was worth it!

The heater wasn't working when we got there, but the host had someone there right away the next morning. it was quiet and a beautiful location. the only thing it was a ways from Branson, which we had things we were doing everyday in Branson, but that was my fault when I booked it. we like to stay at Unique places and the tree house was unique and we would stay there again if we were just going out there to relax. awesome host and easy to get into. very clean and was what the pictures said it was.

Sunset on the Shoals was a perfect selection for our overnight stop along our route to our destination. Stef was very personable and went out of the way to ensure she was always available if we needed anything.
