Nice place and I enjoyed my stay. Even extended it for 2 extra weeks. The host was very responsive and understanding.

I needed a place for my parents to stay between selling their home and their new place being ready. The accommodations of Dee's units were perfect for that. Due to some unforeseen delays, I kept having to extend their stay. Dee was wonderful to work with in doing that. A big thanks to her for all she did during this time.

Great spot- a tad on the smaller side, but not problematic at all. Very clean, very comfortable, and host was very easy to reach

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Rose and Jim's place on our road trip to Minnesota! The vintage decor was out of this world, and Rose and Jim were very responsive/communicative when we needed to reach out. Such a cute and fun neighborhood as well. 10/10 recommend staying here on your next trip to Des Moines! :)

The home was comfortable and very clean. Roomier than I thought it was going to be. The one bed squeaked and moved, but I didn’t feel unsafe. The Murphy bed couldn’t be put up, but there was plenty of room anyways. Seth was amazingly quick to respond when I contacted him. Even when I was just letting him know when we arrived and left! Thank you Seth, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for about 2 weeks while I worked in the area. It was such a spacious and nice home, had all the kitchen/bath amenities that are needed and more. It’s a small town in a great neighborhood and couldn’t have been happier. Luz is a very kind and responsive host and would recommend it to anyone needing this size of a home in the area. Thanks a ton!

Great place for our night in Des Moines. There were four of us and we were able to make a nice dinner in the kitchen and were only 10 minutes away from our downtown concert. Loved Linda’s recommendation to go to nearby Grays Lake for a run the next morning. Great stay.

Clean, simply appointed unit. Easy to get to. Would stay again. Quiet neighborhood and directly adjacent to Drake University.

This place was a great place for my bestie and I and my dogs to stay the weekend. It’s close to the city without being too close. Great place to stay!

I was visiting Des Moines to attend a Drake University event so this place is very conveniently close by in case that is what you are looking for. This garden level/basement unit is very charming, private and has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed just hanging out in the nice living room area. The backyard is beautiful! Angela is a great host because she is so kind and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

The inside of the condo is lovely and has some comfortable extra touches. The value and comfort far exceeds any hotel in the area.

We had a great stay for a week in this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient. However, one of the beds was broken, which made it a bit uncomfortable for the person using it, but we managed. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d recommend this place for others looking for a cozy spot.
