First time staying at this home … perfect location to walk to a Butler basketball game … only a couple minute drive to grocery store, coffee shop, pharmacy, etc. Very quiet neighborhood & the house was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend. We had zero issues or questions, so never had to reach out to Ellen.

We had a very nice stay in this clean and comfortable home! Jesse covers many details to make his guests’ stay easy and like home, things that have been missing when we’ve stayed in other vacation rentals such as sugar and creamer for the coffee, liquid hand soap at each sink, plastic dinnerware for those with young children, and firewood for the fire pit. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the Broad Ripple area and children’s museum during the day, and the fire pit in the evenings. A fun time was had by all :)

I've used AirBNB tons at this point so I know what to look for. Dennis does a great job -- and this is exactly why our vacation went so well. Big shout out to him!

Wow! We were absolutely blown away by Ben’s place. It was so spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed - a perfect place for my husband and I, our two children and my parents. We had so much room to spread out and relax, and really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub on the roof was amazing, and we loved the coffee shop down the street. He made things so easy for us and was so responsive and friendly. Would recommend this house to others 100%! What a true gem.

We love this place! Kids had a lot of fun inside and out. Very close to everything we did. The kitchen was perfect to cook a large family dinner. We felt right at home a very cozy and comfortable stay.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved the stay here! The space was great for me and my friends to get ready before my wedding. I would highly recommend this home to anyone for a relaxing and peaceful time near the Westfield area!

Great stay for the Taylor Swift concert in Indy!! Had everything we needed & in a convenient location to the stadium. Felt safe staying here as two females!! And extra bonus for being pet friendly!!!

Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

Great location. Walkable to downtown and venues. Nice spot. Bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy. Had everything could need for a home base for our concert. Couldn’t hear other neighbors in building so calm place for our dog.

I had a wonderful stay at Molly’s property! Slept llike a baby, it was very quiet and comfortable! I would recommend this property and i would most definitely atay here again! Thank you again Molly!

My family and I enjoyed the two nights we stayed at the place. We were in town for spring break and to visit the Children's museum and Zoo with our kids. The place was perfect for us and the kids liked all the games and cool views. The second bedroom with bunk beds was also a hit for them. The place was clean and well stocked. The kids also like the outdoor hot tub. Only issue we had was some leakage from the roof in the laundry room (it had rained hard the night before we checked in I think) but Austin and his team were extremely responsive and had the leak cleaned up by the time we came home the next day. Would also just mention the hot tub may need adjustment of chemicals or some added water, it had a bit of a smell. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. A great place and close to all the attractions. Especially impressed by the proactive and attentive nature of Austin and his team.

This cabin was a wonderful place for a family gathering. My family and my sisters’ families got together for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us, as it was close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner location. The cabin had very nice sized bedrooms with lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and an ample kitchen and eating space. We loved it and would definitely recommend for others!

This cottage on Lake Holiday was perfect for a quick visit while in town for a family event!

Chris' cabin was the perfect place to unwind and really rest. The books in the space made it feel like home immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Chris as a host, about her kindness or her hospitality.

We were blown away at how beautiful and peaceful it was. We felt right at home and cannot wait to return again soon! Great hosts, they thought of everything.

Second time staying here. Can’t wait for the next time.

Great little cabin in the woods by the lake. Felt cozy just as it should, will be back.

Fresh flowers and a kitchen stocked well enough that I was able to roast a lamb shoulder without having packed any seasonings. It’s just great.

We use airbnb multiples/year and this place is easily one of the top 5 places we have lived in. The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. Very clean and plenty of amenities. We had kids in our group and they loved the basement and the outdoor places. The lake is dry this time of the year but our kids loved exploring along the lakebed. Jared was very communicative with lots of easy to follow instructions. Very family friendly home. Lots of kid friendly amenities including non breakable dishes and utensils. It was also nice to be in a space where the owners weren't skimping on the toiletries and linens which just added that extra touch of hospitality. We highly recommend this place and its an amazing price. We hope we can rent it again next year.
