Great over night stay, far enough from the city it was peaceful but close enough to drive to the places we needed!

We had 2 guests staying in this home. It was very comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities needed for a 1 week stay in Cheviot, OH. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to set the thermostat, since we weren't used to the cold Ohio weather. Michelle checked in on us regularly and was very responsive! Great location, too!

John and Carol were amazing hosts! I came from Oklahoma and stayed for the entire summer - I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. They were so hospitable and friendly! Book any of their places for your next trip!

Stephanie’s place was perfect for us! She was great at communicating with us and presenting us with a well kept area!

The space was well located with lots of shopping nearby. Downtown Cincinnati and the Zoo were within reasonable driving distance. The space was very cozy and perfect for a couples weekend getaway. The space is a lower level accommodation, we admit fault for not reading the listing all the way through. The neighborhood was lovely, lots of families around. The carport did fit my RAM 1500 so it is quite spacious for a midsize or compact. The house guide tells you everything you need to know about the space and how to work everything, very informative. We would stay here again if we come back to Cincinnati.

We really enjoyed this place!! Exactly what we needed for our family and equal distance from all the activities we were in the area for. Close proximity to restaurants and stores while being secluded and quiet! Bruce was a fantastic host!

this place was more than enough for the short trip. a well kept home with nice neighbors and it's close to plenty to do. The major road is a few blocks away and a short distance from downtown to enjoy the city and beyond. I would recommend this comfortable place to anyone who wanted to vacation in the city while not being IN the city. The hosts were kind and prompt in messaging which made for a good time as well.

My husband and I had the best time at Brianza and already can't wait to come back. The grounds are beautiful and our place above the wine tasting room was so clean, convenient and comfortable.

The listing was perfect in every way possible! It is as peaceful as being in our own home. We met Joel and his family while we were there, they recommended how to navigate around the Ark Encounter to avoid big crowds. We were provided with everything we needed and more. Our daughter loved the toys they provided, inside and outside, she also loved the bunk beds and having her own room and bathroom. I highly recommended staying here. it was clean and beautiful!

AAAA+++ home, host and location. Very quiet, beautiful inside and outside surroundings. Very close to everything...ark encounter, creation museum, Cincinnati, covington, multitude of shopping and sites. Home was very well equipped with everything you could think of. Bed was excellent and slept very well, hot shower, very nice appliances including a full size washer/dryer, stove/ oven and dishwasher. JC went over and beyond to bring a home away from home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS

We enjoyed our stay at Sharon's immaculate place. It was away from the city but close enough that if you wanted to venture into Cincinnati it was not a far or difficult drive. You will need a car. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. If you like to walk. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was probably the best Airbnb I have ever rented ! It was kid friendly. It was really private, cozy & clean which made us feel right at home. The kids loved the theater and hot tub and the toys. My favorite part was the good books they had available to read. I would recommend 10/10 and most definitely will be back!

We came down for the Reds Opening Day and the location could not have been better! The apartment complex staff were super friendly! The valet was amazing. The room was perfect for what we needed it for - we didn’t use any of the extra amenities of the apartments but had no issues there! Host was super responsive and instructions were super clear!

Very clean, super close to the stadium and the city. Overall amazing!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was set up really nicely. I really love the areas where you could hang out, play pool, and also just relax. I also love how quick the host responded to any questions I had. I have absolutely no complaints!

This place is incredibly located for visiting anything along the river including the ballpark and stadiums which are only minutes away. The concierge and valets are very helpful. Valet is very convenient. The pool and outside areas are top notch. We used the EV charger in the parking structure multiple times and valet was helpful to provide instructions and availability. The EV charger vendor is Chargepoint with a charging rate of about 6kw/hr. We loved the place and will visit again.
