The host went above and beyond to accommodate and take care of us with out even us asking. They asked who all would be staying at the beginning and we mentioned our 10 month son. When we arrived they had a baby bath tub, toys, and other things for kids his age. It was beyond thoughtful and we appreciated them going the extra mile. Hope to stay again next time in COMO!

A cute and cozy house in a very quiet spot just minutes away from all kinds of things (MU campus, a ton of restaurants, etc.), funky and eclectic decor, creaky floors, and a fluffball cat that adopts you five seconds after you walk in the door. If I was by myself I would have just sunk into a chair for the weekend with the kitty and read one of the many books available. A great spot for adults and older kids. My teen daughter loved Kevin.

Peaceful perfection. Spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Had everything we needed for an memorable family stay. Kirsten was a tremendous host and very responsive. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure we enjoyed our stay. We felt welcome and at home. It was a joy to share her home and we plan to return.

Three tired ladies weren't excited to share a hotel for the night. While eating dinner we browsed the app and found this great eclectic home- a quick response from Chelsea had us set up for the night. Super close to Downtown and easy to find in the dark! We instantly felt relaxed walking in the door. We chatted endlessly, looked at all the fun stuff, enjoyed hot tea and snacks before retiring to our own rooms (we were grateful for it all). You can see she really strives to cover all the bases! Thanks for sharing this great space

I had five teenagers in town with me for a swim meet, and the house was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds, very clean house, and lots of bath towels, plus access to a washer and dryer. They played ping pong and all of the board games for entertainment. Five minute drive to Mizzou and downtown restaurants. We will stay here again if we're competing again next year.

Where to start. We wanted a quick peaceful getaway from the city and this home did not disappoint. From the moment I booked Marcia was SUPER responsive. Friendly personable and downright like I had known her all of my life. I had booked same day, and she responded right away settled my booking and offered many great places and things to do in the Rocheport area. She even let me know that the A frame on the Bluff was opening that day (and even described where I could find a warm cozy blanket to take with us if we got cold) The second we drove up to the house we were amazed how quaint and cute it was. It was like stepping back in time to a beautiful house of antiques and rich wood furnishings. Lots of thought on comfort and the right number of updates but also keeping the rich feel of a house that is over 100 years old. Great outdoor space with fire pit and hot tub. We didn't want to leave. This will not be our last time here enjoying the atmosphere inclu homemade cookies!

Addilyn’s place was just what we needed to manage a 4-day swim meet. The kitchen has everything we needed to make healthy meals. We appreciate her hospitality.

Linda’s rooms on cherry was a great experience! Each room has its own theme, and I stayed in the Mark Twain room. Linda was a great host, and the location is very close to the university and right in the middle of the college town.

Really enjoyed our stay - apt was very clean and had everything I needed - I was here for a month long hospital rotation. During the first week the thermostat was out, they responded very fast and had it fixed by the following day and even brought heater dishes over to keep me warm in the meantime which was very nice. Highly recommend staying here and plan on it again the next time I’m visiting Columbia!!

This was my first time ever usin airbnb and I loved how accommodating and friendly Jackie was.

Easy to find and exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay! We slept like kings! Doordash and Uber had no issues finding us and we felt right at home. Definitely worth every penny!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very cute, cozy and clean. It was our anniversary and the extra touches were sweet.

If you are doing stuff downtown, everything is within easy walking distance. Incredible location - now the other side of that is that you do hear downtown life until bar time. It is public parking - we used the garage directly across the street. The rooms are exactly as advertised, and if other people are in the room next door it is a shared bathroom situation - we didn't have to do that. There is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook meals. The host was very friendly and attentive all weekend, even leaving food in the fridge (eggs, juice, bagels, coffee, cake) and just checking in periodically. Our only complaint was a chirping smoke detector, which she attempted to change batteries and find the problem, but it was going to take more time to fix - wasn't that big of a deal to us. The rest of the house does have full time tenants and the AirBnB part is tucked away at the end of one of the hallways - but everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Adorable apartment! Spacious and well laid out. Comfortable bed, great linens. Cool light fixtures and decor. Very well equipped for a short or longer stay. Appreciated the rooms being divided and plenty of additional storage. Easy, reserved parking out back or street parking both available. Quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice spot to glamp in Mid-Mo. Enjoyed the company of country cats around the campfire.

This was an incredibly beautiful and peaceful spot. The cabin was comfortably furnished and modern, but still had a rustic feel.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this cabin. it is very clean and peaceful. we will definitely book this cabin again.

The property served our purpose and the host was nice and accommodating. The cabin felt more like an airbnb in the making. The yard had construction materials laying about and the entrance has loose and missing grout. Airbnb's I've stayed at looked more like a home staged for sale, nice decor that makes it feel like a home, welcoming. The bedroom, in back, farther from the road, didn't even have matching curtains. The host was super nice and I struggled with this review because I've never left a 3, (only one 4, because of location) but the cabin needs some work and aesthetics inside and the yard certainly needs cleaned up. The bed was comfortable, the house was mostly clean ( until we pulled the TV cabinet out to unplug the TV, dirty behind there). The kitchen could use more flatware, plates and bowls. Other than being on a highway that is somewhat busy (that can't be changed), the rest can be fixed and this would be a super cute place. For the price and our short stay, it was ok.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Toby's cabin for our anniversary. We loved how secluded it was but also easily walkable. Scenery was amazing. Toby also had lots of amenities, grill, fire pit, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen utensils. I was surprised at how little we needed to bring to have a good time. Toby and his mother made us feel right at home and responded to us quickly and kindly throughout the trip.

We only stayed the night but definitely need an off road vehicle to get there lol drive way was very wavy

This place is incredible! If you love wildlife and a private setting, this is the place for you. The host is extremely welcoming and responsive. The house was exactly as listed. We spent our time paddle boarding around the private lake and watching wildlife. I wish I was there now.
